Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a lamp that can be connected to a bottle neck.
[0002] Bottle lamps are lamps that can be placed on a beverage bottle, allowing the bottle to serve as a lamp stand. It's particularly conceivable that the lamp can be placed on an empty beverage bottle, allowing the used bottle to be recycled in a resource-efficient manner.
[0003] A lamp that can be connected to a bottle neck is known from KR 10 2014 0139 209 A. The lamp has a base for holding the bottle, which base has vent holes.
[0004] DE 202 16 124 U1 discloses a lighting device for a bottle, comprising a holding element by means of which the lighting device can be attached to the bottle. The holding element comprises a plurality of circumferentially spaced, downwardly extending teeth.
[0005] From KR 20-2017-0002914 U, a lamp cover is known that can be placed on a bottle. The lamp cover comprises four circumferentially spaced Holding elements that can grip the bottle neck.
[0006] WO 2023 / 020666 A1 discloses a bottle lamp comprising a lampshade-like body in which a light source is integrated. The body has a conical, stem-like element on its underside that can be inserted into the neck opening of the bottle to secure the lamp.
[0007] A fastening element for attaching a light source to a bottle is known from CN 204240225 U. The fastening element encompasses one end of the bottle neck.
[0008] The object of the present invention is to provide a lamp that allows simple and secure attachment to a bottle neck.
[0009] To achieve the object, a lamp is proposed which can be detachably connected to a bottle neck, comprising: a fastening element with a recess for plugging onto the bottle neck, wherein the fastening element has a holding section projecting radially inward from an inner surface of the fastening element and a base section delimiting the recess, and at least one illuminant which is at least indirectly connected to the fastening element, wherein the holding section is designed as an elastic sealing lip which can be brought into contact with the bottle neck in a fully sealing manner, so that the fastening element forms an airtight closure when plugged in.
[0010] The fastening element is particularly cup-shaped and can be designed rotationally symmetrically around a longitudinal axis. Starting from the base section, the fastening element has a wall section that runs around the longitudinal axis and extends to an end near the opening, and a holding section that protrudes radially inward from the wall section. The inner surface of the wall or base section forms the recess into which the bottle neck is inserted. The recess extends along the longitudinal axis from a recess opening to the recess base.
[0011] When placed on a bottle neck, the retaining section is elastically deformed and comes into sealing contact with the bottle neck. For easy and centered placement, the fastening element or retaining section has one or more insertion recesses or surfaces that taper in the direction of insertion. Because the annular retaining section is designed as a sealing lip and fully engages the bottle neck, the area of the recess between the recess base and the retaining section is sealed from the environment when placed in the recessed position.
[0012] The insertion direction can be described as a direction parallel or in the axial direction to the longitudinal axis into the recess.
[0013] In one possible embodiment of the lamp, the holding section can be designed as a funnel-shaped or conical ring that protrudes from the inner surface of the recess. In particular, the holding section can be designed in the shape of the shell of a truncated cone. However, another shape is also possible, for example, spherical or rounded.
[0014] The recess of the fastening element has a recess opening through which the bottle neck can be inserted into the recess. The recess or inner surface of the fastening element can taper, at least in sections, away from the holding element toward an end opposite the recess opening. The recess can taper linearly, so that the recess has a conical or frustoconical shape, at least in sections. It is also conceivable for the taper to be progressive or degressive.
[0015] The axial length of the recess from the holding section to the base section can be greater than the smallest inner diameter of the holding section. Furthermore, the radial extension of the holding section from the inner surface of the wall to the inner annular edge of the holding section can be greater than 0.25 times the radius of the wall from which the holding section extends inward.
[0016] In one possible embodiment, the fastening element and the holding section can be designed integrally. The fastening element and / or the holding section can be made of an elastic plastic, for example, silicone or another polymer. The holding section can also be referred to as a holding element.
[0017] In a further possible embodiment, the fastening element can be surrounded by a ring element at least in sections, in particular at least over half the axial height of the fastening element. The ring element is preferably made of a material that has a higher hardness or strength than the fastening element, for example of a metal or a metal alloy. The shape of the ring element is in particular adapted to the shape of the fastening element and can, for example, be cylindrical or sleeve-shaped. An outer surface of the fastening element can be in contact with an inner surface of the ring element, so that the ring element supports the fastening element in the radial direction. The fastening element can in particular be injection-molded onto the ring element or the ring element can be encapsulated with the fastening element. Furthermore, the ring orThe sleeve element can optionally be enclosed at at least one or both axial ends by a respective end section of the fastening element, so that a form-fitting undercut is formed in the radial direction. Alternatively, the ring element can also be largely overmolded, i.e., also radially outwardly, by the material of the fastening element.
[0018] In one possible embodiment, the lamp can have a connecting plate that is at least indirectly connected to the fastening element, and at least one illuminant that is fastened to the connecting plate. The ring element can have locking means on an outer side with which the connecting plate can be fixed to the ring element. In this case, the connecting plate is indirectly connected to the fastening element via the ring element. The ring element thus has a fastening function in addition to a reinforcing function and can therefore also be referred to as a reinforcing or fastening element.
[0019] The lamp can also comprise a lampshade and a fixing device. The connecting plate can be firmly connected to the lampshade via the fixing device. The lampshade can be designed to be either translucent or opaque. The fixing device can have at least one connecting bolt and a fixing element, wherein the fixing element can be firmly connected to the lampshade and to the connecting plate via the at least one connecting bolt.
[0020] In one possible embodiment, the lamp can comprise an energy storage device via which the at least one illuminant can be supplied with energy. Furthermore, the lamp can comprise a circuit board via which the supply of the at least one illuminant with energy from the energy storage device can be controlled. The circuit board can be designed as a touch switch. The energy storage device and / or the circuit board can be attached to the fixing device. Furthermore, the lamp can have a light diffusing screen that is opposite the at least one illuminant and is attached to at least one of the fixing element, the lampshade, and the fixing device.
[0021] An exemplary embodiment of a lamp according to the invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Herein: Figure 1a longitudinal section through the lamp; Figure 2a perspective view of the longitudinal section Figure 1 ; Figure 3 a representation of detail III from Figure 1 ; and Figure 4 a view analogous to the view from Figure 1 , wherein a bottle neck is arranged in the recess of the fastening element.
[0022] In the Figures 1 to 4 , which are described together below, a lamp 1 according to the invention is shown. The lamp 1 comprises illuminants 23, which are supplied with electrical energy by an energy storage device 12.
[0023] The lamp 1 has a lampshade 2, which is particularly funnel-shaped and extends from an upper opening to a lower opening. The lampshade 2 has a circular outer and inner contour in cross-section, without being limited thereto, with the respective diameter increasing from the upper opening to the lower opening.
[0024] The lamp 1 can be connected to the neck 25 of a bottle via a fastening element 18, as shown in particular in Figure 4 For this purpose, the fastening element 18 has a recess 19 that extends along a longitudinal axis L from a recess opening 20 to a recess base 28. The fastening element 18 is designed to be rotationally symmetrical about the longitudinal axis L. The bottle neck 25 can be inserted into the recess 19 for connection to the fastening element 18.
[0025] The recess 19 is defined by an inner surface 26 or the surrounding wall of the fastening element 18. An elastic retaining element 21 extends radially inward from the inner surface 26. The retaining element 21 is designed to engage around the neck 25 of the bottle, so that a detachable connection can be established between the fastening element 18 and the bottle neck 25. The retaining element 21, designed as a sealing lip, comes into sealing contact with the bottle neck, so that the fastening element 18, when attached, forms a tight closure for the bottle.
[0026] The holding element 21 is designed as a funnel-shaped ring, in particular, which tapers from the recess opening 20 in the axial direction. The holding element 21 accordingly has an insertion recess 27, which tapers along the longitudinal axis L in the direction of the recess base 28. In the present case, the holding element 21 is designed in the shape of a jacket of a truncated cone, so that the insertion recess 27 tapers linearly or continuously. However, it is also conceivable for the taper to be progressive or degressive along the longitudinal axis L. The cone angle α of the truncated cone is in particular between 20 and 40°. The holding element 21 extends from the inner surface 26 of the recess 19 over a length T21 of in particular 5 to 20 mm. The material thickness of the holding element 21 can be, for example, 1 mm to 2.5 mm. The radial extension E21 of the holding element 21 orHolding section from the inner surface 26 of the fastening element 18 to the inner annular edge of the holding section 21 is in particular greater than 0.25 times the radius R26 of the inner surface 26 from which the holding section 21 extends inwards.
[0027] The holding element 21 has a holding opening 22 through which the bottle neck 25 extends when it is inserted into the recess 19. A largest cylinder having a smaller diameter than a smallest circumscribing cylinder of the bottle neck 25 can be inscribed in the holding opening 22. Thus, the holding element 21 is elastically deformed in the region of the holding opening 22 when the bottle neck 25 is arranged in the recess 19. A frictional contact is thus established between the holding element 21 and the bottle neck 25 in the region of the holding opening 22. In the present case, the holding element 21 rests completely against the bottle neck 25, so that the region of the recess 19 between the recess base 28 and the holding element 21 is sealed off from the environment. The holding element 21 can therefore also be referred to as a sealing lip.In the present case, the contact pressure between the holding element 21 and the bottle neck 25 is selected to be sufficiently large that the area of the recess 19 between the recess base 28 and the holding element 21 is hermetically sealed from the environment. The axial length L19 of the recess 19 from the holding section 21 to the base section 28 is, in particular, larger than the smallest inner diameter D21 of the holding section 21.
[0028] If the bottle neck 25 has a bead 29 at its end, as in Figure 4As shown, the holding element 21 represents an undercut in the direction of the longitudinal axis L for the bead 29 when the bottle neck 25 is inserted into the recess 19. The funnel-shaped design of the holding element 21, which projects into the recess 19, increases the force required to pull the bead 29 of the bottle neck 25 out of the recess 19. In this case, the holding element 21 must be folded over in the direction of the recess opening 20. Furthermore, the bottle neck 25 comes into contact with the fastening element 18 in two axially spaced-apart areas, namely on the tapered inner wall on the one hand and on the holding element 21 on the other hand, which leads to a secure connection with low tilting moments.
[0029] Due to the airtight connection of the holding element 21 to the bottle neck 25, a negative pressure is created in the area of the recess 19 between the recess base 28 and the holding element 21 when the bottle neck 25 is pulled out of the recess 19, which must be overcome in addition to the elastic force of the holding element 21. Thus, the lamp 1 has a particularly strong connection to the bottle neck 25.
[0030] The holding element 21 and the fastening element 18 are designed integrally with each other and consist of an elastic material, in particular a plastic, for example, silicone or another polymer. However, it is also conceivable for the holding element 21 and the fastening element 18 to be designed separately and connected to each other.
[0031] The wall section of the fastening element 18 or its inner surface 26 tapers between the holding section 21 and the base section 28. An angle β enclosed between the longitudinal axis L or a parallel L' and the inner surface 26 can, for example, be between 5° and 20°. The recess 19 is preferably frustoconical in the direction of the longitudinal axis L from the holding element 21 towards the recess base 28. Thus, one end of the bottle neck 25 strikes the inner surface 26 when inserted into the recess 19. The bottle neck 25 thus rests over a respective circumference against both the holding element 21 and the inner surface 26.This results in a particularly stable connection between the bottle neck 25 and the fastening element 18, wherein the bottle neck 25 is centered with respect to the longitudinal axis L and a tilting moment acting on the lamp 1 can be supported by the two contact areas spaced apart along the longitudinal axis L.
[0032] The fastening element 18 is surrounded by a ring element 16, wherein an outer peripheral surface of the fastening element 18 is in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the ring element 16. The ring element 16 can be made of a stiffer material than the fastening element 18. In particular, the ring element 16 can be made of a plastic or a metallic material. The ring element 16 can absorb the radial and axial forces acting on the fastening element 18. The ring element 16 can thus also be referred to as a stiffening element.
[0033] The ring element 16 is overmolded with the fastening element 18, so that the ring element 16 is enclosed by the fastening element 18 on at least one end face. The ring element 16 is thus fixed by the fastening element 18 in both the axial and radial directions. A region of the outer contour of the ring element 16, located centrally in the direction of the longitudinal axis L, is kept free of the material of the fastening element 18.
[0034] The ring element 16 is connected to an annular connecting plate 14. The connecting plate 14 has a central circular opening 15 through which the ring element 16 and the fastening element 18 extend. The ring element 16 has a connecting surface on an outer peripheral surface that engages a peripheral surface of the opening 15 of the connecting plate 19. The connecting surface is arranged in the region of the outer contour of the ring element 16 that is kept free of the material of the fastening element 18.
[0035] In the present case, the connecting surface has locking means 17 that are wave-shaped or zigzag-shaped. The connecting plate 14 is made of a softer material than the ring element 16. When the connecting plate 14 is pushed onto the ring element 16, the locking means 17 press into the connecting plate 14, creating a force-fitting and form-fitting connection between the connecting plate 14 and the ring element 16. Alternatively, the ring element 16 or the fastening element 18 can have a groove in the outer surface into which the connecting plate 14 is inserted or clipped. It is also conceivable for the connecting plate to have an internal thread that engages an external thread of the ring element 16.
[0036] The connecting plate 14 is optionally connected to the lampshade 2 at an outer peripheral surface. For example, it is conceivable that the connecting plate 14 and the lampshade 2 are glued together or that the connecting plate 14 is clipped into an annular groove of the lampshade 2.
[0037] The lighting means 23 are fastened to a first end face of the connecting plate 14. On an opposite second end face, the connecting plate 14 is connected to the lampshade 2 by means of a fixing device. The fixing device comprises a plurality of connecting bolts 13 which are screwed to the connecting plate 14 and extend parallel to the longitudinal axis L. The length of the connecting bolts 13 is selected to be large enough that they extend beyond the fastening element 18 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis L. The fixing device also comprises a fixing element 6 to which the connecting bolts 13 are also screwed. The connecting bolts 13 can in particular be tubular bolts with an internal thread, into which a first screw 30 extending through the connecting plate 14 engages from a first side, and a second screw 31 extending through the fixing element 6 engages from a second side.
[0038] The fixing element 6 comprises a circular plate section 7, from which spacer bolts 8 extend in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis L. A circuit board 5 is screwed onto the spacer bolts 8 by means of several screws 11, the purpose and function of which will be explained later. The plate section 7, the spacer bolts 8, and the circuit board 5 together define a space in which the energy storage device 12 is accommodated. The energy storage device 12 is firmly connected to the plate section 7.
[0039] The circular plate section 7 has connecting means 9 on an outer circumferential surface, which engage in a connection receptacle 10 of the lampshade 2 such that a positive and / or non-positive connection is established between the lampshade 2 and the fixing element 6. For example, the connecting means 9 can be designed as snap hooks that hook into the connection receptacle 10 when the fixing element rotates about the longitudinal axis L, thus establishing a positive connection between the fixing element and the lampshade 2. Alternatively, the connecting means 9 can be designed as an external thread and the connection receptacle 10 as an internal thread. Additionally, an adhesive connection can be provided in this area.
[0040] In the area of the lower opening of the lampshade 2, the lamp 1 has an annular diffuser 24, which is glued with an outer peripheral region into a circumferential groove of the lampshade 2 and with an inner peripheral region glued to the fastening element 18. The diffuser 24 has a first surface on a first side that lies opposite the lighting means 23. On an opposite second side, the diffuser 24 has a second surface that is oriented towards the lower opening of the lampshade 2. The light emitted by the lighting means 23 is thus received by the first surface of the diffuser 24, scattered by scattering centers incorporated in the diffuser 24, and emitted by the second surface towards the lower opening of the lampshade 2. The diffuser 24 can also be referred to as a diffuser and can be designed, for example, as a frosted glass pane.
[0041] A touch element 3 is arranged in the upper opening of the lampshade 2. The touch element 3 can be connected to the lampshade 2 in a form-fitting, force-fitting, or material-fitting manner. The touch element 3 can also be referred to as a switch plate. The touch element 3 is made, at least in sections, from an electrically conductive material which is connected to an electrically conductive spring 4. The spring 4 is in turn connected to a circuit board 5. The circuit board 5 is designed to control the supply of the lighting means 23 with electrical energy from the energy storage device 12. The circuit board 5 is designed such that when an operator brings a body part into proximity of the touch element 3, the electrical connection between the energy storage device 12 and the lighting means 23 is alternately broken or established. The contact element 3, the spring 4, and the circuit board 5 together form a contact sensor, which can also be referred to as a touch sensor. The touch sensor can have a dimming function. Alternatively, or in combination, it is also conceivable for the contact element 3, the spring 4, and the circuit board 5 to form a pressure-controlled switch.
[0042] The lamp 1 comprises a cable arrangement (not shown) that electrically connects the energy storage device 12 to the lighting devices 23. The circuit board 5 is integrated into the cable arrangement in such a way that it can selectively establish or disconnect the connection between the energy storage device 12 and the lighting devices 23. In particular, the circuit board 5 is arranged between the energy storage device 5 and the lighting devices 23.
[0043] A USB port (not shown) is provided on the connecting plate 14, via which electrical energy can be supplied to the lamp 1 to charge the energy storage device 12. The USB port is electrically connected to the energy storage device via the cable arrangement. In particular, the USB port can be connected to the energy storage device 12 via the circuit board 5. Depending on the charge state of the energy storage device 12, the circuit board 5 can switch between a first state in which the electrical energy provided by the USB port is supplied to the energy storage device 12, and a second state in which the electrical energy provided by the USB port is supplied directly to the lighting device 23.
