Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a floor panel member, a floor panel, and a floor panel unit. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, as shown in Patent Document 1, for example, there is a floorboard unit in which adjacent floorboards are laid side by side to form a continuous floor surface. Each floorboard constituting the floorboard unit of this conventional technology has a flooring layer that forms the floor surface and a support layer that supports the flooring layer upward, and the support layer is made of an elastic support material. This ensures that each floorboard fits well with the installation surface based on the elasticity of the elastic support material.
[0003] In addition, in such a floor panel unit, in order to ensure the continuity of the floor surface, it is an important issue to suppress the positional deviation of each floor panel that is laid. To address this issue, for example, Patent Document 2 discloses a configuration in which a non-slip material is placed on the underside of the installation. By applying this configuration to each floor panel of the floor panel unit, it is possible to suppress the positional deviation of each floor panel that is laid. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 5081541 [Patent Document 2] JP 2003-268959 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, by providing anti-slip material on the underside of each floorboard, specifically on the underside of the support layer that serves as the ground contact surface, there is a possibility that a gap will be generated between the surface on which the floorboard is laid, and this may cause a user on the floor surface formed by the floorboards to feel uncomfortable due to, for example, differences in hardness or deformation of the floor. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] Aspects of a floor panel member, a floor panel, and a floor panel unit that solve the above problems will be described below. The floorboard member of aspect 1 comprises an elastic support material having elasticity and a hollow structure laminated on the elastic support material. By arranging the floorboard material on the hollow structure, a floorboard layer is formed with the elastic support material and the hollow structure as a support layer, having a floor surface facing upward and supported by the support layer, and a non-slip material is provided on the elastic support material, having a lower surface facing downward of the elastic support material. When the floorboard member is laid on a laying surface with the lower surface of the elastic support material as the contact surface, the lower surface of the elastic support material and the lower surface of the non-slip material are flush with each other.
[0007] According to the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to ensure a better anti-slip effect. This effectively prevents the support layer formed by the portable floor board member and the floor board having the floor material layer formed above the support layer from being displaced. Furthermore, since it is difficult for a gap to occur between the lower surface of the elastic support material, which is the ground contact surface, and the installation surface, it is possible to obtain a substantially uniform shock absorbing effect over the entire surface of the floor surface formed by the floor material layer supported above the support layer.
[0008] The floorboard member of aspect 2 is a floorboard member as described in aspect 1, in which, when laid on the laying surface and with the support layer supporting the flooring layer upward, the anti-slip material is embedded in the underside of the elastic support material based on the elastic deformation of the elastic support material, so that the underside of the elastic support material and the underside of the anti-slip material are flush with each other.
[0009] According to the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to obtain an excellent anti-slip effect and a substantially uniform shock absorbing effect by making the anti-slip material flush with the surface with a simple configuration without requiring any additional work steps, and it is possible to facilitate the installation work of the floor panel members.
[0010] The floorboard member of aspect 3 is a floorboard member as described in aspect 1 or aspect 2, in which the elastic support material and the floor material provided separately from the hollow structure are configured to be able to be placed on the hollow structure, and the anti-slip material provided on the elastic support material is a first anti-slip material, and a second anti-slip material is provided on the upper surface of the hollow structure.
[0011] That is, by providing the floor plate member and the floor material separately, the portability is improved and the installation work can be performed more easily. Furthermore, the storage before installation is also made easier. As a result, during storage and transportation, a large unbalanced load is unlikely to act on the elastic support material made of a soft material, and the high quality of the elastic support material can be ensured.
[0012] Furthermore, by providing a second anti-slip material on the upper surface of the hollow structure, it is possible to prevent the floor boards forming the floor material layer from shifting in position by being placed above the floor board member. The floorboard of aspect 4 is a floorboard in which the floorboard member according to aspect 1 or aspect 2 and the flooring forming the support layer are integrally provided.
[0013] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the flooring can be laid with the flooring layer and the support layer already formed. As a result, it is not necessary to determine the positional relationship between the support layer and the flooring layer, i.e., the positioning of the flooring placed on the flooring member, during the laying process. This makes it possible to facilitate the laying process.
[0014] The floorboard unit of aspect 5 is a floorboard unit in which a plurality of the floorboards according to aspect 4 are arranged and laid side by side, so that adjacent floorboards form a continuous floor surface. According to the above-mentioned configuration, the continuous floor surface can be easily formed by using portable floor panels.
[0015] The floorboard unit of aspect 6 is the floorboard unit of aspect 5, comprising a floorboard that does not have a side portion of the support layer that extends in a direction along the floor surface beyond the side portion of the flooring layer. According to the above-mentioned configuration, when the floorboards are stored and transported, large unbalanced loads are unlikely to be applied to the sides of the support layer, particularly to the elastic support members that form the ground contact surface by being made of a material softer than the floorboards that make up the flooring layer. This makes it possible to ensure the high quality of the portable floorboards.
[0016] The floor board unit of aspect 7 comprises, as the floor board, a flooring layer extension floor board having a flooring layer extended edge portion in which the side portion of the flooring layer extends in a direction along the floor surface further than the side portion of the support layer, and a support layer extension floor board having a support layer extended edge portion in which the side portion of the support layer extends in a direction along the floor surface further than the side portion of the flooring layer, and by laying the flooring layer extension floor board and the support layer extension floor board side by side with the flooring layer extended edge portion and the support layer extended edge portion as mutual connection portions, the flooring layer of the flooring layer extension floor board is supported on the support layer of the support layer extension floor board at the connection portion of the flooring layer extension floor board and the support layer extension floor board, as described in aspect 5.
[0017] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the joints of the adjacent floorboards laid side by side can ensure higher connection strength of each floorboard. As a result, the floorboards laid on the laying surface are less likely to warp. This improves the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorption effect by making the anti-slip material flush.
[0018] The floorboard unit of aspect 8 is the floorboard unit according to aspect 5, in which each of the floorboards is laid in a horse joint. According to the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to secure a higher connection strength between each floorboard. As a result, each floorboard laid on the installation surface is less likely to warp. This improves the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorption effect due to the flushness of the anti-slip material. Effect of the Invention
[0019] According to the above-described configuration, it is possible to more effectively suppress the displacement of the floorboard, and to improve the substantially uniform impact absorbing effect. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0021] [First embodiment] Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a floor panel member, a floor panel, and a floor panel unit will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0022] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment is formed by laying a plurality of floorboards 10 side by side, so that adjacent floorboards 10 form a continuous floor surface S1. More specifically, as shown in Figs. 1 to 4, in the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment, each floorboard 10 has the same planar shape. Specifically, each floorboard 10 has a substantially rectangular planar shape with a pair of long side portions 10a, 10a parallel to each other and a pair of short side portions 10b, 10b parallel to each other. Furthermore, the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment is configured such that each floorboard 10 is arranged side by side with the long side portions 10a and 10a of the adjacent floorboards 10 butting against each other and the short side portions 10b and 10b of the adjacent floorboards 10 butting against each other. Figs. 1 and 2 show, as an example, a state in which the four floorboards 10 arranged side by side form a rectangular floor surface S1.
[0023] (Laminated floor structure) As shown in Figs. 3 to 6, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment includes a flooring layer 11 that constitutes the floor surface S1, and a support layer 12 that supports the flooring layer 11 upward.
[0024] In the floor board 10 of this embodiment, the floor material layer 11 is formed by arranging and connecting a plurality of floor materials 14 in a direction along the floor surface S1. Specifically, the floor material layer 11 is formed by arranging and connecting four floor materials 14 in a direction along the short sides 14b of the adjacent floor materials 14 with their long side portions 14a butting against each other. The support layer 12 is also configured to include an elastic support material 15 having elasticity and a hollow structure 16 laminated on the elastic support material 15. In the floor board 10 of this embodiment, the elastic support material 15 and the hollow structure 16 each have a flat plate shape that is thinner than each of the floor materials 14 constituting the floor material layer 11. The elastic support material 15 and the hollow structure 16 have a mass per unit area that is lighter than each of the floor materials 14 constituting the floor material layer 11.
[0025] In the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 are integrally provided by fixing each flooring material 14 to the upper surface of the hollow structure 16. Furthermore, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is laid on a laying surface S3 made of concrete or the like, with the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 serving as the ground surface S2. Also, for example, an existing flooring material may be used as the laying surface S3, and the floorboard 10 may be laid on top of it. The floorboard 10 of this embodiment is configured to support the flooring layer 11 with the hollow structure 16, which constitutes the support layer 12 together with the elastic support material 15, sandwiched between the respective flooring materials 14 located above.
[0026] (Anti-slip material) 6 and 7, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment has a lower surface 17s facing downward from the elastic support material 15, and is provided with a plurality of anti-slip materials 17 provided on the elastic support material 15. That is, each of these anti-slip materials 17 has a larger friction coefficient than the elastic support material 15. As a result, the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment is configured such that each floorboard 10 laid on its laying surface S3 is less likely to become displaced.
[0027] More specifically, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, each of these anti-slip materials 17 has a rectangular sheet shape that is thinner than the elastic support material 15. In addition, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, each of these anti-slip materials 17 is provided in a state of being fixed to the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 that constitutes the ground contact surface S2. More specifically, each of these anti-slip materials 17 is adhered to the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 using so-called double-sided tape (not shown). Thus, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, when the floorboard 10 is laid on the laying surface S3, the lower surface 17s of each of these anti-slip materials 17 is configured to abut against the laying surface S3.
[0028] In other words, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, each flooring material 14 is placed on the hollow structure 16 laminated on the elastic support material 15. Furthermore, in this state, the elastic support material 15 and the hollow structure 16 are used as the support layer 12, and a flooring material layer 11 is formed supported above the support layer 12, and this flooring material layer 11 forms the floor surface S1 facing upward. Thus, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is configured such that the floorboard member 20 is formed by these elastic support materials 15 and hollow structure 16, as well as each anti-slip material 17 provided on the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15.
[0029] 2 to 4, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, each anti-slip material 17 is provided at the center position in the short side direction. And, in the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment, each floorboard 10 is configured to have six anti-slip materials 17 arranged at approximately equal intervals in the longitudinal direction, avoiding the vicinity of both short sides 10b, 10b.
[0030] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 8, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is configured so that when the floorboard 10 is laid on a laying surface S3 with the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 as the contact surface S2, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other.
[0031] 7, before the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is laid on the installation surface S3, the underside 17s of the anti-slip material 17 fixed to the underside 15s of the elastic support material 15 is disposed at a position protruding downward by the thickness δ1 of the anti-slip material 17. As a result, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is configured so that the underside 17s of the anti-slip material 17 abuts against the installation surface S3 before the underside 15s of the elastic support material 15, which becomes the ground contact surface S2, abuts against the installation surface S3.
[0032] As shown in Fig. 8, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment has its own weight causing the anti-slip material 17 to press against the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15, causing the elastic support material 15 to elastically deform. The elastic support material 15 located above the anti-slip material 17 is also compressed overall at this time. Furthermore, due to the elastic deformation of the elastic support material 15, the anti-slip material 17 sinks into the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15. As a result, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment has the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 abut against the laying surface S3 even at the peripheral portion of the anti-slip material 17. In other words, the lower surface height of the elastic support material 15 based on the laying surface S3 is the same as the lower surface height of the anti-slip material 17, even at the peripheral portion of the anti-slip material 17, so that the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other.
[0033] More specifically, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the material of the elastic support material 15 is so-called chip urethane. The thickness δ1 of the anti-slip material 17 is set to, for example, 10% or less of the thickness δ2 of the elastic support material 15. For example, assuming that the thickness δ2 of the elastic support material 15 is about "5.0 mm", a double-sided adhesive tape having a thickness of about 0.15 mm is used. In this case, the thickness δ1 of the anti-slip material 17 including the double-sided tape is set to "0.5 mm" or less.
[0034] In addition, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is set so that the total area of the underside 17s of each anti-slip material 17 is 1 to 30%, preferably 2 to 20%, of the area of the underside 15s of the elastic support material 15. Furthermore, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the density of the chip urethane that is the material of the elastic support material 15 is set to, for example, 0.1 to 0.4, preferably 0.1 to 0.2. In this case, the unit of density is "grams / cubic centimeter". With these configurations, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is configured so that when laid on the laying surface S3, the anti-slip material 17 is embedded in the underside 15s of the elastic support material 15 based on the elastic deformation of the elastic support material 15, so that the undersides 15s and 17s are flush with each other.
[0035] (Hollow plate material) As shown in FIG. 9(a), the floor panel 10 of this embodiment uses, as its hollow structure 16, a hollow plate material 40 having cells 30 arranged side by side inside.
[0036] In detail, the hollow plate material 40 of this embodiment is composed of a core layer 42 made of thermoplastic resin in which a plurality of cells 30 are arranged side by side, and skin layers 43, 44 made of thermoplastic resin joined to both main surfaces of the core layer 42 so as to cover the entire core layer 42.
[0037] The core layer 42 is formed by folding one thermoplastic resin sheet material 50 molded into a predetermined shape. The core layer 42 is configured to include an upper wall portion 42a, a lower wall portion 42b, and a side wall portion 42c that is erected between the upper wall portion 42a and the lower wall portion 42b and divides the cells 30 into a hexagonal column shape. As described below, the upper wall portion 42a and the lower wall portion 42b of the core layer 42 have a structure in which a one-layer structure and a two-layer structure are mixed, but in FIG. 9(a), the upper wall portion 42a and the lower wall portion 42b of the core layer 42 are shown as a one-layer structure.
[0038] As shown in Figures 9(b) and (c), the cells 30 formed inside the core layer 42 include a first cell 51 and a second cell 52 having different structures. As shown in Figure 9(b), in the first cell 51, a two-layered upper wall portion 42a is provided on the upper part of the side wall portion 42c. The layers of the two-layered upper wall portion 42a are bonded to each other. In addition, an opening (not shown) is formed in the two-layered upper wall portion 42a due to thermal contraction of the thermoplastic resin during molding of the core layer 42. In the first cell 51, a one-layered lower wall portion 42b is provided on the lower part of the side wall portion 42c.
[0039] 9(c), the second cell 52 has a single-layered upper wall 42a at the top of the side wall 42c. The second cell 52 has a two-layered lower wall 42b at the bottom of the side wall 42c. The layers of the two-layered lower wall 42b are bonded to each other. The two-layered lower wall 42b has an opening (not shown) due to thermal contraction of the thermoplastic resin during molding of the core layer 42.
[0040] 9(b) and 9(c), adjacent first cells 51 and adjacent second cells 52 are partitioned by sidewalls 42c having a two-layer structure. The two-layer sidewalls 42c have portions that are not heat-welded to each other in the center in the thickness direction of the core layer 42. Therefore, the internal space of each cell 30 of the core layer 42 communicates with the internal spaces of the other cells 30 through the two-layer sidewalls 42c.
[0041] 9(a), the first cells 51 are arranged in a row along the X direction. Similarly, the second cells 52 are arranged in a row along the X direction. The rows of the first cells 51 and the rows of the second cells 52 are alternately arranged in the Y direction perpendicular to the X direction. The first cells 51 and the second cells 52 form a honeycomb structure as a whole in the core layer 42.
[0042] The thermoplastic resin constituting the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44 may be any conventionally known thermoplastic resin, such as polypropylene resin, polyamide resin, polyethylene resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin, acrylic resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, etc. In this embodiment, the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44 are made of polypropylene resin. The thermoplastic resin constituting the core layer 42 and the thermoplastic resin constituting the skin layers 43, 44 are preferably made of the same material. In this embodiment, the skin layers 43 and 44 have the same thickness.
[0043] (Manufacturing method of hollow plate material) As shown in FIG. 10, the hollow plate material 40 is manufactured by forming a core layer 42 from one sheet material 50 and bonding skin layers 43 and 44 to the core layer 42.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 10(a), the sheet material 50 is formed by molding one thermoplastic resin sheet into a predetermined shape. In the sheet material 50, a band-shaped flat area 61 and a bulging area 62 are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet material 50. In the bulging area 62, a first bulging portion 62a having a cross section of a downward groove shape consisting of an upper surface and a pair of side surfaces is formed over the entire extension direction (Y direction) of the bulging area 62. Note that the angle between the upper surface and the side surface of the first bulging portion 62a is preferably 90 degrees, and as a result, the cross section of the first bulging portion 62a has a downward U-shape. In addition, the width of the first bulging portion 62a (the length of the short side of the upper surface) is set to be equal to the width of the flat area 61 and twice the length of the bulging height of the first bulging portion 62a (the length of the short side of the side surface).
[0045] In addition, in the bulging region 62, a plurality of second bulging portions 62b, each of which has a cross-sectional shape that is a trapezoid obtained by bisecting a regular hexagon at the longest diagonal, are formed so as to be perpendicular to the first bulging portions 62a. The bulging height of the second bulging portions 62b is set to be equal to the bulging height of the first bulging portions 62a. The interval between adjacent second bulging portions 62b is equal to the width of the upper surface of the second bulging portions 62b.
[0046] The first bulge 62a and the second bulge 62b are formed by partially bulging the sheet upwards by utilizing the plasticity of the sheet. The sheet material 50 can be formed from a single sheet by a known forming method such as vacuum forming or compression forming.
[0047] As shown in Figs. 10(a) and (b), the sheet material 50 configured as described above is folded along the boundary lines P and Q to form the core layer 42. Specifically, the sheet material 50 is valley-folded at the boundary line P between the flat region 61 and the bulging region 62, and mountain-folded at the boundary line Q between the upper surface and side surface of the first bulging portion 62a, and compressed in the X direction. Then, as shown in Figs. 10(b) and (c), the upper surface and side surface of the first bulging portion 62a are folded over, and the end surface of the second bulging portion 62b is folded over the flat region 61, thereby forming one rectangular column-shaped partition 63 extending in the Y direction for one bulging region 62. Such partitions 63 are continuously formed in the X direction to form the hollow plate-shaped core layer 42.
[0048] When the sheet material 50 is compressed as described above, the upper wall portion 42a of the core layer 42 is formed by the upper surface and side surface of the first bulge portion 62a, and the lower wall portion 42b of the core layer 42 is formed by the end surface of the second bulge portion 62b and the flat area 61. The portion of the upper wall portion 42a where the upper surface and side surface of the first bulge portion 62a are folded over to form a two-layer structure, and the portion of the lower wall portion 42b where the end surface of the second bulge portion 62b and the flat area 61 are folded over to form a two-layer structure are overlapping portions 65.
[0049] Moreover, the hexagonal columnar region formed by folding the second bulging portion 62b becomes the second cell 52, and the hexagonal columnar region formed between a pair of adjacent partitions 63 becomes the first cell 51. In this embodiment, the upper surface and side surface of the second bulging portion 62b constitute the side wall portion 42c of the second cell 52, and the side surface of the second bulging portion 62b and the flat portion located between the second bulging portions 62b in the bulging region 62 constitute the side wall portion 42c of the first cell 51. The contact portion between the upper surfaces of the second bulging portions 62b and the contact portion between the flat portions in the bulging region 62 constitute the side wall portion 42c having a two-layer structure. When performing such a folding process, it is preferable to heat-treat the sheet material 50 to soften it.
[0050] Next, the skin layer 43 is superimposed on the upper surface of the core layer 42, and the skin layer 44 is superimposed on the lower surface of the core layer 42. The skin layers 43, 44 are preferably softened by heat treatment. By heat treating the skin layers 43, 44, the adhesive layer of thermoplastic resin coated on the skin layers 43, 44 is partially thermally melted. Therefore, the skin layers 43, 44 superimposed on the core layer 42 are positioned in a state where they are temporarily bonded to the core layer 42. The adhesive layer solidifies due to a decrease in temperature of the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44, and the skin layers 43, 44 are bonded to the core layer 42 to form the hollow plate material 40.
[0051] (Fitting shape of joint) As shown in Figs. 11 to 13, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, each flooring material 14 constituting the flooring layer 11 has a long side portion 14aa and a short side portion 14ba having a first fitting shape 71. Each flooring material 14 also has a long side portion 14ab and a short side portion 14bb having a second fitting shape 72. Specifically, the first fitting shape 71 has a protrusion shape extending in the extension direction of the long side portion 14aa and the short side portion 14ba on which the first fitting shape 71 is provided. The second fitting shape 72 has a groove shape extending in the extension direction of the long side portion 14ab and the short side portion 14bb on which the second fitting shape 72 is provided. Furthermore, in the floorboards 10 of this embodiment, when the floor materials 14 are arranged side by side, the first fitting shape 71 provided on one long side portion 14aa and the second fitting shape 72 provided on the other long side portion 14ab are fitted together at the connection portion 74 of each of the adjacent floor materials 14. The floorboards 10 of this embodiment are thus configured such that the floorboard layer 11 is formed by integrating the floorboards 10 arranged side by side as described above (see FIG. 6).
[0052] In the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the flooring layer 11 is formed using four floorboards 10 as described above, and a connection portion 74 between adjacent flooring materials 14 is formed in the center position in the short side direction. As a result, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment is configured such that each anti-slip material 17 is fixed to the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 at a position below the connection portion 74.
[0053] Also, as shown in Figures 3, 4, 5, 6, and 14, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment has a first fitting shape 71 provided on the long side 11aa and short side 11ba of the flooring layer 11 based on the side shape of each flooring 14 configured as described above. Furthermore, this floorboard 10 has a second fitting shape 72 provided on the long side 11ab and short side 11bb of the flooring layer 11. Thus, when the floorboards 10 are laid side by side, the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment is configured so that the first fitting shape 71 and the second fitting shape 72 of the butted sides 10x, 10x of the adjacent floorboards 10 are fitted together at the connection portion 75.
[0054] Specifically, in the floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment, at the connection portion 75 of each adjacent floorboard 10, the first fitting shape 71 provided on one long side portion 11aa and the second fitting shape 72 provided on the other long side portion 11ab are fitted to each other. Furthermore, the first fitting shape 71 provided on one short side portion 11ba and the second fitting shape 72 provided on the other short side portion 11bb are fitted to each other. The floorboard unit 1 of this embodiment thus increases the connection strength between the floorboards 10 laid side by side, so that the so-called "warping" is unlikely to occur in each floorboard 10 laid on the laying surface S3. That is, the floorboard unit 1 is configured such that each floorboard 10 is unlikely to be deformed such that the vicinity of the long side portion 10a or the vicinity of the short side portion 10b is raised upward.
[0055] (Non-protruding structure of the support layer) As shown in Figs. 2 to 4, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 have a similar planar shape of a substantially rectangular shape. Specifically, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the long side 12a of the support layer 12 is shorter than the long side 11a of the flooring layer 11. Also, the short side 12b of the support layer 12 is shorter than the short side 11b of the flooring layer 11. Furthermore, in the floorboard 10 of this embodiment, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 are stacked in a state where their centers of gravity G1 and G2 overlap. As a result, the floorboard 10 of this embodiment does not have a side 12x of the support layer 12 extending in a direction along the floor surface S1 beyond the side 11x of the flooring layer 11. In other words, the support layer 12 has a non-protruding structure in which the side 12x of the support layer 12 does not protrude from each side 12x of the flooring layer 11 in a plan view.
[0056] In addition, when comparing the protruding states (extending states) of the sides, the "direction along the floor surface S1" is, more specifically, a direction intersecting the sides to be compared. For example, the left-right direction in FIG. 14, and the same applies below.
[0057] (action) That is, when laid on the installation surface S3, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 provided on this elastic support material 15 are flush with each other, so that a gap is unlikely to occur between the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15, which is the ground contact surface S2, and the installation surface S3. This improves the anti-slip effect of the anti-slip material 17, and provides a substantially uniform shock absorbing effect over the entire surface of the floor surface S1.
[0058] Next, the effects of this embodiment will be described. (1) The floorboard member 20 constituting the floorboard 10 of the floorboard unit 1 comprises an elastic support material 15 having elasticity, and a hollow structure 16 laminated on the elastic support material 15. In addition, in this floorboard member 20, a floor material 14 is arranged on the hollow structure 16, and the elastic support material 15 and the hollow structure 16 form the support layer 12 to form a floor material layer 11 supported by the support layer 12 with a floor surface S1 facing upward. Furthermore, this floorboard member 20 has a lower surface 17s facing downward of the elastic support material 15, and is provided with an anti-slip material 17 provided on the elastic support material 15. The floorboard member 20 is configured so that when the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 is laid on the laying surface S3 as the ground surface S2, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other.
[0059] According to the above-mentioned configuration, a better anti-slip effect can be ensured. This effectively prevents the support layer 12 formed by the portable floor board member 20 and the floor board having the floor material layer 11 formed above the support layer 12 from being displaced. Since a gap is unlikely to occur between the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15, which is the ground surface S2, and the installation surface S3, a substantially uniform shock absorbing effect can be obtained over the entire surface of the floor surface S1 formed by the floor material layer 11 supported above the support layer 12.
[0060] (2) When the floorboard member 20 is laid on the laying surface S3 and the support layer 12 supports the flooring layer 11 upward, the anti-slip material 17 is embedded in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 due to the elastic deformation of the elastic support material 15. As a result, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are configured to be flush with each other.
[0061] According to the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to obtain an excellent anti-slip effect and a substantially uniform shock absorbing effect by making the anti-slip material 17 flush with the surface with a simple configuration without requiring any additional work steps. This also makes it possible to facilitate the installation work of the floor panel member 20.
[0062] (3) The floorboard 10 has a configuration in which the floorboard member 20 forming the support layer 12 and the floor material 14 forming the flooring layer 11 are integrally provided. According to the above-mentioned configuration, the floorboard 10 can be laid with the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 already formed. As a result, during laying, it is not necessary to adjust the positions of the support layer 12 and the flooring layer 11, i.e., to position the flooring 14 placed on the floorboard member 20. This makes it possible to facilitate the laying work.
[0063] (4) The floorboard unit 1 is formed by laying a plurality of floorboards 10 side by side, so that adjacent floorboards 10 form a continuous floor surface S1. This makes it possible to easily form the continuous floor surface S1 using the portable floorboards 10.
[0064] (5) The floorboard 10 does not have a side portion 12x of the support layer 12 that extends beyond the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 in a direction along the floor surface S1. According to the above-mentioned configuration, when the floorboard 10 is stored and transported, a large unbalanced load is unlikely to be applied to each side portion 12x of the support layer 12, particularly to the elastic support material 15 that constitutes the ground surface S2 by being made of a softer material than each floor material 14 that constitutes the floor material layer 11. This makes it possible to ensure the high quality of the portable floorboard 10.
[0065] (6) The floor panel 10 uses a hollow plate material 40 having cells 30 arranged side by side inside as the hollow structure 16. This makes it possible to form a support layer 12 that is lightweight and has high support rigidity.
[0066] [Second embodiment] Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the floor panel member, floor panel, and floor panel unit will be described with reference to the drawings. For ease of explanation, the same components as those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0067] As shown in Figs. 15 to 17, a floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment differs from that of the first embodiment in the laminated structure of a flooring layer 11 and a support layer 12 in a floorboard 10B. More specifically, the floorboard 10B of this embodiment also has a flooring layer 11 and a support layer 12 that have similar substantially rectangular planar shapes, similar to the floorboard 10 of the first embodiment. The floorboard 10B of this embodiment is configured such that the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 are stacked with their centers of gravity G1, G2 shifted from each other.
[0068] Specifically, the floorboard 10B of this embodiment also has the first fitting shape 71 on the long side portion 11aa and the short side portion 11ba of the flooring layer 11. In the floorboard 10B of this embodiment, the long side portion 11aa and the short side portion 11ba of the flooring layer 11 extend in a direction along the floor surface S1 beyond the long side portion 12aa and the short side portion 12ba of the support layer 12 located below them, respectively.
[0069] The floorboard 10B of this embodiment has a second fitting shape 72 on the long side 11ab and short side 11bb of the flooring layer 11. In this floorboard 10B, due to the "shift" of the centers of gravity G1 and G2, the long side 12ab and short side 12bb of the support layer 12 extend further in the direction along the floor surface S1 than the long side 11ab and short side 11bb of the flooring layer 11.
[0070] That is, as shown in Figures 15 to 18, in the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, each floorboard 10B has a flooring layer extension side portion 81 in which the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 extends in a direction along the floor surface S1 beyond the side portion 12x of the support layer 12 located below it. In addition to this flooring layer extension side portion 81, each floorboard 10B has a support layer extension side portion 82 in which the side portion 12x of the support layer 12 extends in a direction along the floor surface S1 beyond the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 located above it. That is, in the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, each of these floorboards 10B has a configuration as a flooring layer extension floorboard 91 having a flooring layer extension side portion 81 and a support layer extension floorboard 92 having a support layer extension side portion 82. Furthermore, in the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, each floorboard 10B is laid side by side, with each floorboard 10B being treated as a repeating unit U. The floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment is thus configured such that the flooring layer extension side portion 81 and the support layer extension side portion 82 each form a connection portion 75B of each of the adjacent floorboards 10B.
[0071] Specifically, in the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, the first fitting shape 71 provided on the side 11x of one flooring layer 11 and the second fitting shape 72 provided on the side 11x of the other flooring layer 11 are fitted together at the connection portion 75B of each adjacent floorboard 10B. In the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, in this state, one floorboard 10B of the adjacent floorboards 10B, 10B becomes the flooring layer extension floorboard 91, and the other floorboard 10B becomes the support layer extension floorboard 92. In the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, the flooring layer 11 of the flooring layer extension floorboard 91 is supported on the support layer 12 of the support layer extension floorboard 92 at the connection portion 75B of each adjacent floorboard 10B.
[0072] As described above, the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment can also provide the same effects as those of the first embodiment. Furthermore, in the floorboard unit 1B of this embodiment, the connection strength between the adjacent floorboards 10B can be secured for the connection parts 75B of the adjacent floorboards 10B laid side by side. As a result, each floorboard 10B laid on the laying surface S3 is less likely to warp. This can improve the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorbing effect due to the flat surface of the anti-slip material 17.
[0073] [Third embodiment] Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the floor panel member, floor panel, and floor panel unit will be described with reference to the drawings. For ease of explanation, the same components as those in the above embodiments will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0074] As shown in Figs. 19 to 25, a floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment also differs from the above-described embodiments in the laminated structure of a flooring layer 11 and a support layer 12 in a floorboard 10C. In detail, as shown in Figs. 19 to 22, the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment includes a first floorboard 101 and a second floorboard 102, whose support layer 12 has a rectangular planar shape different from each other, as the floorboard 10C. In addition, the first floorboard 101 and the second floorboard 102 each have a pair of parallel flooring layer extension sides 81 and a pair of parallel support layer extension sides 82. Furthermore, in the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment, the first floorboard 101 and the second floorboard 102 are laid alternately. In this way, the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment forms a rectangular planar shape formed by the first floorboard 101 and the second floorboard 102, two by two, totaling four floorboards 10C, as a repeating unit U, and each floorboard 10C laid on the laying surface S3 forms a continuous floor surface S1.
[0075] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 21, in the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment, the first floorboard 101 has each short side 101b configured as the flooring layer extension side 81, and each long side 101a configured as the support layer extension side 82. Then, as shown in Fig. 22, the second floorboard 102 has each long side 102a configured as the flooring layer extension side 81, and each short side 102b configured as the support layer extension side 82.
[0076] Also, as shown in FIG. 23, in the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment, the first floorboard 101 is the flooring layer extension floorboard 91, and a first connection portion 111 that supports the flooring layer 11 of the first floorboard 101 is formed on the support layer 12 of the second floorboard 102 that becomes the support layer extension floorboard 92. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 24, in this floorboard unit 1C, the second floorboard 102 is the flooring layer extension floorboard 91, and a second connection portion 112 that supports the flooring layer 11 of the second floorboard 102 is formed on the support layer 12 of the first floorboard 101 that becomes the support layer extension floorboard 92. And, as shown in FIG. 25, the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment is configured to have such a first connection portion 111 and a second connection portion 112, so that the first floorboard 101 and the second floorboard 102 are laid alternately in a state where the flooring layer 11 is continuous without any gaps.
[0077] As described above, even if the floorboard unit 1C of this embodiment is adopted, the same effect as each of the above-mentioned embodiments can be obtained. In particular, in this floorboard unit 1C, the flooring layer 11 of the flooring layer extension floorboard 91 is supported on the support layer 12 of the support layer extension floorboard 92 at the connection portion 75C of each adjacent floorboard 10C. This improves the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorption effect by making the anti-slip material 17 flush.
[0078] [Fourth embodiment] Hereinafter, a fourth embodiment of the floor panel member, floor panel, and floor panel unit will be described with reference to the drawings. For ease of explanation, the same components as those in the above embodiments will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0079] As shown in Figs. 26 to 29, a floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment also differs from the above-described embodiments in the laminated structure of the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 in the floorboard 10D. In detail, the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment includes a first floorboard 121 as a floorboard 10C, in which the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 extends in a direction along the floor surface S1 beyond the side portion 12x of the support layer 12 at all sides 121x (see FIG. 27). This floorboard unit 1D also includes a second floorboard 122 in which the side portion 12x of the support layer 12 extends in a direction along the floor surface beyond the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 at all sides 122x (see FIG. 28). In other words, in the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment, the first floorboard 121 has all its sides 121x configured as the flooring layer extended side portion 81. Furthermore, the second floorboard 122 has all its sides 122x configured as the support layer extended side portion 82. As a result, the floor board unit 1D of this embodiment is configured so that its first floor board 121 is positioned as the floor material layer extending floor board 91, and its second floor board 122 is positioned as the support layer extending floor board 92.
[0080] That is, in the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment, the first floorboards 121 and the second floorboards 122 are laid alternately, with the rectangular planar shape formed by two each of the first floorboards 121 and the second floorboards 122, totaling four floorboards 10D, being the repeating unit U. In this way, in the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment, the flooring layer 11 of the first floorboard 121, which becomes the flooring layer extension floorboard 91, is supported on the support layer 12 of the second floorboard 122, which becomes the support layer extension floorboard 92, at each connection portion 75D of the first floorboard 121 and the second floorboard 122.
[0081] In the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment, the second floorboards 122 are laid alternately with the first floorboard 121 in between, so that the corners 130 of the second floorboards 122 are positioned adjacent to each other. Furthermore, in the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment, the corners 130 of the second floorboards 122 are each provided with a chamfered portion 135 of the support layer 12. Thus, the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment is configured such that no interference occurs between the support layers 12 at the corners 130 of the second floorboards 122.
[0082] As described above, even if the floorboard unit 1D of this embodiment is adopted, the same effect as each of the above-mentioned embodiments can be obtained. In particular, in this floorboard unit 1D, the flooring layer 11 of the flooring layer extension floorboard 91 is supported on the support layer 12 of the support layer extension floorboard 92 at the connection portion 75D of each adjacent floorboard 10. This improves the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorbing effect by making the anti-slip material 17 flush.
[0083] [Fifth embodiment] Hereinafter, a fifth embodiment of the floor panel member, floor panel, and floor panel unit will be described with reference to the drawings. For ease of explanation, the same components as those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0084] As shown in Figure 30, the floorboard unit 1E of this embodiment differs from the above-mentioned embodiments in that the floorboard member 20E that constitutes the support layer 12 and the floor material 140 that forms the flooring layer 11 on the support layer 12 are provided separately.
[0085] That is, as shown in Figures 31 and 32, in the floorboard unit 1E of this embodiment, first, a plurality of floorboard members 20E are laid side by side on the laying surface S3. Next, the flooring 140 is placed on each of these floorboard members 20E. For convenience of explanation, the structure of the flooring layer 11 formed by this flooring 140 is omitted from Figures 31 to 33. The floorboard unit 1E of this embodiment is thus configured to form a plurality of floorboards 10E having the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 laid side by side on the laying surface S3, and each of these floorboards 10E forms a continuous floor surface S1.
[0086] More specifically, as shown in Figures 30 to 32, in the floorboard unit 1E of this embodiment, as in each of the above embodiments, the floorboard member 20E includes an elastic support material 15 that forms the ground contact surface S2, and a hollow structure 16 that is laminated on the elastic support material 15. Furthermore, this floorboard member 20E also includes a plurality of anti-slip materials 17 that are provided on the elastic support material 15. The floorboard member 20E of this embodiment is configured so that a flooring material 140 that becomes the flooring material layer 11 can be placed on the hollow structure 16 when it is laid on the laying surface S3.
[0087] More specifically, in the floorboard unit 1E of this embodiment, the anti-slip materials 17 provided on the elastic support material 15 are defined as first anti-slip materials. Each floorboard member 20E of this embodiment includes, in addition to these first anti-slip materials, a second anti-slip material 150 provided on the upper surface 16s of the hollow structure 16 on which the flooring material 140 is placed.
[0088] Specifically, this second anti-slip material 150 has an area larger than the total area of each anti-slip material 17 provided on the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15. More specifically, it has an area more than twice as large. Each floorboard member 20E of this embodiment is configured to stably support the flooring material 140 arranged on the hollow structure 16 that constitutes the support layer 12 by interposing this second anti-slip material 150 therebetween.
[0089] Furthermore, in the floor board unit 1E of this embodiment, each floor board 10E is configured so that when the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 is laid on the laying surface S3 with the lower surface 15s serving as the contact surface S2, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other.
[0090] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 31, in the case of the floorboard unit 1E of this embodiment, when only the floorboard member 20E is laid on the laying surface S3, a part of the anti-slip material 17 is embedded in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 on which the anti-slip material 17 is provided. Furthermore, by placing the flooring material 140 on each floorboard member 20E, the entire anti-slip material 17 is embedded in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15. In other words, the floorboard member 20E of this embodiment is laid on the laying surface S3, and in a state in which the flooring material layer 11 formed by the flooring material 140 is supported on the support layer 12 formed by the floorboard member 20E, the entire anti-slip material 17 is embedded in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15. Furthermore, the floorboard member 20E of this embodiment is also configured so that the lower surfaces 15s of the elastic support materials 15 abut against the installation surface S3, thereby making the lower surfaces 15s of the elastic support materials 15 and the lower surfaces 17s of the anti-slip materials 17 flush with each other.
[0091] As described above, even if the floor panel unit 1E of this embodiment is adopted, the same effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiments can be obtained. In particular, by providing the floor plate member 20E and the floor material 140 separately, the portability is improved and the installation work can be performed more easily. Furthermore, the storage before installation is also made easier. As a result, during storage and transportation, a large unbalanced load is unlikely to act on the elastic support material 15 made of a soft material, and the high quality of the elastic support material 15 can be ensured.
[0092] Furthermore, by providing the second anti-slip material 150 on the upper surface 16s of the hollow structural body 16, it is possible to suppress misalignment of the floor material 140 that forms the floor material layer 11 by being disposed above the floor board member 20E.
[0093] Furthermore, at the connection parts of the floor materials 140 that are arranged side by side to form a continuous floor surface S1, the floor material layer 11 formed by the adjacent floor materials 140 is supported on the support layer 12 formed by the elastic support material 15 and the hollow structure 16. As a result, the connection strength of the connection parts of these floor materials 140 can be increased. This can improve the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorbing effect by making the anti-slip material 17 flush.
[0094] The above-described embodiments may be modified as follows: The above-described embodiments and the following modifications may be combined with each other to the extent that no technical contradiction occurs.
[0095] In each of the above embodiments, an example is shown in which a plurality of floorboards 10 are laid side by side to form a continuous floor surface S1, and each of these floorboards 10 is laid with so-called "pot joints."
[0096] Incidentally, "Polymer joint" is a method of laying floorboards 10 in a regular manner, with linear connections 75 formed between two adjacent floorboards 10 as "joints," and these "joints" form a straight line lengthwise and widthwise on the floor surface S1. This "Polymer joint" may also be called, for example, a "Through joint."
[0097] However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be applied to a configuration in which each floorboard 10 is laid in a so-called "horse joint" as shown in FIG. 33. That is, the "horse joint" is a laying method in which each floorboard 10 is arranged with half of the floorboards 10 shifted in the longitudinal or lateral direction. This "horse joint" may also be called, for example, a "broken joint". By laying each floorboard 10 in such a "horse joint", it is possible to ensure a higher connection strength between each floorboard 10. As a result, each floorboard 10 laid on the laying surface S3 is more unlikely to "warp". This improves the anti-slip effect and the approximately uniform shock absorption effect due to the flat surface of the anti-slip material 17.
[0098] In each of the above embodiments, when the floorboard 10 is laid on the laying surface S3, the anti-slip material 17 provided on the elastic support material 15 is embedded in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 due to the elastic deformation of the elastic support material 15. This makes the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 flush with each other.
[0099] However, this is not limited to the above, and the structure in which the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other when the floorboard 10 is laid on the laying surface S3 may be changed as desired.
[0100] For example, the anti-slip material 17 is placed in a hole provided in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15. Then, when the floorboard 10 is laid on the laying surface S3, the anti-slip material 17 is immersed in the hole, so that the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 become flush with each other.
[0101] Also, for example, when the floorboard 10 is laid on the laying surface S3, the peripheral portion of the hole provided in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 is crushed due to the elastic deformation of the elastic support material 15. As a result, the lower surface height of the elastic support material 15 based on the laying surface S3 becomes the same as the lower surface 17s of the non-slip material 17 arranged in the hole, so that the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the non-slip material 17 may be configured to be flush with each other.
[0102] Also, for example, an anti-slip material 17 that is easily crushed by pressure is used. Furthermore, when the floorboard 10 is laid on the laying surface S3, the anti-slip material 17 sandwiched between the floorboard 10 and the laying surface S3 is crushed and spread thinly. In this case, too, it is preferable to place the anti-slip material 17 in a hole provided in the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15. As a result, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 may be configured to be flush with each other.
[0103] In addition, in each of the above-mentioned embodiments, including the above-mentioned fifth embodiment in which the floorboard member 20E and the flooring 140 are provided separately, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support member 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other when the flooring layer 11 is supported above the support layer 12. However, this is not limited thereto, and the lower surface 15s of the elastic support member 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 may be flush with each other at the stage when only the floorboard member 20E is laid on the laying surface S3 (see FIG. 31).
[0104] Furthermore, the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 does not necessarily have to be a flat surface. As long as the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15 and the lower surface 17s of the anti-slip material 17 are flush with each other when the floorboard 10 is laid, the lower surface 15s may be a curved surface.
[0105] In the above embodiments, each floor panel 10 has a substantially rectangular planar shape. However, this is not limiting, and each floor panel 10 may have a polygonal planar shape such as a triangle or hexagon. As long as the floor panels 10 laid side by side form a continuous floor surface S1, a configuration in which a plurality of types of floor panels 10 having different planar shapes are combined and laid may be used.
[0106] In the above embodiments, at the connection portion 75 of each adjacent floor board 10, the first fitting shape 71 provided on the side portion 11x of one floor material layer 11 and the second fitting shape 72 provided on the side portion 11x of the other floor material layer 11 are fitted together. The first fitting shape 71 has a protrusion shape extending in the extension direction of the side portion 11x on which the first fitting shape 71 is provided, and the second fitting shape 72 has a groove shape extending in the extension direction of the side portion 11x on which the second fitting shape 72 is provided. However, this is not limited to this, and as long as the first fitting shape 71 of one and the second fitting shape 72 of the other can be fitted together at the connection portion 75 of each adjacent floor board 10, the shapes of these first fitting shape 71 and second fitting shape 72 may be changed arbitrarily. And, the connection portion 75 of each floor board 10 may not have such a fitting shape.
[0107] In the first embodiment, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 have similar planar shapes. Furthermore, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 are stacked in a state where their centers of gravity G1 and G2 overlap with each other. This results in a configuration in which the side portion 12x of the support layer 12 does not extend beyond the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 in a direction along the floor surface S1. However, this is not limited to this, and the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 having the same planar shape may be stacked in a state where their centers of gravity G1 and G2 overlap with each other. Even if such a configuration is adopted, the support layer 12 has a non-protruding structure in which the side portion 12x of the support layer 12 does not extend beyond the side portion 11x of the flooring layer 11 in a direction along the floor surface S1. The flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 may have different planar shapes that are not similar to each other, forming such a non-protruding structure of the support layer 12.
[0108] In each of the above embodiments, the flooring layer 11 is formed by arranging and connecting four flooring materials 14 in the short side direction. However, this is not limited to this, and the structure of the flooring layer 11 may be changed arbitrarily. For example, one flooring material 14 may form the flooring layer 11 of the floorboard 10. Also, the flooring layer 11 may be formed by connecting two, three, or five or more flooring materials 14. And the flooring layer 11 itself may have a laminated structure.
[0109] The flooring layer 11 may be formed, for example, using a synthetic resin sheet. For example, a multi-layer structure mainly composed of a polyvinyl chloride sheet may be adopted. Specifically, it may be formed as a composite sheet layer including a polyvinyl chloride sheet, a urethane coating layer on the front side of the polyvinyl chloride sheet, and a high-density sponge layer on the back side of the polyvinyl chloride sheet. Also, in the structure in which the flooring layer 11 is formed using a planar flooring material 14, the material of the flooring material 14 is not limited to wood, and may be arbitrarily changed to, for example, a resin material or a composite material.
[0110] In each of the above embodiments, the hollow plate material 40 having the cells 30 arranged side by side inside is used for the hollow structure 16. However, this is not limited to the above, and the configuration of the hollow structure 16 may be changed arbitrarily. For example, the hollow plate material 40 is not limited to one in which the core layer 42 is formed by folding and molding a single sheet material 50, but may be one in which the core layer 42 is formed using a plurality of sheets. And, for example, the core layer 42 may be formed by bending a strip-shaped sheet at predetermined intervals and arranging a plurality of the bent strip-shaped sheets side by side.
[0111] Although one sheet material 50 is folded and molded to form the core layer 42 as a honeycomb structure in which the hexagonal cells 30 are partitioned inside the core layer 42, the molding method is not limited to this. For example, as described in Japanese Patent No. 4368399, a three-dimensional structure in which multiple rows of convex portions with a trapezoidal cross section are arranged may be folded in sequence to form the core layer 42 having a honeycomb structure. The hollow plate material 40 used in the hollow structure 16 may be, for example, a plastic cardboard having a harmonica-shaped cross section.
[0112] The thermoplastic resin constituting the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44 may be one to which various functional resins have been added. For example, flame retardancy can be increased by adding a flame retardant resin to the thermoplastic resin. It is also possible to use one to which various functional resins have been added for all of the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44, or to use one to which various functional resins have been added for at least one of the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44. Furthermore, an inorganic material may be added to the synthetic resin constituting the core layer 42 and the skin layers 43, 44 of the hollow plate material 40. In this case, examples of the inorganic material include talc, mica, glass fiber, magnesium hydroxide, and aluminum hydroxide.
[0113] Although the skin layers 43 and 44 have a single-layer structure, they may have a multi-layer structure. The skin layers 43, 44 of the hollow plate 40 are made of a sheet material made of thermoplastic resin, but at least one of them may be made of nonwoven fabric. When the skin layers 43, 44 are made of nonwoven fabric, one side of the skin layers 43, 44 may be coated with an adhesive layer made of thermoplastic resin (e.g., polypropylene resin) and bonded to the core layer 42 via the adhesive layer. The nonwoven fabric constituting the skin layers 43, 44 may be formed of various conventionally known fibers such as polyamide fibers, aramid fibers, cellulose fibers, polyester fibers, polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, rayon fibers, and glass fibers. When both the skin layers 43, 44 are made of nonwoven fabric, the skin layers 43 and 44 may have the same configuration or different configurations.
[0114] In the fifth embodiment, the number and arrangement of the second anti-slip materials 150 provided on the upper surface 16s of the hollow structure 16 may be changed as desired. The second anti-slip material 150 has an area at least twice the total area of the anti-slip materials 17 facing the lower surface 15s of the elastic support material 15, but the area may be smaller than the total area of the anti-slip materials 17. Furthermore, the second anti-slip material 150 may cover the entire upper surface 16s of the hollow structure 16. Also, a configuration without such a second anti-slip material 150 may be used.
[0115] In addition, when adopting a configuration in which the floor plate member 20E and the floor material 140 are provided separately as in the fifth embodiment, the hollow structure 16 and the elastic support material 15 constituting the floor plate member 20E may be provided with an uneven shape in a plan view. Then, when each floor plate member 20E is laid, these uneven shapes may be configured to engage with each other.
[0116] Furthermore, in a configuration in which the floor board member 20E and the floor material 140 are provided separately as in the fifth embodiment, the floor material 140 forming the floor material layer 11 may be arranged across multiple floor board members 20E.
[0117] Furthermore, in the case of a configuration in which the floor board member 20E and the floor material 140 are provided separately as in the fifth embodiment, the elastic support material 15 constituting the support layer 12 and the floor materials 140 laid on the hollow structure 16 may be arranged in any manner.
[0118] For example, as in the first embodiment, the flooring layer 11 formed by each flooring 140 and the support layer 12 formed by the floorboard member 20E have similar planar shapes. The flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 may be stacked with their centers of gravity G1 and G2 overlapping. As in the other example, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 may have the same planar shape. As in the second embodiment, the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 may be stacked with their centers of gravity G1 and G2 shifted from each other.
[0119] Furthermore, as in the third embodiment, the planar shapes of the flooring layer 11 and the support layer 12 may be different from each other and not similar. Even if such a configuration is adopted, at the connection part of each flooring 140 arranged side by side to form a continuous floor surface S1, the flooring layer 11 formed by each adjacent flooring 140 can be supported on the support layer 12 formed by the elastic support material 15 and the hollow structure 16.
[0120] The floor materials 140 forming the floor material layer 11 and the floorboard members 20E forming the support layer 12 may have different "joint divisions." For example, the floor materials 140 may be arranged side by side with "horse joints" on the floorboard members 20E laid side by side with "horse joints." The floor materials 140 may be arranged side by side with "horse joints" on the floorboard members 20E laid side by side with "horse joints."
