Coal-based auxiliary material complete production line for iron ore oxidized pellets

Abstract

The invention provides a complete production line of coal-based auxiliary materials for iron ore oxidized pellets, and relates to the technical field of industrial production of coal-based auxiliary materials. Wherein the raw material pretreatment system comprises a raw material bin, a vibrating feeder, a crusher, a conveying device, a bucket elevator, a vertical shaft hammer crusher, a rotary screen and a stock bin, and is used for crushing and screening low-rank coal into pulverized coal for later use; the alkali-oxygen excitation system comprises an alkali liquor tank, two double-shaft horizontal stirring tanks and a stockpiling pool which are arranged in sequence, pulverized coal and water are uniformly stirred under spraying of alkali liquor, and the mixture is introduced into the stockpiling pool for continuous alkali-oxygen excitation; the slurrying system comprises a weighing bin, a stirring barrel, a ball mill, a ball mill discharging groove, a slurry vibrating screen, an undersize slurry groove and a finished product tank, quantitative materials are weighed, enter the stirring barrel to be stirred and are introduced into the ball mill to be subjected to ball milling, glue is obtained through grinding, impurities are screened out, and the qualified coal-based auxiliary material is obtained. The invention solves the problem of continuous industrial production of coal-based auxiliary materials from raw materials to finished products, and realizes industrial application of the compound colloid adhesive.
