Self-closing flexible material discharge valve

Abstract

This utility model provides a self-cutting flexible material unloading valve, including a valve body with an inlet at the upper end and an outlet at the lower end. A rotatable impeller is disposed within the valve body, and an upper cutter is positioned at the inlet. The upper cutter is installed in the same direction as the impeller's rotation, with its cutting edge facing opposite to the impeller's rotation direction. By positioning the upper cutter in the same direction as the impeller's rotation, and with its cutting edge facing opposite to the impeller's rotation direction, when the impeller moves the flexible material to the upper cutter, the flexible material is cut off by the upper cutter, thereby avoiding the problem of material entanglement on the impeller and significantly reducing the risk of blockage.
