Touch device and driving method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a touch device and a driving method thereof. The touch device comprises a signal generator, a first signal circuit, a second signal circuit, a driving circuit and a touch panel, wherein the first signal circuit and the second signal circuit are connected with the signal generator; the driving circuit is connected with the first signal circuit and the second signal circuit; wherein the first signal circuit comprises a first switch tube and a first superposed wave module, and the first superposed wave module is used for superposing a first negative voltage signal and a square wave signal into a first driving signal under the condition that the first switch tube is switched on; the second signal circuit comprises a second switch tube and a second wave stacking module, and the second wave stacking module is used for stacking a second negative voltage signal and the square wave signal into a second driving signal under the condition that the second switch tube is switched on; the driving circuit is used for driving the touch panel according to the first driving signal and the second driving signal within the touch detection time of the touch panel. According to the touch panel, parasitic capacitance between a finger and the touch panel can be counteracted, and the touch sensitivity is improved.
