Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a clamp fitting for connecting and fixing elongated members such as pipes, and more particularly to a clamp fitting for use in temporary roofs and temporary side walls installed outdoors, such as in material storage areas and construction sites. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, in order to construct a temporary roof or temporary side walls outdoors, such as at a material storage yard or a construction site, it has been common to assemble a number of pipe members, attach corrugated sheets to the top of the pipe members to form the roof section, and attach corrugated sheets to the outer sides of the pipe members to form the side walls, and so-called clamp fittings have been used to connect and secure the pipe members.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a clamp fitting for connecting pipes that can be used as both an orthogonal type and a swivel type, in which a clamp fitting body is formed which clamps a pipe by surrounding it with a base and a cover body one end of which is connected to the base so that it can swing freely, and which is clamped by fastening with a fastening screw and a nut, and which has two such clamp fitting bodies whose bases are connected back to back so that they can rotate freely relative to each other, and which has a stopper on the base of one of the two clamp fitting bodies that is pivotally supported so that it can swing freely on the swinging mounting shaft of the fastening screw, and which is made of a suitable metal material and has a roughly frame-like shape, and which is configured so that when it is swung, the side of the stopper comes into contact with the side of the base of the other clamp fitting body, so that the rotation of the two clamp fitting bodies relative to each other can be prevented at an appropriate angle. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-128194 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in conventional clamp fittings such as those disclosed in Patent Document 1, as shown in Figure 3(C), the oscillating mounting shaft 502 of the fastening screw 501 is pivoted to the base 503, and the tip of the fastening screw 501 and the nut 504 protrude outside the cover body 505, so that the tip of the fastening screw 501 abuts against the corrugated plate 300 attached to the upper surface or outer side surface of the pipe material 200, resulting in the problem that the corrugated plate 300 is deformed when attached to the upper surface or outer side surface of the pipe material 200.
[0006] Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3(D), a measure has been taken to avoid the tip of the fastening screw 501 of the conventional clamp fitting 500 by laying a bulkhead 400 made of a wooden block or the like in the gap between the pipe material 200 and the corrugated sheet 300 on the surface to which the corrugated sheet 300 is to be attached. Naturally, laying the bulkhead 400 poses the problem of increased man-hours and material costs in the construction of the temporary roof and temporary side walls.
[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and a specific object of the present invention is to provide a clamp fitting that can attach corrugated sheets to the upper surface or outer side surface of a pipe material without the need for raising materials when constructing a temporary roof or temporary side walls. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] The present invention has been devised to achieve the above object. More specifically, the clamp metal fitting is for fixing a pipe material and attaching a corrugated sheet to the pipe material when constructing a temporary roof or temporary side wall outdoors, such as in a material storage yard or a construction site, and includes an outer clamp including a base having a curved portion corresponding to the outer wall of the pipe material, a cover body having one end pivotally attached to the base and having a curved portion corresponding to the outer wall of the pipe material, a fastening bolt pivotally attached to the cover body, and a nut for tightening the fastening bolt, and an inner clamp including a base having a curved portion corresponding to the outer wall of the pipe material, a cover body having one end pivotally attached to the base and having a curved portion corresponding to the outer wall of the pipe material, a fastening bolt pivotally attached to the base, and a nut for tightening the fastening bolt, and the back surface of the base of the outer clamp and the back surface of the base of the inner clamp are connected and fixed to each other. The outer clamp is arranged so that, when the outer clamp surrounds the pipe material, the outer surface of the lid body to which the corrugated plate is attached becomes a smooth horizontal surface. Configuration included.
[0009] In the clamp fitting of the present invention, the fastening bolt of the outer clamp that fixes the pipe material on the side to which the corrugated sheet is attached is pivotally attached to the cover so that it can swing freely. Therefore, the tip of the fastening bolt does not come into contact with the corrugated sheet when the corrugated sheet is attached. This eliminates the need to use a bulkhead, and reduces the number of construction steps and material costs. At the same time, the tip of the fastening bolt does not protrude outward, and the outer surface of the lid is a smooth horizontal surface, so that the corrugated sheet can be stably attached. It's effective.
[0010] The present invention also includes a configuration in which a cutout portion capable of receiving the threaded portion of the fastening bolt of the outer clamp and a nut receiving portion provided on the outside of the base as a flat surface to which the nut can be tightly attached are protruded a required amount from the end of the base on the side to which the cover body is not attached.
[0011] In the clamp fitting of the present invention, the cutout portion and the nut receiving portion are protruded a required amount from the end of the base body on the side to which the cover body is not pivotally attached, so that the tip of the fastening bolt is arranged at a slight angle, which has the effect of making it easier to insert tools when fastening pipe material.
[0012] Furthermore, the present invention includes a configuration that improves the efficiency of assembly work by setting the height from the curved portion of the base to the back surface of the base to a required height and setting the gap between the tubular material surrounded by the outer clamp and the tubular material surrounded by the inner clamp to a required gap.
[0013] As described above, the clamp fitting of the present invention allows the required gap to be established between the tubular material surrounded by the outer clamp and the tubular material surrounded by the inner clamp, so that a ratchet wrench, which is a tool normally used in scaffolding assembly, can be used, thereby improving work efficiency.
[0014] The invention includes a configuration in which the outer clamp has a spacer that is used to adjust the angle of the outer surface which varies with the outer diameter of the tubing it surrounds.
[0015] When the clamp fitting of the present invention is fastened around a pipe with a thin outer diameter, the outer surface of the lid becomes slanted relative to the pipe. However, this is corrected by using a spacer and the outer surface of the lid is set horizontal, which has the effect of allowing the corrugated sheet to be attached stably. Effect of the Invention
[0016] The clamp fitting of the present invention is advantageous in that it allows corrugated sheets to be attached to the upper surface or outer side surface of a pipe material without the need for bulkheads when constructing a temporary roof or side wall. This has the effect of reducing the cost of materials used in construction and improving the efficiency of assembly work. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the drawings are schematic illustrations and do not necessarily correspond to actual dimensions, ratios, etc. Furthermore, the drawings may include parts in which the dimensional relationships and ratios differ from one another. In this embodiment, based on the state in which the clamp fittings are attached to the pipe material and used, the corrugated sheet side for the roof is referred to as the outer or upper side, the opposite side is referred to as the inner or lower side, and the corrugated sheet side for the side wall is referred to as the outer side and the opposite side is referred to as the inner side.
[0019] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a clamp fitting 100 of the present invention is composed of an outer clamp 10 and an inner clamp 20, with the back surface of the outer clamp 10 and the back surface of the inner clamp 20 being connected and fixed to each other.
[0020] The outer clamp 10 is composed of a base 11 having a curved portion 11A that corresponds to the outer wall of the pipe material 200, a cover body 12 having one end pivotally attached to the base 11 by a mounting shaft 30 and having a curved portion 12A that corresponds to the outer wall of the pipe material 200, a fastening bolt 13 pivotally attached to the cover body 12 by a bolt mounting shaft 40 so as to be freely swingable, and a nut 14 that tightens the fastening bolt 13.
[0021] The inner clamp 20 is composed of a base 21 having a curved portion 21A that corresponds to the outer wall of the pipe material 200, a cover body 22 having one end pivotally attached to the base 21 by a mounting shaft 30 and having a curved portion 22A that corresponds to the outer wall of the pipe material 200, a fastening bolt 23 pivotally attached to the base 21 by a bolt mounting shaft 40 so as to be freely swingable, and a nut 24 that tightens the fastening bolt 23, and the back surface of the base 11 of the outer clamp 10 and the back surface of the base 21 of the inner clamp 20 are connected and fixed to each other.
[0022] In addition, in the outer clamp 10, the outer surface of the cover 12, which is the side to which the corrugated plate 300 is attached when the outer clamp 10 surrounds the pipe material 200, is formed as a smooth horizontal surface 12B. Furthermore, a cutout portion 11B capable of receiving the threaded portion of the fastening bolt 13 of the outer clamp 10 and a nut receiving portion 11C provided on the outside of the base 11 and serving as a flat surface to which the nut 14 can be tightly attached are formed by protruding a required amount diagonally upward on the end of the base 11 on the side to which the cover body 12 is not axially attached.
[0023] In addition, in order to obtain the required gap between the pipe material 200 surrounded by the outer clamp 10 and the pipe material 200 surrounded by the inner clamp 20, which is formed by the distance T2 from the innermost part of the curved portion 11A of the outer clamp 10 to the outermost part of the curved portion 22A of the inner clamp 20, the height T4 from the back surface of the base 11 and the height T5 from the back surface of the base 21 are formed to the required height.
[0024] Also, as shown in FIG. 4, a spacer 50 may be used in the outer clamp 11 to adjust the angle of the outer surface 12B which varies with the outer diameter D2 of the surrounding tubular material 200. Specifically, if the outer diameter D2 is smaller than the set value, the outer surface 12B will not be horizontal to the pipe material 200 but will be inclined as shown in Figure 4(A), resulting in poor stability of the corrugated sheet 300. Therefore, as shown in Figure 4(B), a spacer 50 is disposed in the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe material 200 and the inner surface of the curved portion 12A, and the outer surface 12B is adjusted so that it is horizontal to the pipe material 200.
[0025] Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described, however, the present invention is not limited to the following examples, and the dimensions and shapes can be appropriately changed within the scope of the gist of the invention.
[0026] In this embodiment, the inner diameters of curved portions 12A and 22A are set so that the outer diameter D1 of pipe material 200 used corresponds to a 48.6φ metal pipe material known as a single pipe. The base 11 and the cover 12 were formed by processing a hot-rolled high-tensile steel metal plate having a thickness of 3.2 mm, the surface of which was plated, and the height T1 of the outer surface 12B was set to 5.0 mm.
[0027] Furthermore, with the base 11 surrounding and fixing the metal pipe material 200 having an outer diameter D1 of 48.6φ, the angle α at which the fastening bolt 13 is inserted into the cutout portion 11B is set to 30 to 50 degrees, and since the dimension T3 of a so-called ratchet wrench, which is a tool normally used for fixing clamp fittings, is approximately 50 mm, the gap between the outer and inner pipe materials 200 is set to 60 mm, and the height T4 from the back of the base 11 and the height T5 from the back of the base 21 are each formed to be 30 mm.
[0028] 4, the spacer 50 is used when the pipe material 200 is to surround a metal pipe material with an outer diameter D2 of 42.7φ used for a framework scaffold. The spacer 50 is made of resin or metal and has a required thickness, and is disposed and fixed in the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe material 200 and the inner surface of the curved portion 12A.
[0029] Next, a procedure for installing a temporary roof will be described based on the above embodiment. After assembling a plurality of pipe members 200, if a conventional clamp fitting 500 is used, the roof and side wall portions will be as shown in Fig. 3(C) with the pivoting mounting shaft 502 of the fastening screw 501 pivoted to the base 503, the tip of the fastening screw 501 and the nut 504 protruding outside the cover 505, and the tip of the fastening screw 501 abuts against the corrugated sheet 300 attached to the upper surface of the pipe member 200 or the outer side surface of the pipe member 200, and the corrugated sheet 300 is attached to the upper surface and side surface of the pipe member 200. Since the corrugated sheet 300 becomes deformed when the corrugated sheet 300 is attached, it has been common to lay a bulking material 400 made of a wooden block or the like in the gap between the pipe material 200 and the corrugated sheet 300 on the surface to which the corrugated sheet 300 is to be attached, as shown in Figure 3 (D), and after engaging a pipe bolt 70 with the pipe material 200, insert the corrugated sheet fixing bolt portion 60 into an attachment hole (not shown) formed in the corrugated sheet 300 and screw in a corrugated sheet fixing nut 80 from the outside of the corrugated sheet 300 to fix it.
[0030] In contrast, when the clamp fitting 10 of the present invention is used on a roof or side wall, as shown in Figure 2, the outer surface 12B only protrudes about 5.0 mm outside the pipe material 200, so that the corrugated sheet 300 is only slightly deformed and there is no need to use the bulking material 400.After the pipe bolt 70 is engaged with the pipe material 200, the corrugated sheet fixing bolt portion 60 can be inserted into a mounting hole (not shown) formed in the corrugated sheet 300 and the corrugated sheet fixing nut 80 can be screwed in and fixed from the outside of the corrugated sheet 300.
[0031] As described above, the best configuration, method, etc. for implementing the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, in this embodiment and this example, the structure is formed by processing a metal plate of hot-rolled high tensile steel, but the present invention is not limited to this. Any material such as stainless steel alloy or carbon steel that has the strength to support and fix scaffolding pipe materials can be used.
[0032] In other words, those skilled in the art can make various changes to the shapes, materials, quantities, intended uses, positions, or arrangements of the above-described embodiments and examples without departing from the scope of the technical idea and purpose of the present invention. Therefore, the descriptions that limit the shapes, etc. already disclosed are illustrative to facilitate understanding of the present invention and do not limit the present invention, and therefore descriptions of the names of components that have been partially or completely removed from the limitations on the shapes, etc. are included in the present invention.
