Welding jig and welding method using the welding jig

Abstract

To provide a welding jig which allows welding work to be performed suitably using a welding device.SOLUTION: A welding jig 1 is a jig for assisting a welding device E for welding a corner part M3 of a first parent material M1 and a second parent material M2. The welding jig 1 comprises: a first extension member 10 placed on a surface of the first parent material M1 and extending along the first parent material; a second extension member 20 connected to the first extension member, supported on a surface of the second parent material M2 and extending along the second parent material; and a fitting member 40 provided on the first extension member in order to fit the welding jig to the first parent material. At a connection part of the first extension member 10 and the second extension member 20, an aperture 30 is formed along an extending direction of the extension members. When the welding jig 1 is fitted to the first parent material M1, the aperture 30 is provided at a position facing the corner part M3, and is arranged so that the corner part is exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
