Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a stator. Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, a stator having a stator core provided with a plurality of slots is known. For example, such a stator is described in International Publication No. 2022 / 071029.
[0003] The stator described in the above-mentioned International Publication No. 2022 / 071029 has a stator core provided with a plurality of slots, and a coil portion mounted on the stator core. The coil portion is composed of a conductor connector. The conductor connector has a plurality of straight portions passing through the slots, and a curved portion provided on one side of the axial direction of the stator core. In the coil portion, two straight portions are connected to each other via the curved portion. In addition, in the stator described in the above-mentioned International Publication No. 2022 / 071029, the straight portions of the coil portion are arranged in four layers arranged radially in each of the plurality of slots. That is, in one slot, four straight portions are arranged radially and passed through. Moreover, the conductor connector surrounds the stator core in such a manner that the straight portions alternately pass through adjacent layers. Specifically, the conductor connector is constructed in such a way that the straight portion alternately passes through the innermost layer and the second innermost layer, surrounds the stator core in a zigzag shape along the circumferential direction, and then switches the layer through which the straight portion passes in the middle to surround the stator core in a zigzag shape along the circumferential direction in such a way that the straight portion alternately passes through the third innermost layer and the outermost layer.
[0004] Patent Document 1: International Publication No. 2022 / 071029
[0005] However, in the stator described in the above-mentioned International Publication No. 2022 / 071029, the second innermost layer is connected to the third innermost layer by alternately passing through the innermost layer and the second innermost layer, and then alternately passing through the third innermost layer and the outermost layer, and the two alternately passed layers are switched midway. Therefore, in the portion connected from the second innermost layer to the third innermost layer by switching the two alternately passed layers, it is necessary to cross the conductor of the other coil end portion, so the axial size of the stator core becomes larger in the radial middle portion of the slot of the coil end portion. As a result, the stator is enlarged, so it is desired to reduce the size of the coil portion in the axial direction of the stator core. Summary of the invention
[0006] The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and one object of the present invention is to provide a stator capable of reducing the size of a coil portion in the axial direction of a stator core.
[0007] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, a stator according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a stator core, which includes a plurality of slots extending in the axial direction; and a coil portion, which is arranged in each of the plurality of slots and is formed by winding a conductive wire in a wave shape, the coil portion comprising: a plurality of slot receiving portions, which are received in each of the plurality of slots while being arranged in the radial direction of the stator core; a first coil end portion, which connects the slot receiving portions received in the plurality of slot receiving portions of different slots and having radially different positions in pairs; and a second coil end portion, which connects the slot receiving portions received in the plurality of slot receiving portions of different slots and having radially common positions in pairs, the first coil end portion being connected by a radial direction from one side to the other side. The slot receiving parts are connected in pairs to form a wave-wound coil portion that is wave-wound in the stator core in the circumferential direction together with the slot receiving parts by sequentially changing the radial position of the slot receiving parts from the end to the end on one side in a step-by-step manner, the second coil end portion is connected to each other by connecting the slot receiving parts in pairs to each other, at least one pair of wave-wound coil portions that are wave-wound in a step-by-step manner are connected to each other, the coil portion is wave-wound in a step-by-step manner along one side of the circumferential direction from the end on the other side of the radial direction to the end on one side through the wave-wound coil portions that are connected to each other, and the circumferential direction is changed from one direction to another direction by the second coil end portion, and is wave-wound in a step-by-step manner along the other side of the circumferential direction from the end on one side of the radial direction to the end on the other side. In addition, the "connection" mentioned here is recorded as a broad concept, including not only the case of connecting by joining different conductor parts to each other, but also the state of connecting by connecting to one conductor.
[0008] In a stator of one aspect of the present invention, as described above, the coil portion is wave-wound in stages from the end of the other side of the radial direction to the end of one side along one side of the circumferential direction by the wave-wound coil portions connected to each other, and the circumferential direction is changed from one direction to another direction by the second coil end portion, and the other side of the circumferential direction is wave-wound in stages from the end of the one side of the radial direction to the end of the other side. Thus, in each of the plurality of slots, unlike the case where the slot receiving portions adjacent in the radial direction are alternately connected in a manner of alternately passing through the third innermost layer and the outermost layer after alternately passing through the innermost layer and the second innermost layer, the slot receiving portions can be connected to each other without setting a portion that switches the radial position of the slot receiving portion connected as the portion from the second innermost layer to the third innermost layer in the middle. Therefore, the slot receiving portions can be connected to each other without setting a portion that is connected in a manner of crossing over other coil portions in the middle of the radial slot. As a result, the size of the coil portion in the axial direction of the stator core can be reduced.
[0009] In the stator of one aspect described above, it is preferred to form a first coil end portion of one of the wave-wound coil portions connected to each other and a first coil end portion of another, and to connect the slot accommodating portions to each other in pairs in such a manner that the radial positions of the connected slot accommodating portions are parallel to each other and are changed in stages.
[0010] If it is configured in this way, the radial positions of the slot receiving parts connected to one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts are arranged to be parallel to each other and to be changed in stages, so that the shapes of the conductors constituting the one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts can be made the same. Therefore, even when the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts are connected in a folded manner, the increase in the types of the shapes of the conductor parts can be suppressed, so the increase in the types of the conductor parts used to form the coil parts can be suppressed.
[0011] In the stator of the above-mentioned one aspect, the second coil end portion preferably includes: an outermost coil end portion that connects the radially outermost slot receiving portions of each of the multiple slots, and an innermost coil end portion that connects the radially innermost slot receiving portions. A plurality of waveform-wound coil portions are provided, and a coil portion in which the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and is waveform-wound is formed by the plurality of waveform-wound coil portions, the outermost coil end portion, and the innermost coil end portion.
[0012] If configured in this way, a coil portion in which the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and is wave-wound is formed by a plurality of wave-wound coil portions, an outermost coil end portion, and an innermost coil end portion, so that the coil portion can be configured in a manner in which the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and is wave-wound in each of the radial innermost and outermost portions of the slot. Therefore, even when the number of slot receiving portions received in one slot increases, the coil portion can be configured by multiple foldings in each of the radial innermost and outermost portions of the slot, so that the size of the coil portion in the axial direction of the stator core can be reduced.
[0013] In the stator according to the above aspect, the first coil end portion preferably connects, in pairs, slot receiving portions arranged in different slots and arranged radially outwardly or inwardly shifted from each other, one by one.
[0014] According to this structure, the coil portion can be formed by connecting the slot receiving parts that are arranged one by one and staggered toward the outside or the inside in the radial direction in pairs, so that the slot receiving parts can be densely arranged in each of the plurality of slots. Therefore, the slot receiving parts can be connected in pairs to each other so as to efficiently connect with respect to the plurality of slot receiving parts arranged in the slots, and the radial positions of the connected slot receiving parts can be sequentially and stepwise changed toward one side in the radial direction.
[0015] In the stator according to the above aspect, it is preferable that the slot housing portion forming one of the wave-wound coil portions connected to each other and the slot housing portion forming the other one are respectively arranged in slots adjacent to each other.
[0016] Here, in one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts, when the slot receiving part is arranged in a common slot, the positional relationship of the coil part relative to the magnet arranged in the rotor opposite to the stator is deviated, so the current flowing in the wave-wound coil part is deviated. In view of this, in the present invention, by arranging the slot receiving part forming one of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts and the slot receiving part forming the other in mutually adjacent slots, it is possible to suppress the current flowing in the wave-wound coil part from being deviated.
[0017] Furthermore, in the present application, in the stator according to the above-mentioned aspect, the following structure is also considered.
[0018] (Supplementary Item 1)
[0019] In a structure in which the slot housing portion forming one of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions and the slot housing portion forming another are arranged in mutually adjacent slots, it is preferred that a coil portion formed by wave-wound coil portions in which the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times is formed by a plurality of wave-wound coil portions and a plurality of second coil end portions, and the slot housing portions forming the coil portion are alternately arranged in a pair of mutually adjacent slots.
[0020] If constructed in this way, even in the case of a coil portion formed by wave-winding with the direction of the circumferential winding changed multiple times, it is possible to suppress deviations in the current flowing in the coil portion by alternately arranging the slot housing portions forming the coil portion in a pair of adjacent slots.
[0021] (Supplementary Item 2)
[0022] In the stator of one aspect above, the coil portion preferably includes a U-phase coil portion, a V-phase coil portion and a W-phase coil portion for each flow of three-phase alternating current, and each of the U-phase coil portion, the V-phase coil portion and the W-phase coil portion has a waveform winding coil portion formed by the first coil end portion and the slot housing portion by connecting the slot housing portions one by one to each other by the first coil end portion in a manner that gradually changes the radial position of the slot housing portion toward one side in a radial direction, and one and the other of the mutually connected waveform winding coil portions are connected in a manner that changes the direction of the circumferential winding by the second coil end portion.
[0023] If configured in this way, even when forming coil portions through which U-phase, V-phase and W-phase respectively flow, the coil portions of U-phase, V-phase and W-phase respectively are formed by successively changing the radial position of the slot accommodating portion in stages toward one side in the radial direction, thereby forming the coil portions of U-phase, V-phase and W-phase respectively, thereby making it possible to reduce the size of the coil portions in the axial direction of the stator core when forming the coil portions of U-phase, V-phase and W-phase. [0034] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0035] Reference Figures 1 to 10 The structure of the rotating electrical machine 200 including the stator 100 according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0036] In the present specification, the term “axial direction” refers to a direction along the rotation axis (reference numeral O) of the stator core 10 (rotor 150) (Z direction: see Figure 1 ). In addition, one side of the axial direction is set as the Z1 direction side, and the other side is set as the Z2 direction side. In addition, the "circumferential direction" refers to the circumferential direction (A direction) of the stator core 10. One side of the circumferential direction is set as the A1 direction, and the other side is set as the A2 direction. In addition, the "radial direction" refers to the radial direction (B direction) based on the rotation axis of the stator core 10 (rotor 150). Moreover, the "radial inside" and the "inner diameter side" refer to the direction toward the center of the stator core 10 (B1 direction). In addition, the "radial outside" and the "outer diameter side" refer to the direction toward the outside of the stator core 10 (B2 direction).
[0037] like Figure 1 As shown, the rotating electric machine 200 includes a stator 100 and a rotor 150. Each of the stator 100 and the rotor 150 is formed in an annular shape. The stator 100 and the rotor 150 are opposed to each other. The rotor 150 is arranged on the radial inner side (B1 direction side) of the stator 100. The rotor 150 is provided with a plurality of permanent magnets (not shown). That is, the rotating electric machine 200 of the present embodiment is configured as an inner rotor type rotating electric machine.
[0038] (Structure of stator)
[0039] The stator 100 includes a stator core 10. The stator core 10 is arranged to be radially opposed to the rotor 150. In addition, a plurality of (for example, 48) slots 11 are provided in the stator core 10. In addition, teeth 12 are provided between adjacent slots 11. The stator core 10, for example, stacks a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates along the axial direction of the rotation center (Z1 direction and Z2 direction), and is configured to allow magnetic flux to pass through. In addition, the stator core 10 has end faces 10a on one side (Z1 direction side) and the other side (Z2 direction side) of the axial direction. In addition, the stator 100 includes a coil portion 20.
[0040] like Figure 2As shown, the coil unit 20 is connected to an external power supply unit and is configured to supply power (for example, three-phase AC power). Moreover, the coil unit 20 is configured to generate a magnetic field by supplying power. The coil unit 20 includes a U-phase coil unit 30, a V-phase coil unit 40, and a W-phase coil unit 50 for each of which three-phase (U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase) AC currents flow.
[0041] The U-phase coil unit 30 includes a first coil unit 31, a second coil unit 32, a third coil unit 33, and a fourth coil unit 34 of the U-phase connected in parallel. In addition, the V-phase coil unit 40 includes a first coil unit 41, a second coil unit 42, a third coil unit 43, and a fourth coil unit 44 of the V-phase connected in parallel. In addition, the W-phase coil unit 50 includes a first coil unit 51, a second coil unit 52, a third coil unit 53, and a fourth coil unit 54 of the W-phase connected in parallel. Moreover, the U-phase coil unit 30, the V-phase coil unit 40, and the W-phase coil unit 50 are Y-connected (star-connected). That is, the alternating current of the U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase is input from the power line 61 to the U-phase coil unit 30, the V-phase coil unit 40, and the W-phase coil unit 50, respectively. Moreover, the output sides of the U-phase coil unit 30, the V-phase coil unit 40, and the W-phase coil unit 50 are connected to each other via the neutral line 62.
[0042] like Figure 3 As shown, the coil portion 20 is arranged in each of the plurality of slots 11, and the conductor wave is wound. Specifically, the coil portion 20 includes a slot receiving portion 21 and a coil end portion 22. The slot receiving portion 21 is received in each of the plurality of slots 11 formed in a manner extending in the axial direction (Z direction). The coil end portion 22 connects the plurality of slot receiving portions 21 to each other in pairs. Specifically, the coil end portion 22 connects the slot receiving portions 21 received in different slots 11 to each other. That is, the coil portion 20 arranged in the stator core 10 has the following structure: that is, after being arranged in one slot 11 in a manner from one axial side toward the other side (from the Z1 direction side to the Z2 direction side) in a portion corresponding to a slot receiving portion 21, the portion corresponding to the coil end portion 22 on the Z2 direction side is straddled along the end face 10a provided on the Z2 direction side of the stator core 10, and in a portion corresponding to other slot receiving portions 21, in other slots 11 different from the one slot 11, the coil portion 20 is arranged in the slot 11 in a manner from the other axial side toward one side (from the Z2 direction side to the Z1 direction side). Moreover, the coil portion 20 is also straddled along the end face 10a from the slot receiving portion 21 on the Z1 direction side, and is formed to be connected to the slot receiving portion 21 in another different slot 11. The coil portion 20 is formed by wave-winding a flat conductive wire, i.e., a conductor component 70 (refer to Fig.10 ) and constituted.
[0043] In addition, in the coil unit 20, the U-phase coil unit 30, the V-phase coil unit 40, and the W-phase coil unit 50 have the same structure. Therefore, the U-phase coil unit 30 will be described below.
[0044] The U-phase coil portion 30 is arranged on the stator core 10 in a state where the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 connected in parallel are combined into a cage shape. In addition, one end of each of the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 is connected to the power line 61. AC power is supplied from the power line 61. Moreover, the other end of each of the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 is connected to the neutral line 62.
[0045] like Figures 4 to 7 As shown, the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 of the U-phase coil portion 30 are each arranged in the first (hereinafter, "the..." is recorded as "#"), #6, #7, #12, #13, #18, #19, #24, #25, #30, #31, #36, #37, #42, #43, and #48 slots 11 among the 48 slots 11. Here, the slots 11 of #1 and #48, the slots 11 of #6 and #7, the slots 11 of #12 and #13, the slots 11 of #18 and #19, the slots 11 of #24 and #25, the slots 11 of #30 and #31, the slots 11 of #36 and #37, and the slots 11 of #42 and #43 are respectively two slots 11 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction (direction A). In addition, Figures 4 to 7 The figure shows the stator core 10 in a cutaway shape, with the up-down direction being the radial direction (B direction) of the stator core 10 and the left-right direction being the circumferential direction (A direction) of the stator core 10. Figures 4 to 7 In the figure, the left and right ends are connected to each other. Although not shown in the figure, the V-phase coil portion 40 and the W-phase coil portion 50 are arranged in the stator core 10 so as to be offset from the U-phase coil portion 30 by two and four slots 11, respectively.
[0046] A plurality of slot receiving portions 21 are received in each of the plurality of slots 11 in a state of being arranged along the radial direction (B direction) of the stator core 10. Specifically, in the present embodiment, in one slot 11, eight slot receiving portions 21 are arranged in a row along the radial direction. For example, in one slot 11, the slot receiving portion 21 arranged on the outermost side (outer diameter side: B2 direction side) is set as the first turn (first layer), and the slot receiving portion 21 arranged on the innermost side (inner diameter side: B1 side) is set as the eighth turn (eighth layer). In addition, in Figures 4 to 7 In FIG. 1 , the slot receiving portion 21 is arranged so that current flows in the order of the white numbers at the positions indicated by the white numbers on the black background.
[0047] In this embodiment, the coil end portion 22 includes a portion 23, a portion 24, and a portion 25. Figures 4 to 7 , it is shown that the coil end portion 22 (portion 23, portion 24, and portion 25) indicated by the solid line is arranged on the Z1 direction side of the stator core 10, and the coil end portion 22 (portion 23) indicated by the dotted line is arranged on the Z2 direction side of the stator core 10. In addition, portion 23 is an example of the "first coil end portion" of the claims. In addition, portion 24 is an example of the "second coil end portion" and the "outermost coil end portion" of the technical solution. In addition, portion 25 is an example of the "second coil end portion" and the "innermost coil end portion" of the technical solution. In addition, in Figures 4 to 7 , the schematic diagram shows that the coil end portion 22 (portion 23, portion 24, and portion 25) is a straight line when viewed from the Z direction, but the coil end portion 22 (portion 23, portion 24, and portion 25) may also have a curved shape when viewed from the Z direction.
[0048] The portion 23 connects the slot receiving portions 21 of different radial (B direction) positions among the plurality of slot receiving portions 21 received in different slots 11 in pairs. Specifically, the portion 23 connects the slot receiving portions 21 in a manner that gradually changes the radial positions (number of turns) of the connected slot receiving portions 21 toward one side in a radial direction. That is, the portion 23 connects the slot receiving portions 21 in pairs in a manner that the number of turns increases toward one side (A1 direction) in the circumferential direction. Moreover, in the coil portion 20, four wave-wound coil portions 20a, 20b, 20c, and 20d, which are respectively wound on the stator core 10 along the same circumferential waveform, are formed by the portion 23 and the slot receiving portions 21.
[0049] In the present embodiment, in each of the wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d, the plurality of parts 23 and the slot receiving parts 21 are connected in order from the slot receiving parts 21 arranged on the outermost diameter side (first turn) to the slot receiving parts 21 arranged on the innermost diameter side (eighth turn). That is, the plurality of parts 23 connect the slot receiving parts 21 in pairs in such a manner that the radial positions of the connected slot receiving parts 21 are changed stepwise in order from the slot receiving parts 21 arranged at the end of the other radial side (for example, the B2 direction side), that is, the first turn, to the slot receiving parts 21 at the end of one side (for example, the B1 direction side), that is, the eighth turn, in the slot 11. In the present embodiment, the parts 23 connect the slot receiving parts 21 arranged in pairs in the slot receiving parts 21 arranged in different slots 11, which are arranged one by one and are shifted on the outside or inside in the radial direction (B direction). That is, in each of the wave-wound coil portions 20 a to 20 d , the portion 23 connects the slot housing portions 21 while sequentially shifting by one turn from the eighth turn to the first turn.
[0050] The wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d are configured to reciprocate at least once (twice in the present embodiment). That is, the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d are configured so that the flowing current reciprocates at least once in the circumferential direction (twice in the present embodiment). In other words, the circumferential direction of the current flowing in the coil portion 20 (the direction of the circumferential winding) is changed at least once (three times in the present embodiment) by the four wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d. A wave-wound coil portion 20a is wave-wound in stages in sequence along one side of the circumference toward one side of the radial direction (the B1 direction side) through the slot accommodating portion 21 and the portion 23 so that the current flows toward one side of the circumference of the stator core 10 (for example, the A1 direction). Moreover, the waveform winding coil portion 20b connected to the waveform winding coil portion 20a is wave-wound in stages in sequence along the other side of the circumference toward the other side of the radial direction (B2 direction side) in a manner that the current flows toward the other side of the circumference on the opposite side of the waveform winding coil portion 20a (for example, the A, 2 direction). The waveform winding coil portion 20c and the waveform winding coil portion 20d are also similarly wave-wound in a manner that the current flows toward one side and the other side of the circumference, respectively. Moreover, the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 of the U-phase coil portion 30 in the coil portion 20 are formed by the waveform winding coil portion 20a, the waveform winding coil portion 20b, the waveform winding coil portion 20c, and the waveform winding coil portion 20d are connected in sequence. That is, each of the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 folds back the circumferential direction three times (changes) and is simultaneously arranged in the stator core 10.
[0051] In the present embodiment, the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d are connected to each other through any one of the portions 24 and 25. Each of the portions 24 and 25 connects the slot-receiving portions 21 having the same radial position (number of turns) to each other in pairs among the plurality of slot-receiving portions 21 received in different slots 11. Each of the portions 24 and 25 connects at least one pair of wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d that are sequentially wave-wound from the end on the other side of the radial direction to the end on one side in the same circumferential direction to each other by connecting the slot-receiving portions 21 to each other in pairs. Therefore, the coil portion 20 is wave-wound in stages along one side of the circumferential direction from the end of the other side of the radial direction (for example, the B2 direction side) to the end of one side (for example, the B1 direction side) by the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d connected to each other, and the circumferential direction is changed from one side to the other side (for example, from the A1 direction side to the A2 direction side) by the portion 24 and the portion 25, and the coil portion 20 is wave-wound in stages along the other side of the circumferential direction from the end of one side of the radial direction to the end of the other side. Specifically, the portion 24 connects the slot receiving portions 21 arranged at the outermost side (first turn) in the radial direction in each of the plurality of slots 11. The portion 25 connects the slot receiving portions 21 arranged at the innermost side (eighth turn) in the radial direction in each of the plurality of slots 11. Furthermore, the slot receiving portions 21 are connected in pairs by the portions 24 or 25, so that one of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d formed by the portions 23 and the slot receiving portions 21 is connected to each other and is folded back and forth once and the other of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d is folded back (the direction of the winding in the circumferential direction is changed multiple times). For example, in the first coil portion 31, a conductor (winding) that is folded back multiple times (the direction of the winding in the circumferential direction is changed multiple times) and wave-wound is formed by four wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, one portion 24, and two portions 25.
[0052] Specifically, if Figure 4As shown, in the first coil portion 31, the power line 61 is connected to the slot receiving portion 21 (the portion numbered 1 in white) arranged on the outermost diameter side (first turn) of the slot 11 of #37. Moreover, after the slot receiving portion 21 extends along the slot 11 toward the Z2 direction, the portion 23 extends from #37 to #31 as the coil end portion 22 on the Z2 direction side. Moreover, on the Z2 direction side of the stator core 10, the portion 23 is connected to the slot receiving portion 21 (the portion numbered 2) arranged in the second turn in the slot 11 of #31, which is shifted one from the outermost diameter side to the inner side. Then, the portion 23 is connected to the slot receiving portion 21 alternately on the Z1 direction side and the Z2 direction side in the order of the third turn of the slot 11 of #25, the fourth turn of the slot 11 of #19, and the fifth turn of the slot 11 of #13, and is connected to the slot receiving portion 21 (the portion numbered 8) of the eighth turn of the slot 11 of #43 while increasing the number of turns gradually toward the inside. In this way, the wave-wound coil portion 20a connected by eight slot receiving portions 21 and seven portions 23 is formed.
[0053] Furthermore, a portion 25 is provided in a manner of folding (changing the circumferential direction of the winding) from the slot receiving portion 21 of the eighth turn of the slot 11 of #43 (the portion numbered 8 in white) to the slot receiving portion 21 of the eighth turn of the slot 11 of #48 (the portion numbered 9). After folding back through the portion 25, the direction is changed to the A2 direction side in the circumferential direction from the slot 11 of #48 where the portion numbered 9 is provided to the slot 11 of #42, and the wave-wound coil portion 20b is formed similarly to the wave-wound coil portion 20a. Furthermore, the first coil portion 31 is provided with a portion 24 on the Z1 direction side of the stator core 10 from the slot receiving portion 21 of the first turn of the slot 11 of #42 (the portion numbered 16) to the slot receiving portion 21 of the first turn of the slot 11 of #1 (the portion numbered 17), thereby being folded back from the wave-wound coil portion 20b to the wave-wound coil portion 20c. Then, the first coil portion 31 is similarly folded back from the wave-wound coil portion 20c to the wave-wound coil portion 20d through the portion 25. In this way, the four wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d folded back three times form one first coil portion 31. In addition, the wave-wound coil portion 20d is connected to the neutral line 62 from the slot receiving portion 21 (the portion numbered 32) of the first turn of the slot 11 of #6.
[0054] That is, in the portion 23 of the coil end portion 22, the portion connecting the second turn to the third turn, the portion connecting the fourth turn to the fifth turn, and the portion connecting the sixth turn to the seventh turn are arranged on the Z1 direction side. In addition, the portion 24 connecting the first turns and the portion 25 connecting the eighth turns are all arranged on the Z1 direction side. In addition, the power line 61 and the neutral line 62 are also connected on the Z1 direction side.
[0055] like Figure 5 to Figure 7 As shown, each of the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 is also the same as the first coil portion 31. By folding back the four wave-wound coil portions 20a~20d, a part of the coil portion 20 that is wave-wound is formed by folding back multiple times (the direction of the winding in the circumferential direction is changed multiple times).
[0056] In addition, in the present embodiment, the portion 23 forming one side (one side of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d) of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d and the portion 23 forming the other side (the other side of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d) of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d are connected in pairs in such a manner that the radial positions of the connected slot-receiving portions 21 are parallel to each other and change in stages (in an inclined shape). In addition, in each of the plurality of wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, the number (pitch) of slots 11 spanned by the portion 23 is the same. Specifically, the portion 23 spans five slots 11 in the space where the slot-receiving portions 21 are connected to each other by shifting one turn. In other words, in each of the plurality of wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, the number of pitches of the portion 23 is "6". The portion 23 has the same pitch on one side (Z1 direction side) and the other side (Z2 direction side) of the stator core 10. In addition, the "parallel" mentioned here means that the slot receiving portion 21 connected to the portion 23 is arranged along the circumferential direction and is parallel to the radial position. Figures 4 to 7 As shown, it means that in the state shown in the form of a cutaway circular stator core 10, the positions of the slot receiving portions 21 are parallel.
[0057] In addition, in each of the parts 24 and 25, there are two types of pitch numbers: 5 and 7. For example, in Figure 4 In the first coil part 31, a portion 24 with a pitch number of 7 is provided between #42 and #1 of the slot 11, and a portion 25 with a pitch number of 5 is provided between #43 and #48 and between #7 and #12. Figure 5 In the second coil portion 32 , a portion 24 having a pitch number of 5 is provided between #43 and #48 of the slots 11 , and a portion 25 having a pitch number of 7 is provided between #42 and #1 and between #6 and #13 .
[0058] Moreover, if Figure 8 as well as Fig. 9As shown, the parts 24 or parts 25 connected to the slot receiving parts 21 of the slots 11 arranged at the same radial position, and the parts 24 or parts 25 with different pitch numbers are arranged to overlap each other when viewed from the axial direction (Z direction). The part 24 or part 25 with a large pitch number is arranged on the upper side (Z1 direction side) of the part 24 or part 25 with a small pitch number. Specifically, the part 24 and part 25 with a pitch number of 7 are arranged to cover the parts 24 and 25 with a pitch number of 5 on the upper side, respectively.
[0059] In addition, if Figures 4 to 7 As shown, the slot receiving portion 21 forming one side (one side of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d) of the plurality of wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, and the slot receiving portion 21 forming the other side (the other side of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d) of the plurality of wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d are respectively arranged in mutually adjacent slots 11. In addition, the slot receiving portion 21 forming the coil portion 20 which is folded back multiple times (the direction of the winding in the circumferential direction is changed multiple times and is wave-wound) is alternately arranged in a pair of mutually adjacent slots 11. Specifically, each of the U-phase coil portion 30, the V-phase coil portion 40, and the W-phase coil portion 50 is alternately arranged in a pair of mutually adjacent slots 11 along the radial direction.
[0060] For example, in Figure 4 In the first coil portion 31 of the U phase, the slot receiving portion 21 forming the wave-wound coil portion 20a to 20d is received in two slots 11 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, namely #1 and #48, #6 and #7, #12 and #13, #18 and #19, #24 and #25, #30 and #31, #36 and #37, #42 and #43. Moreover, in the adjacent (one reciprocating) wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, the slot receiving portions 21 are alternately arranged in different slots 11. Furthermore, Figure 5 to Figure 7 The second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 of the U phase are also the same as the first coil portion 31 of the U phase. Thus, in each of the first coil portion 31, the second coil portion 32, the third coil portion 33, and the fourth coil portion 34 of the U phase, it is possible to suppress the positional relationship deviation of the rotor 150 relative to the permanent magnet not shown in the figure.
[0061] (Construction of Conductor Parts)
[0062] like Fig.10As shown, the coil part 20 is formed into a wave-wound conductor by connecting a plurality of conductor parts 70. Specifically, in the coil part 20, each of the slot receiving part 21 and the coil end part 22 (part 23, part 24 and part 25) is formed by connecting (joining) a plurality of conductor parts 70. Each of the plurality of conductor parts 70 has an inverted U shape. The conductor part 70 includes a pair of slot receiving parts 21 and a coil end part 22 connecting the pair of slot receiving parts 21 on one side (Z1 side) of the axial direction of the stator core 10. In the conductor part 70, the shape of the coil end part 22 is different according to each of the parts 23, 24 and 25. In the stator 100, after the conductor part 70 is configured to receive the slot receiving part 21 in each of the slots 11, the coil end part 22 on the Z2 direction side is bent toward the outer side in the circumferential direction, and joined to the coil end part 22 on the Z2 direction side of a different conductor part 70 by laser joining or the like.
[0063] In addition, in the present embodiment, seven types of conductor components 70 are used to form the coil portion 20. In the coil portion 20, three types of conductor components 70 are used to form a pair of slot receiving portions 21 and a portion 23, two types of conductor components 70 are used to form a pair of slot receiving portions 21 and a portion 24, and two types of conductor components 70 are used to form a pair of slot receiving portions 21 and a portion 25. The three types of conductor components 70 that form a pair of slot receiving portions 21 and a portion 23 are, on the Z1 direction side, three types of conductor components 70 that connect the third turn from the second turn, the fifth turn from the fourth turn, and the seventh turn from the sixth turn. The two types of conductor components 70 that form a pair of slot receiving portions 21 and a portion 24, and the two types of conductor components 70 that form a pair of slot receiving portions 21 and a portion 25 are two types of the number of pitches of 5 and 7, respectively.
[0064] (Effects of this embodiment)
[0065] In this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
[0066] In the present embodiment, as described above, the coil portion 20 is wave-wound in stages from the end of the other side in the radial direction to the end of one side along one side of the circumferential direction by the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d connected to each other, and the circumferential direction is changed from one direction to another direction by the portions 24 and 25 (second coil end portions), and is wave-wound in stages from the end of one side in the radial direction to the end of the other side along the other side of the circumferential direction. Thus, in each of the plurality of slots 11, unlike the case where the slot receiving portions 21 adjacent in the radial direction are alternately connected in a manner of alternately passing through the innermost layer (turn) and the second innermost layer, and then alternately passing through the third innermost layer and the outermost layer, the slot receiving portions 21 can be connected to each other without providing a portion of the radial position of the slot receiving portion 21 switched in the middle, such as a portion connected from the second innermost layer to the third innermost layer. Therefore, the slot receiving portions 21 can be connected to each other without providing a portion connected in a manner of crossing over other coil portions 20 in the middle of the slot 11 in the radial direction. As a result, the size of the coil portion 20 in the axial direction of the stator core 10 can be reduced.
[0067] In addition, in each of the plurality of slots 11, the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d can be configured in such a manner that the slot housing portions 21 are connected stepwise from the end portion on one side in the radial direction toward the end portion on the other side, so that the ends of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d can be arranged at the innermost or outermost side in the radial direction. Therefore, when the power line 61 or the neutral line 62 is connected to the coil portion 20, the complication of the manufacturing process can be suppressed compared to the case of connecting to a conductor (conductor member 70) in the middle of the slot 11.
[0068] In addition, when the circumferential winding direction is changed at the midpoint of the radial direction of each of the plurality of slots 11, it is necessary to configure the conductor in consideration of both axial and radial interference, so it is considered that the size of the conductor in the axial direction will increase. In addition, when the portions that change the circumferential winding direction are configured in an axially overlapping manner, the size in the axial direction will further increase in consideration of the interference. In contrast, in the present embodiment, portion 24 and portion 25 (second coil end portion) connect the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d to each other at the radial innermost or outermost side, so the radial configuration has a higher degree of freedom. Therefore, even when portions 24 or portions 25 are configured in an axially overlapping manner at the radial innermost or outermost side, the size of the conductor in the axial direction can be suppressed from increasing compared to the case where the circumferential winding direction is changed at a midpoint in the radial direction.
[0069] In the present embodiment, as described above, in one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d, the radial positions of the connected slot receiving parts 21 are arranged to be parallel to each other and are changed in stages, so that the shapes of the respective conductors (conductor components 70) constituting the one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d can be made the same. Therefore, even when the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d are connected in a folded manner, the increase in the types of the shapes of the conductor components 70 can be suppressed, so the increase in the types of the conductor components 70 used to form the coil part 20 can be suppressed.
[0070] In the present embodiment, as described above, the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times by a plurality of wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, and portion 24 (outermost coil end portion) and portion 25 (innermost coil end portion) to form the wave-wound coil portion 20, so that the coil portion 20 can be configured so that the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and wave-wound in each of the radial innermost and outermost portions of the slot 11. Therefore, when the number of slot receiving portions 21 received in one slot 11 increases, the coil portion 20 can be configured by folding back multiple times in each of the radial innermost and outermost portions of the slot 11, so that the size of the coil portion 20 in the axial direction of the stator core 10 can be reduced.
[0071] In the present embodiment, as described above, the coil portion 20 can be formed by connecting the slot receiving portions 21 that are arranged one by one and staggered toward the outside or the inside in the radial direction in pairs, so the slot receiving portions 21 can be densely arranged in each of the plurality of slots 11. Therefore, the slot receiving portions 21 can be connected in pairs so that they can be efficiently connected with respect to the plurality of slot receiving portions 21 arranged in the slots 11, and the radial positions of the connected slot receiving portions 21 can be sequentially and stepwise changed toward one side in the radial direction.
[0072] Here, in one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d, when the slot housing portion 21 is arranged in the common slot 11, the positional relationship of the coil part 20 with respect to the magnet arranged in the rotor 150 facing the stator 100 is deviated, so the current flowing in the wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d is deviated. In view of this, in the present embodiment, as described above, by arranging the slot housing portion 21 forming one of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d and the slot housing portion 21 forming the other, respectively in the mutually adjacent slots 11, it is possible to suppress the current flowing in the wave-wound coil parts 20a to 20d from being deviated.
[0073] [Modifications]
[0074] The embodiments disclosed this time should be considered to be illustrative in all aspects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is indicated by the claims rather than the description of the embodiments above, and includes all changes (modifications) within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
[0075] For example, in the above embodiment, although the radial positions of the slot receiving portions 21 connected to the portion 23 (first coil end portion) of one of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d that reciprocates once and the portion 23 that forms the other are shown to be parallel to each other and are changed stepwise, the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the radial positions of the slot receiving portions in the one and the other reciprocating once may not be parallel to each other.
[0076] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although an example of a coil portion 20 that is folded back three times is shown by four wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d, the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the coil portion can also be formed by two wave-wound coil portions in a manner of folding back only once. In this case, a second coil end portion that changes the direction of the winding in the circumferential direction can also be configured at the radially inner end as one side of the radial direction, and a second coil end portion that changes the direction of the winding in the circumferential direction can also be configured at the radially outer end. That is, the second coil end portion can also be any one of the innermost coil end portion and the outermost coil end portion. In addition, one side and the other side of the circumferential direction can also be set to the opposite direction to the example of the stator in the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0077] In addition, in the above embodiment, although the portion 23 (first coil end portion) shows an example in which the slot receiving portions 21 arranged in the slot receiving portions 21 of different slots 11 and arranged to be staggered one by one in the radial direction to the outside or inside are connected one by one, the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the first coil end portion may connect the slot receiving portions arranged to be staggered by two or more turns. In other words, the slot receiving portions staggered by two or more turns may be connected.
[0078] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although the example in which the slot receiving portion 21 forming one of the wave-wound coil portions 20a to 20d that reciprocates once and the slot receiving portion 21 forming another one are respectively arranged in mutually adjacent slots 11 is shown, the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the slot receiving portion of one of the wave-wound coil portions that reciprocates once and the slot receiving portion of the other wave-wound coil portion that reciprocates once may also be arranged in a common slot. In addition, the slot receiving portion of one of the wave-wound coil portions that reciprocates once and the slot receiving portion of the other wave-wound coil portion that reciprocates once may also be arranged in mutually separated slots.
[0079] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although an example of forming the coil portion 20 by the inverted U-shaped conductor component 70 is shown, the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the coil end portion can also be formed by arranging the rod-shaped conductor component as the slot receiving portion in the slot and then joining a conductor component different from the rod-shaped conductor component. In addition, the coil portion can also be formed by combining an inverted U-shaped conductor component and a U-shaped conductor component from one side and the other side of the axial direction of the stator core. In addition, the coil portion can also be formed by continuously winding a conductor in a wave shape.
[0080] In addition, in the above embodiment, although the example in which the U-phase coil unit 30, the V-phase coil unit 40, and the W-phase coil unit 50 each constitute four parallel coils is shown, the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, each of the U-phase coil unit, the V-phase coil unit, and the W-phase coil unit may not be a parallel structure, but may be a structure in which two coils are connected in parallel.
[0081] In addition, in the above embodiment, although an example is shown in which 48 slots 11 are provided in the stator core 10, and eight slot receiving portions 21 are received in parallel in the radial direction in each slot 11, the present invention is not limited thereto. In the present invention, the number of slots in the stator core may be other than 48. In addition, the number of slot receiving portions received in one slot may be other than eight.
[0082] [Summary of the present embodiment]
[0083] This embodiment has at least the following structures.
[0084] The stator (100) comprises: a stator core (10) comprising a plurality of slots (11) extending in the axial direction; and a coil portion (20) arranged in each of the plurality of slots (11) and having a conductor wave-wound therein, the coil portion (20) comprising: a plurality of slot receiving portions (21) received in each of the plurality of slots (11) in a state of being arranged in the radial direction of the stator core (10); a first coil end portion (23) connecting the slot receiving portions (21) received in the plurality of slot receiving portions (21) of different slots (11) and having radially different positions in pairs; and a second coil end portion (24, 25) connecting the slot receiving portions (21) received in the plurality of slot receiving portions (21) of different slots (11) and having radially common positions in pairs, the first coil end portion (23) being gradually changed from the end on the other side of the radial direction to the end on one side in a radial direction. The slot receiving portions (21) are connected in pairs to form wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) that are wave-wound in the stator core (10) along the circumferential direction together with the slot receiving portions (21). The second coil end portions (24, 25) are connected in pairs to form at least one pair of wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) that are wave-wound in the stator core (10) in the circumferential direction by connecting the slot receiving portions (21) in pairs. 0a, 20b, 20c, 20d) are connected to each other, and the coil portion (20) is wave-wound in stages along one side of the circumference from the end of the other side of the radial direction to the end of one side through the wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) that are connected to each other, and the circumferential direction is changed from one direction to another direction through the second coil end portion (24, 25), and is wave-wound in stages along the other side of the circumference from the end of one side of the radial direction to the end of the other side.
[0085] With such a configuration, in each of the plurality of slots (11), unlike the case where radially adjacent slot receiving portions (21) are alternately connected in a manner that alternately passes through the third innermost layer and the outermost layer after alternately passing through the innermost layer and the second innermost layer, the slot receiving portions (21) can be connected to each other without providing a portion in the radial position of the slot receiving portion (21) that is switched and connected midway, such as a portion connected from the second innermost layer to the third innermost layer. Therefore, the slot receiving portions (21) can be connected to each other without providing a portion that is connected in a manner that crosses other coil portions (20) in the midway of the radial slot (11). As a result, the size of the coil portion (20) in the axial direction of the stator core (10) can be reduced.
[0086] A first coil end portion (23) of one of the wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) connected to each other and a first coil end portion (23) of the other side are formed, and the slot receiving portions (21) are connected to each other in pairs in such a manner that the radial positions of the connected slot receiving portions (21) are parallel to each other and are changed in stages.
[0087] With such a configuration, the radial positions of the slot receiving portions (21) connected to each other in one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) are arranged to be parallel to each other and to be changed in stages, so that the shapes of the respective conductors constituting the one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) can be made the same. Therefore, even when the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) are connected in a folded manner, the increase in the types of shapes of the conductor parts can be suppressed, so the increase in the types of the conductor parts used to form the coil portion (20) can be suppressed.
[0088] The second coil end portion (24, 25) includes: an outermost coil end portion (24) connecting the radially outermost slot receiving portions (21) of each of the plurality of slots (11) to each other, and an innermost coil end portion (25) connecting the radially innermost slot receiving portions (21) to each other. A plurality of wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) are provided. The plurality of wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), the outermost coil end portion (24) and the innermost coil end portion (25) form a coil portion (20) in which the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and is wave-wound.
[0089] According to the structure, a coil portion (20) in which the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and is wave-wound is formed by a plurality of wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), an outermost coil end portion (24), and an innermost coil end portion (25). Therefore, the coil portion (20) can be configured in a manner that the direction of the circumferential winding is changed multiple times and is wave-wound in each of the radial innermost and outermost portions of the slot (11). Therefore, even when the number of slot receiving portions (21) received in one slot (11) increases, the coil portion (20) can be configured by folding back multiple times in each of the radial innermost and outermost portions of the slot (11), so that the size of the coil portion (20) in the axial direction of the stator core (10) can be reduced.
[0090] The first coil end portion (23) connects slot receiving portions (21) arranged in different slots (11) one by one, the slot receiving portions (21) being arranged radially outwardly or inwardly staggered from each other.
[0091] If constructed in this way, the coil part (20) can be formed by connecting the slot receiving parts (21) arranged one by one in radial direction and staggered to the outside or inside, so that the slot receiving parts (21) can be densely arranged in each of the plurality of slots (11). Therefore, the slot receiving parts (21) can be connected to each other in pairs, so that the plurality of slot receiving parts (21) arranged in the slots (11) can be efficiently connected, and the radial positions of the connected slot receiving parts (21) can be changed step by step in sequence toward one side of the radial direction.
[0092] A slot receiving portion (21) forming one of the mutually connected wave-wound coil portions (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) and a slot receiving portion (21) forming the other are respectively arranged in mutually adjacent slots (11).
[0093] Here, in one and the other of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), when the slot receiving part (21) is arranged in a common slot (11), the positional relationship of the coil part (20) relative to the magnet arranged in the rotor (150) facing the stator (100) is deviated, so the current flowing in the wave-wound coil parts (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) is deviated. In view of this, in this embodiment, by arranging the slot receiving part (21) forming one of the mutually connected wave-wound coil parts (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) and the slot receiving part (21) forming the other one in mutually adjacent slots (11), it is possible to suppress the current flowing in the wave-wound coil parts (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) from being deviated.
