Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of rapid cooling or heat dissipation, and in particular to a flocked product for rapid cooling or heat dissipation, a flocked container for rapid cooling or heat dissipation, and application of flocking in rapid cooling or heat dissipation of metal products. Background Art

[0002] Flocking is to fix short fibers, usually 0.03 to 0.5 cm in length, vertically on a substrate coated with adhesive. The principle is to use the physical property of like charges repelling and opposite charges attracting to make the fluff carry negative charge. When the object to be flocked is placed under zero potential or grounding conditions, the fluff is attracted by the plant body with different potential and rises vertically to the surface of the object to be flocked. Since the plant body is coated with adhesive, the fluff is vertically adhered to the plant body. The flocked product has a soft feel, bright colors and decorative properties.

[0003] In practical applications, flocking is generally used on the surface of handicrafts, such as toys, photo frames, gifts, etc., or in the packaging industry, such as jewelry boxes, glasses cases, luggage, etc. It can also be used in the automotive industry for car interiors, etc., mainly for decorative purposes.

[0004] In addition, in the prior art, flocking is generally used as a thermal insulation material. For example, Chinese utility model patent CN219969023U discloses flocking thermal insulation fabrics, Chinese invention patent CN107361411A discloses a method for preparing wool flocking thermal underwear fabrics, Chinese invention patent CN104970473A discloses a stretch flocking thermal insulation fabric, Chinese invention patent CN104191691A discloses plush flocking thermal insulation and fragrance fabrics, Chinese invention patent CN104191688A discloses waterproof flocking thermal insulation and fragrance fabrics, etc. These patents all disclose from different sides that flocking has a thermal insulation performance, or can help the material keep warm. Summary of the invention

[0005] The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned technical prejudice that flocking has thermal insulation properties, and provides a flocked product with rapid cooling, a flocked container with rapid cooling, and the application of flocking in rapid cooling of stainless steel or aluminum products. By flocking on the surface of the product, the surface of the product can be rapidly cooled.

[0006] The technical solution of the present invention is as follows: a flocked product for rapid cooling or heat dissipation, wherein nylon, polyester, acrylic, viscose, rayon, wool or conductive fluff is flocked on the surface of the product.

[0007] The material of the product is metal, which includes stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, copper, titanium, and iron.

[0008] The product is in a container shape or a plate shape.

[0009] A flocking container for rapid cooling or heat dissipation, wherein the container is made of metal, and the flocking material is nylon, polyester, acrylic, viscose, wool or conductive fluff. The flocking is nylon fluff, and the length of the nylon fluff is not greater than 5.0 mm. The metal is stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, copper, titanium, and iron. Flocking is used for rapid cooling or heat dissipation of products made of stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, copper, titanium, and iron.

[0010] The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: the present invention can accelerate the cooling speed of metal products, such as stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, copper, titanium, iron and other materials, by flocking on the surface of the products, and can be used for rapid cooling in industry, such as heat dissipation aluminum plates, heat dissipation stainless steel plates, heat dissipation iron plates, heat dissipation copper, aluminum profile heat dissipation devices on LED lamps, copper wires and other products, to improve the heat dissipation efficiency and accelerate the heat dissipation speed.

Figure 2a It can be seen that the cooling curves of the three temperature probes are basically the same, which proves that bottles of the same specifications and materials have consistent performance, and verifies the feasibility and small error range of this test method with high credibility.

[0059] Take two copper plates of the same specifications and materials. Take two identical heating modules and stick them on the non-flocking surfaces of the two copper plates. [0172] Take two titanium plates of the same specifications and materials. Flock one of the titanium plates on one side. Take two other identical heating modules and stick them on the non-flocking surfaces of the two titanium plates. Under the same external environment, connect a 10W constant power supply for heating, monitor the temperature changes of the two titanium plates in real time, and record them in the table below.

[0173] Table 22 Flocking on titanium plate surface, 10W constant power heating temperature change data Unit: ℃

[0174] project 0min 10min 20min 30min 40min 50min 60min Titanium plate comparison 30.10 95.86 115.78 123.15 126.14 128.32 130.22 Titanium plate 0.8D*0.4mm 31.62 96.40 111.54 116.34 118.58 120.14 121.11

[0175] According to the data obtained in Table 22, a cooling curve is drawn, such as Fig.24 Analysis Fig.24 It can be seen that the temperature rise rate of the flocked titanium plate is lower than that of the titanium plate without flocking.

[0176] 23. Carbon fiber board surface flocking, 10W constant power heating

[0177] Take two carbon fiber boards of the same specification and material. Flock one of the carbon fiber boards on one side. Take two identical heating modules and stick them on the non-flocking sides of the two carbon fiber boards. Under the same external environment, connect a 10W constant power supply for heating, monitor the temperature changes of the two carbon fiber boards in real time, and record them in Table 23.

[0178] Table 23 Flocking on carbon fiber board surface, 10W constant power heating temperature change data Unit: ℃

[0179] project 0min 10min 20min 30min 40min 50min 60min Carbon fiber board comparison 29.72 119.42 136.42 140.71 142.58 143.61 / Carbon fiber board 0.8D*0.4mm 29.71 121.16 137.27 141.84 143.67 144.65 /

[0180] According to the data obtained in Table 23, a cooling curve is drawn, such as Fig.24 Analysis Fig.24 It can be seen that flocking or not flocking of carbon fiber panels has little effect on the rise and fall of temperature.

[0181] IV. Conclusion

[0182] From the above experimental analysis, we can know that:

[0183] 1) Metal materials, such as stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, copper, titanium, iron, etc., after flocking on products, regardless of the length of the flock, will promote cooling.

[0184] 2) After flocking on products made of metal materials such as stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, etc., the length of the nylon fluff is related to the cooling speed of the product. When the fluff length is ≤5.0mm, the shorter the fluff, the faster the cooling speed of the product, and the longer the fluff, the slower the cooling speed of the product.

[0185] 3) Cooling rate after flocking on products made of glass, PC and PP: The cooling rate of products with flocked short-hair nylon is similar to that of products without flocking, but both are faster than those with flocked long-hair nylon.

[0186] 4) The cooling speed of ABS products after flocking: The cooling speed of products without flocking and flocking with micro-short hair is faster than that of products with flocking with short-hair nylon, and the cooling speed of products with flocking with short-hair nylon is faster than that of products with flocking with long-hair nylon.

[0187] 5) Compared with the copper, iron and titanium plates without flocking, the temperature of the flocked copper, iron and titanium plates rises slowly when heated, which means that flocking increases the speed of heat dissipation and promotes cooling.

[0188] 6) Compared with the carbon fiber board without flocking, the temperature rise difference between the flocked carbon fiber board and the non-flocking carbon fiber board when heated is not obvious, indicating that flocking has little effect on the heat dissipation effect of carbon fiber.
