Abstract
This article is an insert metal fitting that is attached to a mounting hole provided in a deck plate before concrete is poured. This article has a screw hole formed on each of the upper and lower end faces, and after concrete is poured, a hanging bolt is attached to the downward screw hole that opens toward the space below the deck plate, thereby supporting the hanging bolt in a state of being suspended below the deck plate. This article can insert a rod provided at the tip of a construction tool into the upward screw hole formed in the head at the upper end, as shown in reference oblique figure 1, which shows the usage state. The head of this article is made of metal, and is magnetically attached to the underside of the holding part of the construction tool by a magnet provided on the underside of the holding part. As a result, this article can be attached to the mounting hole of the deck plate while being held by the tip of the construction tool, as shown in reference oblique figure 2, which shows the usage state. As shown in the reference cross-sectional view 1 showing the usage state, multiple reinforcing bars are arranged crosswise on the upper surface of the deck plate for reinforcing, and even if the present article held at the tip of the construction tool comes into contact with the reinforcing bars around the mounting hole, the position of the present article relative to the holding part does not change because the rod body is inserted into the hole in the head. Therefore, the present article maintains a state held at the tip of the construction tool without coming off the construction tool. After the present article is inserted and attached to the mounting hole of the deck plate while being held at the tip of the construction tool, the construction tool is pulled upward to complete the attachment to the deck plate. In other words, the present article is an insert metal fitting that makes it easy to attach to the deck plate by the screw hole provided in the head. In addition, the present article can be used by attaching it to the peak part of the deck plate as shown in the reference cross-sectional view 2 showing the usage state, and can also be used by attaching it to the valley part of the deck plate as shown in the reference cross-sectional view 3 showing the usage state. When attached to the valley portion of a deck plate, the attachment strength of the insert fitting after concrete is poured can be increased by attaching a separate bolt to the screw hole provided in the head of the item.
