Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to load calculation of underground structures, and in particular to an intelligent calculation system and method for load distribution of a basement top plate and a reinforcement structure. Background Art

[0002] During the construction process, various construction conditions with basement roof structures as load-bearing structures are often involved. In these construction conditions, the basement roof will bear various forms of loads, such as passenger and freight elevator loads, material yard loads, and vehicle crane outrigger loads. When the load is large, support structures such as racks or steel structures will be used for reinforcement. In order to determine whether the basement roof meets the force requirements after reinforcement, it is necessary to clarify the load distribution relationship between the basement roof and the support structure.

[0003] Existing calculation methods often require the use of finite element software to build a structural model for verification. When calculating different working conditions, it is necessary to build different finite element models, and repeat modeling operations such as boundary condition setting, component information entry, load information entry, and meshing. The process is cumbersome and time-consuming. Alternatively, theoretical calculation methods are used to assume that the supporting structure has infinite stiffness for calculation. However, in fact, the stiffness of the supporting structure will affect the load on the basement roof.

[0004] Therefore, it is necessary to propose a new intelligent calculation method for load distribution of basement roof and its reinforcement structure. Summary of the invention

You can also set the value range, for example, the board span length L and board span width B The value range is 1.5m~15m, the thickness of the basement top plate h b,0 and n Thickness of basement floor h b,n The value range is 0.01m~1m, and the load action length L F The value range is 0.1m~0.5 L , load action width B F The value range is 0.1m~0.5 B , the relative distance between the load center and the plate center x ( y )The value range is 0 m~0.5 L ( B ).

[0021] The stiffness calculation model of each floor slab of the basement integrates machine learning functions. The model form is not limited. Neural network models such as CNN (convolutional neural network), RNN (recurrent neural network) and Transformer (converter model) can be used to construct the stiffness calculation model of each floor slab of the basement. The stiffness calculation model of each floor slab of the basement is a pre-trained model. During pre-training, a training data set is first established. The training data set includes several groups of training data. Each group of training data includes basement structure information, load information and stiffness information of each floor slab of the basement. To ensure the training effect, the training data set needs to exceed 10,000 groups of training data. Preferably, the intelligent calculation system for load distribution of the basement top slab and reinforcement structure also includes an information acquisition and processing module, which is used to extract the basement structure information and load information from the existing data, and perform unit conversion on the basement structure information and load information. During pre-training, optimization algorithms such as SGD and Adam can be used until the target loss function reaches the preset expected value, and then the training can be stopped. After the training is completed, after the basement structure information and load information are input into the basement floor slab stiffness calculation model, the model can output the stiffness of each basement floor slab, including K b,0 , K b,i .

[0025] like Figure 3 As shown, when the number of basement floors is 2, the load F The load is shared by four structures: the basement top plate and the first-layer supporting structure, the first-layer basement floor plate, and the second-layer supporting structure. Since the displacement of the top of the first-layer supporting structure is consistent with that of the basement top plate, and the displacement of the top of the second-layer supporting structure is consistent with that of the first-layer basement floor plate, the four structures can be regarded as a series-parallel mixed spring group. [0026] like Figure 4 As shown, when the number of basement floors is n ( n >2), load F The basement roof and the 1st n Layer support structure, basement 1~( n -1) Floor slab total 2 n The structure is shared, because n Layer support structure top and basement n -1 layer displacement is consistent, 2 n The structure is considered as a mixed series-parallel spring group. Specifically, i -1 floor slab is regarded as the first spring, i The support structure is regarded as the second spring. i The combination of the floor slabs and supporting structures of each layer below the layer supporting structure is regarded as the third spring.
