The rubber core assembly 2 comprises at least one cable 21 and at least one wiring terminal 22 which is disposed in the first receiving cavity 11. The wiring terminal 22 comprises a wiring portion 221 and a first fixing portion 222. The wiring portion 221 is connected to the cable 21, and the first fixing portion 222 extends into the mounting area 13.The receiving terminal 3 is arranged in the second receiving cavity 12 and comprises a contact portion configured to fit a socket terminal and a second fastening portion 313 which extends into the mounting area 13 and at least partially overlaps the first fastening portion 222. The fastening assembly is arranged in the mounting area 13 and comprises a limiting element 4 and a locking element 5. The second fastening portion 313 and the first fastening portion 222 are clamped between . the limiting member 4 and the locking member 5. In the present invention, the mounting area 13 is arranged such that the first fixing portion 222 of the wiring terminal 22 and the second fixing portion 313 of the docking terminal 3 can extend into the mounting area 13 from two directions of the elbow connector and overlap at least partially to make an electrical connection between the wiring terminal 22 and the docking terminal 3 which are at an angle in the elbow connector. The first fixing portion 222 and the second fixing portion 313 can be fixed together via the limiting member 4 and the locking member 5, thereby fixing the wiring terminal 22 and the docking terminal 3 in the elbow connector.

[0028] With reference to FIGS. 2 to 10, in one embodiment, the housing 1 comprises a mounting hole 14 disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first receiving cavity 11 and the second receiving cavity 12, and the mounting hole 14 extends to the mounting area 13. The first fixing portion 222 and the second fixing portion 313 overlap in an axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The first fixing portion 222 comprises a first through hole 2221 disposed in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The second fixing portion 313 comprises a second through hole 3131 disposed in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 3131 completely overlap in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14. One end of the locking member 5 passes through the first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 3131.The locking member 5 comprises a base 51 and a connecting rod 52 projecting inwardly from the base 51. The rod 52 passes through the first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 3131 and is then connected to the limiting member 4 to clamp the second fixing part 313 and the first fixing part 222 between the base 51 and the limiting member 4, thereby firmly fixing the first fixing part 222 and the second fixing part 313 together. The elbow connector has a simple fixing structure and is easy to use. Furthermore, the mounting hole 14 is covered with a sealing cover 6 to seal the mounting hole 14 after the locking member 5 locks the second fixing part 313 and the first fixing part 222, so as to realize sealing when the elbow connector is ready for use, and a good sealing effect is achieved without a complicated glue filling process.

[0029] Referring to FIGS. 2, 5 and 9 to 11, the sealing cover 6 comprises a cover plate 61, an annular first connecting portion 62 projecting inwardly from the cover plate 61, and a plurality of elastic arms 63 projecting inwardly from the first connecting portion 62. The buckle 64 passes through the second receiving hole 142 and is then snapped into the first resisting part 144. A first sealing ring 622 is disposed between the first sealing ring groove 621 and the first hole section 1421, so as to seal between the mounting hole 14 and the mounting area 13. With respect to the adjustment of the sealing cover 6 and the mounting hole 14, by gradually reducing the opening of the second hole section 1422 from the outside to the inside, the first resisting part 144 and the buckle 64 have a larger matching area and the two are engaged more strongly. It is also easier for the plurality of elastic arms 63 to enter the mounting area 13 from the second receiving hole 142 to engage the first resisting portion 144.The plurality of elastic arms 63 and the loop 64 at the end of each of the elastic arms 63 are arranged such that when the sealing cover 6 is assembled in the second receiving hole 142, the loop 64 is compressed by a side wall of the second receiving hole 142 and closes with the elastic arms 63, so as to smoothly pass through the second receiving hole 142.

[0030] In one embodiment, the limiting member 4 is a hexagonal nut, and the locking member 5 is a bolt that passes through the first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 3131 to be screwed into the nut. The bolt can be easily screwed into the nut using a screwdriver, so as to firmly fix the first fixing part 222 and the second fixing part 313 together.

The first clamping terminal 312 and the second clamping terminal 322 are configured to jointly clamp an end part of the socket terminal. The first fixing part 222 of the wiring terminal 22 is disposed between the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32. The space between the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32 is fully utilized to place the first fixing part 222, so as to reduce the design space of the elbow connector in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14.

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 8 to 10, the mounting area 13 further comprises a limiting groove 131 configured to install the limiting member 4. The first plug-in part 16 comprises a second sealing groove 161. One end of the second sealing ring 8 is inserted into the second sealing groove 161, and the other end of the second sealing ring 8 is leaned against a side wall of the front cover 7, so as to fix the second sealing ring 8. When the first plug-in part 16 is plugged into the second plug-in cavity of the socket terminal, the second sealing ring 8 is clamped between the second plug-in cavity and the first plug-in part 16 to achieve a sealed connection between the two.

[0035] More specifically, a pair of first fixing arms 71 are provided on opposite sides of the front cover 7. The first plug-in portion 16 includes a pair of fixing grooves 162 corresponding to the pair of first fixing arms 71. One end of each of the two cantilever arms 73 connected to the front cover 7 includes a reinforcing convex rib 74, in order to strengthen the strength of each of the two cantilever arms 73 and prevent them from being easily deformed. In addition, the widths of the two cantilever arms 73 are different, so that an assembler can identify a correct assembly direction of the front cover 7 based on the different widths of the two cantilever arms 73, in order to avoid reverse assembly.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, 6 and 14, in one embodiment, the elbow connector further comprises a rear cover 9 and a third sealing ring 10. The housing 1 has a third plug-in portion 19. The third plug-in portion 19 and the first plug-in portion 16 form an angle. The first receiving cavity 11 is formed in the third plug-in portion 19. The rear cover 9 covers the first receiving cavity 11, and the third plug-in portion 19 is sleeved outwardly with a side wall of the rear cover 9. A safety notch 91 is formed in the side wall of the rear cover 9, and the third plug-in portion 19 comprises a safety boss 191 which corresponds to the safety notch 91, in order to prevent the rear cover 9 from being mounted upside down. The third sealing ring 10 is arranged in the first receiving cavity 11 and comprises a wire hole 101 for the cable 21 to pass through, so that the cable 21 can be smoothly assembled into the housing 1 and the first receiving cavity 11 can also be sealed.

[0037] A method of assembling the above elbow connector comprises the following steps.
