Abstract

To complete through a simple hardware configuration of only a power transmission system, easily estimate a strength of electric wave leaking to the outside, and enable a determination as to whether wireless power transmission can be used in a closed space.SOLUTION: A leakage power estimation method includes the steps of: measuring a power of a first electric wave emitted by a power transmission device in a closed space, and a power of a second electric wave received by the power transmission device from the closed space; and estimating a leakage power on the basis of the power of the first electric wave and the power of the second electric wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
