Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a valuable resource recovery device for dental piping that can be used to recover valuable resources from sludge that has adhered to and accumulated in dental piping, such as drainage piping and vacuum piping, installed in dental medical facilities such as dental clinics. [Background technology]
[0002] During dental treatment, cutting powders of metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and titanium are generated, but they are often disposed of by being sucked up by a vacuum and collected in a vacuum system pipe and drained, or by being drained into a drain pipe together with saliva and water for washing the oral cavity. Therefore, valuable precious metals such as gold and silver are constantly discarded, even if in small amounts, and problems such as a negative impact on the environment and a large burden on sewage treatment facilities have arisen. In response to this, for example, Patent Document 1 proposes a dental treatment waste treatment system that makes it possible to recover precious metals generated during dental treatment. The dental treatment waste treatment system of Patent Document 1 has a sludge collection device that collects sludge containing precious metals between a discharge section that discharges dental treatment waste sucked in by an intraoral suction terminal device and a septic tank, and attempts to recover the sludge that has accumulated in the sludge collection device and recover the precious metals from the sludge. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2006-15057 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The problem to be solved by the present invention will be described below, but the numbers used in this paragraph number are valid only for the description in this paragraph and are unrelated to the numbers in the description of the embodiments of the present invention described later. In the device of Patent Document 1, a liquid / solid / gas separator 7, a filter 8 between the suction motor 9 and the separator 7, and a sludge collecting device 13 for separating and precipitating sludge containing valuable metals from the liquid and solid components separated by the separator 7 along the flow are required in dental piping such as a drain pipe, and this sludge collecting device 13 is replaced with a new sludge collecting device to collect sludge. In this conventional device, the liquid / solid / gas separator 7, the suction motor 9, the filter 8, and the sludge collecting device 13 must be installed in each dental treatment facility, and it is often difficult to install them in a limited space such as a small dental clinic, and it is often difficult to obtain consent from the dental business operator to install them because they are not essential equipment for the business of dental treatment. Furthermore, the device of Patent Document 1 requires initial installation costs for the separator 7 and sludge collection device 13, as well as the task of managing the operation state. Furthermore, dental sludge is treated in the separator 7, and the liquid and solid components are then separated and settled in the sludge collection device 13, and when a certain amount of the sludge has accumulated, the device 13 is replaced with a new device, so there is a problem that after the entire device is set up once, it takes a month or several months before it is time to replace it again. For this reason, it is practically difficult to install this device individually in small dental clinics, etc.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and one of its objectives is to provide a device for recovering valuable materials in dental piping that can obtain and effectively utilize valuable metals in dental sludge while cleaning the dental piping and removing solid matter without requiring special equipment or management costs for dental treatment businesses. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a device for recovering valuable materials in dental piping that can complete cleaning of the dental piping in a relatively short time and recover sludge containing valuable metals, and that can take home a vacuum device containing the recovered sludge and take a sufficient amount of time to reliably obtain valuable metals in the sludge. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is composed of a high-pressure cleaning device 12 that arranges a high-pressure water hose 121 so that it can be inserted and removed inside dental piping 100 installed in a dental medical facility and high-pressure cleans the inside of dental piping 100, a vacuum device 14 that sucks up sludge in the piping that is high-pressure cleaned and discharged, and an adapter pipe 16 having one end that communicates with the dental piping 100 and is detachably connected to the piping, and having the other end that holds the high-pressure water hose 121 in a watertight state so that it can be inserted and removed, and a vacuum pipe 141 that branches off midway through the adapter pipe 16 and is detachably connected to the adapter pipe 16, which communicates and connects to a vacuum machine main body 142 of the vacuum device 14.
[0007] In the present invention, the light-transmitting tube section 145 may be provided at any position in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum tube 141 .
[0008] Moreover, the light transmitting tube portion 145 is preferably provided in the vacuum tube 141 at a position adjacent to the adapter tube 16 . Effect of the Invention
[0009] According to the device for recovering valuables from dental piping of the present invention, cleaning and valuables recovery from dental piping in dental medical facilities can be completed at low cost without the need for new equipment to be installed on the dental medical facilities or the cleaning and other work operators. In addition, the approximate completion time of the work for sludge, etc. can be visually confirmed from the outside, eliminating the inconvenience of occupying the equipment during work in the dental medical facilities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the device for recovering valuables in dental piping of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. The device and method for recovering valuables in dental piping of the present invention make it possible to easily recover valuables (e.g., cutting powder of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, titanium, etc., generated during dental treatment, etc.) that are attached and accumulated in dental piping installed in dental medical facilities such as dental clinics.
[0012] Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the device for recovering valuables from dental piping of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the device 10 for recovering valuables from dental piping according to this embodiment includes a high-pressure cleaning device 12 that removes sludge containing valuables that has adhered to and accumulated in dental piping 100 installed in a dental medical facility (not shown), a vacuum device 14 that uses negative pressure to suck and recover the sludge containing valuables removed from the dental piping 100 by the cleaning device 12, the dental piping 100, the high-pressure cleaning device 12, and an adapter pipe 16 that is detachably connected to the vacuum device 14.
[0013] In FIG. 1, dental piping 100 is installed in a dental medical facility (the entire facility is not shown), and one or more treatment units including a cuspidor are connected to the dental piping 100. The treatment unit is installed in a treatment room or a consultation room of the dental medical facility, and polishing debris and residue in a patient's mouth during treatment are discharged into the dental piping through the cuspidor. FIG. 1 shows a pipe connection end portion 100a as one end portion of the dental piping 100. During dental treatment, cutting powder of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, etc. is generated from the treatment unit including the cuspidor, and the metal powder is sucked into the dental piping 100 together with saliva, blood, mouthwash, etc.
[0014] In the schematic diagram of a valuables recovery device 10 in FIG. 1, a high-pressure cleaning device 12, a vacuum device 14, and an adapter pipe 16 are shown in the manner in which the device is arranged when in use.
[0015] High-pressure cleaning device 12 is a cleaning means for removing sludge containing valuables that has adhered to the inner walls of dental piping 100 for suction and drainage or accumulated within the pipe, which is installed in a dental treatment facility, and includes a high-pressure water hose 121 that can be freely inserted into and removed from dental piping 100, a high-pressure cleaner 122, and a trigger unit 127.
[0016] 1, the high-pressure washer 122 is configured by integrally incorporating, for example, a cleaning water tank, an electric motor, a pump, a pressure-feeding unit, a control device, etc. (not shown), and is connected to a water supply means 123, for example, a tap water supply port, and a power source 124. In addition, a high-pressure water hose 121 that can be extended to a length of several meters to several tens of meters is connected to the high-pressure washer 122, and a discharge part 126 including a nozzle 125 made of metal or the like is provided at the tip of the hose, and high-pressure water is sprayed from the nozzle 125 toward the inner wall of the dental piping.
[0017] The high-pressure water hose 121 is a pressure-resistant hose that can be bent or flexed freely. The length of the high-pressure water hose 121 may be set arbitrarily according to the length of the dental piping, or may be wound around a reel or the like so that it can be freely unwound.
[0018] In the figure, a trigger portion 127 is provided at an intermediate position of the high-pressure water hose 121, for example, at a position near the high-pressure washer 122. The trigger portion 127 is an operating means for operating the flow and cut-off of the cleaning water pressure-fed and supplied from the high-pressure washer 122 in the hose, and for driving the forward and backward movement of the tip of the high-pressure water hose 121 in the dental piping 100, and is provided with an opening and closing valve mechanism for the high-pressure water from the high-pressure washer 122. The trigger portion 127 is, for example, a gun-shaped portion having a grip portion and a trigger, and an operator grasps the grip portion of the trigger portion to perform pressure-fed and cut-off operations of the water in the high-pressure water hose by a desired trigger operation. The operator also grasps the grip portion to perform the forward and backward operation of the entire hose.
[0019] 1 and 2, the discharge unit 126 includes a reverse oblique injection mechanism 130 that injects the cleaning water Wt toward the inner wall of the dental piping 100 in a direction oblique to the direction D of insertion of the high-pressure water hose 121 into the dental piping 100. The reverse oblique injection mechanism 130 has, for example, a reverse injection nozzle whose front end is closed in a substantially dome shape and in which a plurality of injection ports for cleaning water are provided in a constricted portion formed on the rear side of the dome-shaped front end. Due to a special structure of the reverse injection nozzle, the cleaning water Wt is injected under high pressure in a direction oblique to the front of the nozzle, for example, in a direction inclined at about 30 to 60 degrees from the rear of the nozzle.
[0020] In FIG. 1, an adapter pipe 16 is provided in association with a position near the tip of a high-pressure water hose 121 of the high-pressure cleaning device 12. The adapter pipe 16 is a means for realizing cleaning of the inside of the dental piping and recovery of valuable materials in association with the high-pressure cleaning device 12 and the vacuum device 14 described later. In particular, the adapter pipe 16 is provided so that one end side is detachably connected to the dental piping 100 and is also detachably connected to the vacuum device 14, and can be freely changed between a mode in which cleaning of the inside of the dental piping 100 and recovery of sludge containing valuable metals are performed as necessary, and a mode in which the high-pressure cleaning device 12 connected to the adapter pipe 16 and the vacuum device 14 are separated and moved and transported. The adapter pipe 16 is connected to the dental piping 100, and further connected to the high-pressure cleaning device 12 and the vacuum device 14, and high-pressure cleaning of the inside of the dental piping 100 and recovery of sludge containing valuable materials are performed in the state where the adapter pipe 16 is connected to the dental piping 100, and further connected to the high-pressure cleaning device 12 and the vacuum device 14. On the other hand, the adapter pipe 16 can be removed from the dental piping 100, and the connection between the adapter pipe 16 and the vacuum device 14 can be released and removed, and the entire valuable resource recovery device can be easily moved and transported.
[0021] In FIG. 1, the adapter pipe 16 includes a straight pipe section 161 as a hollow pipe through which the high-pressure water hose 121 is inserted linearly to guide its movement, and a branch pipe section 162 formed by branching in an L-shape or bifurcating shape at an incline in the middle of the straight pipe section 161 in a direction away from the dental piping. The straight pipe section 161 includes not only a single hollow straight pipe, but also a portion formed by combining a plurality of single straight pipes and straight pipe sections for connection to form a straight pipe as a whole. The branch pipe section 162 is terminated at a suitable length position, and a connecting pipe section 163 is provided at its end as a connecting bracket pipe section that detachably receives and connects other pipe members. As described later, the branch pipe section 162 is connected to the vacuum device 14 and the other end side of the straight pipe section 161 is closed, so that a fluid normally flows in the branch pipe section 162 from the straight pipe section 161 side to the branch pipe section side.
[0022] In Fig. 1, one end side 161a of straight pipe section 161 of adapter pipe 16 can be detachably connected to discharge connection end 100a of dental piping 100. The specific detachable configuration can be set arbitrarily. Basically, it is for discharging sludge from the dental piping, and high watertightness is not required, so for example, a method in which one pipe end is inserted into the inner diameter side of the other pipe end, a method in which the pipe ends are butted together and fastened with a fastening pipe that is screwed from the outside into both screw grooves formed on the outer surfaces of each pipe, a method in which the pipe ends are inserted into the inner diameter side between cylinders and the ends are butted together and fitted together, or any other detachable connection configuration can be used.
[0023] Meanwhile, a closure retaining portion 170 is provided on the other end side 161b of the straight pipe portion 161 of the adapter pipe 16, which holds the high-pressure water hose 121 inserted through the straight pipe portion 161 in a detachable manner in a closed state within the pipe. The closure retaining portion 170 includes a closure plate 171 and a closure packing 172, and the high-pressure water hose 121 penetrates a guide hole 173 provided in the center of the closure plate 171 and moves forward and backward along the axial center portion of the straight pipe portion 161 in the longitudinal direction of the pipe. Here, the other end side 161b of the straight pipe portion 161 of the adapter pipe 16 holds the high-pressure water hose 121 in a watertight state via the closure retaining portion 170 so as to be detachable.
[0024] 1, the branch pipe portion 162 of the adapter pipe 16 is detachably connected to the vacuum pipe line 141 of the vacuum device 14. The vacuum device 14 is a forced suction means that sucks and discharges discharged wastewater and cutting chips discharged when cleaning the inside of the dental piping 100 with high pressure water from the tip of the high pressure water hose 121 of the high pressure cleaning device 12 to the outside while changing the angle from the straight pipe portion 161 of the adapter pipe 16 into an L shape as shown in FIG. 2, and operates within approximately the same time as the high pressure cleaning device. In other words, since the discharged water and cutting chips are forcedly sucked during the time of spray cleaning with water from the nozzle 125 of the high pressure water hose 121, no time is wasted, and the cleaning and recovery work can be completed in a short time without taking more time than the operating time at the dental medical facility, i.e., the cleaning work time at the facility, to perform cleaning and valuables recovery.
[0025] The vacuum device 14 includes a vacuum machine main body 142 including a suction pump unit, a sludge collection container, and an operation panel (not shown), and a vacuum pipe line 141 having one end connected to the vacuum machine main body 142 and the other end removably connected to a branch pipe portion 163 of the adapter pipe 16.
[0026] In the embodiment, the vacuum pipe 141 includes, for example, a flexible bellows tube 143, and has the convenience of being able to take any piping form at the installation site and to move to any location. When the on / off switch of the vacuum machine body 142 is turned on, a fan or pump is operated by an electric motor to generate a negative pressure suction force, and the negative pressure suctioned material is collected in a collection container installed inside the vacuum machine body via the bellows tube 143. The bellows tube 143 has flexibility that allows it to bend and stretch freely, and pressure resistance that does not deform due to the negative pressure suction force, and is detachably attached to the vacuum machine body 142 and the adapter tube 16, respectively.
[0027] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a light-transmitting tube 145 is interposed in the vacuum duct 141. The light-transmitting tube 145 is a tube having light-transmitting properties, and the inside of the tube can be seen through. In this embodiment, the light-transmitting tube 145 is made of a light-transmitting tube member interposed at any position of the vacuum duct 141, which is several meters to several tens of meters long, for example, with a length of about several tens of centimeters, and is made of a cylindrical tube made of, for example, vinyl chloride or acrylic. The light-transmitting tube 145 is inserted and connected to the bellows tube 143 of the vacuum duct 141 through a large-diameter connecting tube 144 connected to one end side of the bellows tube 143, communicating the hollow inside.
[0028] When the vacuum device 12 sucks the sludge and cleaning water containing valuables in the dental piping 100 under negative pressure and draws them into the storage container in the vacuum device 14, the fluid flows through the vacuum pipe 141. At this time, the color of the fluid in the vacuum pipe is gray to black when the amount of solids attached and accumulated on the inner wall of the dental piping 100 is large. On the other hand, when the amount of solids in the fluid is small, the color becomes closer to that of running water and the color of the pipe itself can be seen. From this point of view, the degree of cleaning and sludge discharge in the dental piping 100 can be judged by the change in color of the transparent tube part 145, and the approximate time for completion of the work can be determined. A transparent tube is optimal for the transparent tube part 145, but it may be a semi-transparent tube or a tube member that allows the color change of the fluid itself to be visible from the outside. In addition, the connection method with the bellows tube 143 and the branch tube part 162 can be a plug connection, a screw connection, or other detachable connection configuration. The light-transmitting tube portion 145 may be permanently connected to either the adapter tube 16 side or the bellows tube 143 side, and only the other end side may be configured to be detachably connected.
[0029] In this embodiment, the light-transmitting tube 145 is particularly provided in the vacuum duct 141, which is in the vicinity of the adapter tube 16. In FIG. 1, one end of the light-transmitting tube 145 is fixedly connected to the end of the vacuum duct 141, and the other end of the light-transmitting tube 145 is detachably connected to the adapter tube 16 via the connecting tube 163 of the branching tube 162 of the adapter tube 16. This allows the approximate timing of completion of the cleaning work inside the dental piping 100 by the high-pressure cleaning device 12 to be visually confirmed from the outside, and the cleaning work inside the dental piping can be completed in a substantially short time without wasting time. In particular, in the embodiment, one end of the light-transmitting tube 145 is directly connected to the connecting tube 163 of the branching tube 162 of the adapter tube 16, so that the color change of the fluid inside the light-transmitting tube 145 can be confirmed early.
[0030] As described above, the vacuum device 14 can be detached from the adapter pipe 16 attached to the high-pressure cleaning device 12, so that after the dental piping cleaning work is completed, the adapter pipe 16 can be separated from the vacuum line 141 and easily moved to another business site, etc. As shown in Figure 3, a valuable metal sorting device 180 can be prepared in advance at another site, and valuable metals can be recovered with good accuracy over a certain amount of time. A sorting device with a known structure can be used as the valuable metal sorting device 180.
[0031] Next, the operation of the valuable resource recovery device 10 in dental piping according to this embodiment will be described. For example, in this embodiment, the tip side of the high-pressure water hose 121 is inserted through the closed holding portion 170 of the straight pipe portion 161 of the adapter pipe 16, and the adapter pipe is assembled to the high-pressure water hose 121 so that the tip of the hose protrudes from the straight pipe portion 161. Then, the straight pipe portion one end side 161a of the adapter pipe 16 is connected to the end portion 100a of the dental piping 100, and the adapter pipe 16 is internally connected to the dental piping 100. Also, the light-transmitting pipe portion 145, which is one end side of the vacuum pipe 141, is connected to the connecting pipe portion 163 of the branch pipe portion 162 of the adapter pipe 16.
[0032] Then, the operator grasps trigger portion 127 of high-pressure water hose 121 and advances high-pressure water hose 121 straight forward, inserting nozzle 125 at the tip end into dental piping 100 . A bellows tube 143 serving as the vacuum line 141 of the vacuum device 14 is connected to the branch pipe section 162 of the adapter tube 16, so that the cleaning process of the inside of the dental piping 100 by the high-pressure cleaning device 12 and the suction process of valuables from inside the dental piping 100 by the vacuum device 14 are carried out simultaneously or at a predetermined timing to recover valuables.
[0033] In the cleaning process, an operator holding the trigger portion 127 starts the high-pressure washer 122 of the high-pressure cleaning device 12 and turns on a hand switch (not shown) of the trigger portion 127, whereby cleaning water Wt is sprayed at high pressure from the discharge portion 126 of the high-pressure water hose 121 inserted into the dental piping 100. The high-pressure water hose 121 in the dental piping 100 is advanced forward while sludge W, which contains valuables and has adhered to or accumulated on the inner wall of the dental piping 100, is washed away by the high-pressure jet of cleaning water Wt. The discharge section 126 is provided with a reverse oblique jetting mechanism 130, which, combined with the propulsive force generated by the high-pressure jetting of cleaning water in a reverse oblique direction, allows the high-pressure water hose 121 to be smoothly advanced forward, and makes it easier to flow the sludge Md containing valuables that has fallen from the inner wall of the piping 100 toward the insertion point of the high-pressure water hose 121.
[0034] In the suction step, the vacuum device 14 is started, and the sludge containing valuables dropped from the dental piping 100 by the cleaning water Wt in the cleaning step and the cleaning water from the high-pressure cleaning device 12 flowing in the dental piping 100 are collected by negative pressure suction through the vacuum machine body 142. In the suction step, the cleaning water mixed with sludge in the dental piping is negatively suctioned to collect valuables together with the sludge. At this time, the cleaning water is sprayed from the discharge part 126 of the high-pressure water hose 121 toward the inner wall of the dental piping in a diagonal direction opposite to the insertion direction of the high-pressure water hose 121 into the dental piping 100, and the other end side of the straight pipe part of the adapter pipe 16 is closed by the closing holding part 170. Therefore, the water flow direction in the dental piping 100 by the high-pressure spray and the suction direction Sd in the same pipe by the vacuum device 14 are set to be approximately the same direction for the sludge and cleaning water dropped in the dental piping 100, and the sludge and cleaning water can be collected smoothly and efficiently.
[0035] Then, for example, while performing the cleaning process and the suction process simultaneously, valuable materials including the sludge and the water content of the cleaning water are collected in a collection container in the vacuum machine body 142 of the vacuum device 14. At this time, as shown in Figures 4(a) and (b), the transparent tube part 145 interposed in the vacuum pipe line 141 looks like a dark black fluid color at the beginning of the collection work, but when the color changes from light gray to the color of the transparent tube itself as the collection work progresses, it can be determined that the cleaning and sludge collection in the pipe is approximately complete. This allows the main equipment of the valuable material recovery device 10 in the dental pipes to be removed and taken away without wasting unnecessary waiting time. The sludge containing valuables recovered together with the cleaning water from the dental piping 100 is brought back to another location and sorted using a known valuable metal sorting device as shown in Fig. 3 to obtain valuables, which are then returned to the dental medical facility or the like that requested the cleaning of the dental piping, thereby realizing the maintenance of accuracy of dental treatment by promoting the cleaning work of the dental piping, cost reduction by recovering valuables, subscription to a cleaning and valuables recovery service, the creation of a cleaning and valuables recovery business, etc. In this way, it is possible to simplify the equipment installed at the work site for recovering valuables such as precious metals that have adhered and accumulated in the dental piping, and by making it possible to assemble and disassemble it, it is possible to promote the cleaning of the dental piping and the recovery of valuables by reducing the load on the equipment.
[0036] 1 embodiment, the light-transmitting tube section 145 is provided in the vacuum line 141, which is in the vicinity of the adapter tube 16. That is, by arranging the light-transmitting tube section 145 in a position directly connected to the adapter tube that connects to the dental piping, the completion time of cleaning inside the dental piping 100 and sludge recovery can be visually confirmed from the outside, and the occupation of the entire recovery device 10 in the place in the dental medical facility required for cleaning inside the dental piping 100 and recovering valuables can be released early, greatly improving the work efficiency.
[0037] The above-mentioned valuable resource recovery device 10 in dental piping includes a high-pressure cleaning device 12 that arranges a high-pressure water hose 121 so as to be freely insertable and detachable within dental piping 100 installed in a dental medical facility and high-pressure cleans the inside of the dental piping, a vacuum device 14 that sucks up the sludge in the piping that is high-pressure cleaned and discharged, and an adapter pipe 16 that communicates with the dental piping 100 at one end and is detachably connected to the piping, and holds the high-pressure water hose 121 in a watertight manner at the other end and has a vacuum pipe line 141 that branches off midway through the adapter pipe body and is detachably connected to the adapter pipe line 141 that communicates and connects to a vacuum machine main body 142 of the vacuum device. Therefore, with an extremely simple configuration, the inside of the dental piping is cleaned and valuable resources are recovered at the same time, which is beneficial to the dental treatment business operator without imposing any particular cost burden on the dental treatment business operator, and it is also expected to recover and effectively utilize discarded rare metals used in semiconductor integrated circuits and the like in industry. In addition, it is possible to effectively clean the inside of dental piping and recover sludge containing valuable materials in a short period of time.
[0038] Furthermore, by providing the vacuum pipe 141 with a light-transmitting pipe section 145, the degree of discharge of the fluid, i.e., sludge, in the vacuum pipe 141 can be visually confirmed from the outside at the light-transmitting pipe section 145, and an estimate of the completion time for the collection of sludge containing valuables can be obtained, making it possible to effectively reduce work time.
[0039] Furthermore, since the light-transmitting tube portion 145 is provided in the vacuum pipe line 141, which is in the vicinity of the adapter tube 16, a color change of the fluid in the light-transmitting tube portion 145 can be confirmed at an early stage.
[0040] The valuables recovery device for dental piping of the present invention described above is not limited to the configuration of the above-mentioned embodiment, and any modification may be made without departing from the essence of the present invention described in the claims. [Industrial Applicability]
[0041] The device for recovering valuables from dental piping of the present invention can be suitably used to recover valuables such as precious metals that have adhered to or accumulated in drainage pipes or vacuum pipes in dental medical facilities such as dental clinics, dental departments of general hospitals, and dental laboratories.
