[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7191907 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In Patent Document 1, the intake port serving as an intake opening is provided on the front of the cowl. However, depending on the saddle-ride type vehicle, if the airflow from riding easily flows into the intake port, the amount of intake air may become excessive. For this reason, even when the intake port is formed on the front of the vehicle body, it is necessary to adjust the amount of airflow that flows into the intake port. Furthermore, as a general issue, it is desirable to prevent the airflow from hitting the rider in order to reduce rider fatigue. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a saddle-ride type vehicle that can easily obtain a necessary and sufficient intake volume even when the intake port is provided at the front of the vehicle body, and that prevents the rider from being exposed to the wind while riding. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The saddle-ride type vehicle is characterized in that the saddle-ride type vehicle includes an energy storage unit, a shroud wing, and a shroud intake, the shroud intakes having intake ports and arranged on the left and right sides of the energy storage unit to guide wind generated by running the vehicle toward below the seat, the shroud wing being arranged in front of the shroud intake and guiding the wind generated by running the vehicle toward the intake port via its lower surface and directing the wind to the side of the vehicle body via its upper surface, the shroud wing having a wing main body portion on the inner side in the vehicle body width direction than the shroud wing side portion, the wing main body portion having a first pointed portion arranged on the front side of the vehicle body in the fore-and-aft direction and on the inner side in the vehicle body width direction, and a second pointed portion arranged on the rear side of the vehicle body in the fore-and-aft direction and on the outer side in the vehicle body width direction, and being arranged in this order from the front when viewed from the side of the vehicle body: the wing main body portion, the intake port, and the energy storage unit. [Effects of the Invention]

[0006] Even when the intake port is provided at the front of the vehicle body, a necessary and sufficient intake volume can be easily obtained, and a saddle-ride type vehicle can be provided in which the rider is prevented from being exposed to the wind caused by riding. [0016] The rear frame 20 has a pair of left and right seat frame portions 20a that extend in a strip shape in the front-to-rear direction in a side view, and a sub-frame portion 20b that extends from the pivot frame portion 19b to the seat frame portions 20a. The seat frame portions 20a are located outboard of the main frame portion 19a in the vehicle width direction. The seat frame portions 20a of the rear frame 20 are connected to upper ends of the pivot frame portions 19b. Furthermore, the sub-frame portion 20b of the rear frame 20 is connected to a vertically intermediate portion of the pivot frame portion 19b. In this embodiment, the rear frame 20 is made of CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics).

[0017] Fig. 2 is a perspective view from the upper left of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing a main part of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10. Fig. 4 is a view in which the tank shroud 40 is omitted from Fig. 3. The saddle-ride type vehicle 10 has a meter unit 31. The meter unit 31 is supported in front of the handlebars 21. The meter unit 31 is covered from the front by a windscreen 32.

[0018] As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of left and right front tanks (energy storage units) 29f are supported on the pair of left and right main frame units 19a. The front tanks 29f are formed symmetrically. The front tanks 29f are container-shaped and long in the vertical direction. The front tanks 29f are disposed at the front end of the main frame units 19a, extending from the upper part of the main frame units 19a to the outer side in the vehicle width direction. The front tanks 29f extend downward from above the main frame units 19a. The front tanks 29f have an upper tank portion 29f1 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction and a lower tank portion 29f2 extending downward from the lower part of the upper tank portion 29f1. The lower tank portion 29f2 bulges outward in the vehicle width direction more than the upper tank portion 29f1. Therefore, the outer surface of the upper tank portion 29f1 and the upper surface of the lower tank portion 29f2 form a recessed portion 29f3 that is recessed inward in the vehicle width direction. The recessed portion 29f3 extends in the front-rear direction.

[0019] A pair of left and right rear tanks 29r are provided behind the front tank 29f. The rear tanks 29r are supported by the rear frame 20. More specifically, the rear tanks 29r are supported by the seat frame portion 20a and the sub-frame portion 20b. The rear tanks 29r are connected to the front tank 29f via fuel pipes. In this embodiment, the fuel tank 29 is made up of a front tank 29f and a rear tank 29r.

[0020] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10 showing the seat 17 and its surroundings, viewed from above and behind. An air cleaner box 34 is disposed between the front tank 29f and the rear tank 29r. The air cleaner box 34 is disposed below the seat 17. Therefore, when the seat 17 is removed from the saddle-ride type vehicle 10, the air cleaner box 34 is exposed upward from between the pair of left and right seat frame portions 20a. The air cleaner box 34 has an air intake port 34a in the center in the vehicle width direction. The air intake port 34a opens to the rear. The air cleaner box 34 takes in air from an air intake space S below the seat 17. The air intake space S is the space sandwiched between the pair of left and right seat frame portions 20a.

[0021] Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the left tank shroud 40 from the front left. Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the left tank shroud 40 from the rear left. Fig. 8 is a side view of the left tank shroud 40 as seen from the outside in the vehicle width direction. Fig. 9 is a side view of the left tank shroud 40 as seen from the inside in the vehicle width direction. Fig. 10 is a plan view of the left tank shroud 40. Fig. 11 is a bottom view of the left tank shroud 40. Fig. 12 is a front view of the left tank shroud 40. Tank shrouds 40 are provided on the outer sides of the left and right front tanks 29f in the vehicle width direction.

[0022] The tank shroud 40 has a shroud intake 50 disposed on the outer side of the front tank 29f in the vehicle width direction, and a shroud wing 60 disposed in front of the shroud intake 50. The shroud intake 50 covers the front tank 29f from the outside in the vehicle width direction. The shroud intake 50 includes an outer shroud portion 51 that forms the outer surface of the vehicle body, and an inner shroud portion 52 that is connected to the inner side of the outer shroud portion 51 in the vehicle width direction.

[0023] The outer shroud portion 51 extends in the front-rear direction. The outer shroud portion 51 has a connecting portion 51a that is arc-shaped in a side view. The outer shroud portion 51 has an upper portion 51b that curves inward in the vehicle width direction. The outer shroud portion 51 is disposed above the tank lower portion 29f2 and covers the tank upper portion 29f1 from the outside in the vehicle width direction. In other words, the outer shroud portion 51 is supported so as to cover the recess 29f3 from the outside in the vehicle width direction. As a result, a duct portion S1 (see FIG. 5) extending in the front-rear direction is formed by the side surface of the front tank 29f and the outer shroud portion 51. The duct portion S1 communicates with the intake space S. A rear portion of the outer shroud portion 51 extends along the seat frame portion 20a to the front end portion of the seat frame portion 20a (see FIG. 1).

[0024] An inner shroud portion 52 is connected to the front end of the outer shroud portion 51 from the inside in the vehicle width direction. The inner shroud portion 52 is connected to an upper portion 51b and a lower portion of the outer shroud portion 51. The inner shroud portion 52 is connected to face the outer shroud portion 51. As a result, a cylindrical duct 53 (see FIG. 6) extending in the front-rear direction is formed between the outer shroud portion 51 and the inner shroud portion 52. The surrounding shape of the front edges of the outer shroud portion 51 and the inner shroud portion 52 forms an intake port 54 serving as an inlet of the duct 53. A fixing portion 52a bent inward in the vehicle width direction is formed at the rear end of the inner shroud portion 52. The fixing portion 52a is fixed to the front surface of a tank upper portion 29f1 of the front tank 29f. As a result, the duct 53 communicates with a duct portion S1 formed by the outer shroud portion 51 and a recessed portion 29f3 of the front tank 29f.

[0025] A shroud wing 60 is connected to the front side of the shroud intake 50. The shroud wing 60 has a shroud side portion (shroud wing side portion) 61 extending in the vertical direction, and a wing main body portion 62 formed at the front end of the shroud side portion 61. A connecting portion 61a recessed in an arc shape from the rear edge forward is formed on the shroud side portion 61. The connecting portion 61a is connected to the shroud intake 50 when the connecting portion 51a of the shroud intake 50 enters the connecting portion 61a. A slit hole 61b extending in the vertical direction is formed below the connecting portion 61a.

[0026] A wing main body 62 curved inward in the vehicle width direction is supported on the front end of the upper part of the shroud side surface 61. The wing main body 62 is formed in a swept-back shape with respect to the shroud side surface 61. In other words, when the shroud side surface 61 is viewed as the aircraft body, the wing main body 62 has a swept-back shape with respect to the aircraft body. In other words, a notch 63 that tapers forward is formed between the wing main body 62 and the shroud side surface 61. The wing main body 62 is located more inward in the vehicle width direction than the shroud side surface 61. The wing main body 62 is located forward of the fork tube 14a of the front fork 14. A portion of the wing main body 62 overlaps with the fork tube 14a in a front view (see FIG. 14).

[0027] The wing main body 62 has an upper surface (shroud wing upper surface) 62a and a lower surface (shroud wing lower surface) 62b, and is generally plate-shaped with a generally constant thickness. The wing main body 62 has the upper surface 62a formed to direct the traveling wind along the upper surface 62a to the side of a rider R (see FIG. 16 ) as an example of a side of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10, and the lower surface 62b formed to guide the traveling wind along the lower surface 62b to the intake port 54.

[0028] In this embodiment, the wing main body 62 has a front inner pointed portion (first pointed portion) 62c on the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction and on the inner side in the vehicle width direction. The front inner pointed portion 62c is formed so as to taper as it progresses forward in the vehicle front-rear direction and on the inner side in the vehicle width direction. The wing main body 62 also has a rear outer pointed portion (second pointed portion) 62d on the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction and on the outer side in the vehicle width direction. The rear outer pointed portion 62d tapers as it progresses rearward in the vehicle front-rear direction and on the outer side in the vehicle width direction. In other words, a notch 63 is formed between the rear outer pointed portion 62d and the shroud side surface portion 61.

[0029] The wing main body 62 is inclined upward toward the rear of the vehicle body (see FIGS. 8 and 12). The wing main body 62 is also inclined upward toward the inside in the vehicle width direction (see FIGS. 6 to 8, 10, and 12). In this embodiment, the wing main body 62 is inclined with a continuous curve. In other words, in this embodiment, the wing main body 62 is inclined with a smooth curve. In the wing main body 62, the angle changes from a gentle slope 62e to a steep slope 62f with respect to the horizontal plane from the front inner pointed portion 62c to the rear outer pointed portion 62d. More specifically, in each of the drawings such as FIGS. 6 to 12, an auxiliary line connecting the front inner pointed portion 62c and the rear outer pointed portion 62d is shown by a dashed line. For convenience, the auxiliary line is shown as a straight line in each of the drawings. As one moves along the auxiliary line from the front inner pointed portion 62c to the rear outer pointed portion 62d, the angle changes from a gentle slope 62e to a steep slope 62f.

[0030] In this embodiment, the shroud intake 50 is made of CFRP. The shroud wing 60 is made of PP (polypropylene). In the shroud wing 60, a wing main body 62 is supported in a cantilevered shape relative to a shroud side surface 61. By making the shroud wing 60 out of PP, when the shroud wing 60 comes into contact with the ground or the like, the shroud wing 60 can be easily bent, can easily absorb impact, and is less likely to crack.

[0031] Fig. 13 is a plan view of the main parts of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10. Fig. 14 is a front view of the main parts of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10. Fig. 15 is an enlarged view of Fig. 1 showing the periphery of the tank shroud 40. The tank shroud 40 is attached to the side of the front tank 29f. The wing main body 62, the intake port 54, and the front tank 29f are arranged in this order from the front. The intake port 54 opens forward. The intake port 54 overlaps with the head pipe 18 in a side view of the vehicle body (see FIG. 15). The intake port 54 is located outward in the vehicle width direction from the fork tubes 14a (see FIG. 14). The wing main body 62 of the shroud wing 60 overlaps with the intake port 54 in a front view of the vehicle body (see FIG. 14). Specifically, the wing main body 62 overlaps with the lower part of the intake port 54 in a front view of the vehicle body, but does not overlap with the upper part. As shown in FIG. 15, the wing main body 62 is located above the front fender 26. That is, the wing main body 62 is located above a horizontal plane H1 that passes through the upper end of the front fender 26. The upper end of the intake port 54 is located above the wing main body 62. The wing main body 62 and the intake port 54 are disposed below the front screen 32. In other words, the wing main body 62 and the intake port 54 are disposed below the horizontal plane H2 that passes through the lower end of the front screen 32.

[0032] 15, the angle θ1 of the rear end of the wing main body 62 with respect to the horizontal plane H1 and the angle θ2 of the axis of the head pipe 18 with respect to the horizontal plane H2 are set to be approximately parallel in a side view of the vehicle body. Furthermore, the angle θ3 of the auxiliary line connecting the front inner pointed portion 62c and the rear outer pointed portion 62d with respect to the horizontal plane H1 is smaller than the angle θ2 of the head pipe 18 with respect to the horizontal plane H2 in a side view of the vehicle body. The angles θ1 to θ3 are acute angles. This allows the wing main body 62 to more accurately guide the traveling wind to the intake port 54 with the lower surface 62b and to direct the traveling wind to the side of the vehicle body formed by the body frame 11, etc. with the upper surface 62a.

[0033] As shown in Fig. 14, a pair of left and right radiators 35 are disposed between the left and right tank shrouds 40. An engine guard 36 is disposed below the radiators 35. The engine guard 36 covers the power unit 12 from the front. In this embodiment, the engine guard 36 is made of CFRP.

[0034] FIG. 16 is an explanatory diagram of the operation of this embodiment. When the saddle-ride type vehicle 10 is traveling, traveling wind flows from the front toward the wing main body portion 62 of the shroud wing 60 as shown by arrows A1 and B1. The traveling wind flowing along the upper surface 62a of the wing main body portion 62 is guided toward the side of the vehicle body by the upper surface 62a as shown by arrow A2, and is easily allowed to flow to the side of the rider R as shown by arrow A3. Therefore, the rider R is less likely to experience resistance from the traveling wind, and fatigue in the rider R is less likely to accumulate.

[0035] Furthermore, the running wind flowing along the underside 62b of the wing main body 62 (see FIGS. 9 and 11) is guided by the underside 62b toward the intake port 54 as shown by arrow B2, and is easily guided to the intake port 54 of the shroud intake 50 as shown by arrow B3. The running wind that enters the intake port 54 flows into the intake space S through the duct 53 and duct portion S1. This makes it easier for the air cleaner box 34 to take in an appropriate amount of air. Therefore, a necessary and sufficient amount of intake air can be obtained, and the driving performance of the saddle-ride type vehicle 10 is easily improved.

[0036] In this embodiment, intake port 54 is located at the front of the vehicle body, forward of front tank 29f, and opens forward, which means that there is a risk of excessive running wind flowing in. In contrast, in this embodiment, by providing wing main body 62, upper surface 62a directs the wind to the side of the vehicle body, making it easier for only running wind along lower surface 62b to flow into intake port 54, making it easier to adjust the intake volume to a necessary and sufficient amount.

[0037] Here, it is possible to provide the intake port on the side of the intake space S rather than in the front of the vehicle body, but providing the intake port on the side of the vehicle body may limit the material of the component on the side of the vehicle body depending on the shape of the intake port hole, or the intake port may be blocked by the rider's legs, making it difficult to ensure an appropriate amount of intake air. In contrast, in the present embodiment, intake port 54 is provided in the front of the vehicle body, and wing main body 62 is provided forward of intake port 54, making it easier to ensure a necessary and sufficient amount of intake air.

[0038] Furthermore, in this embodiment, it is possible to provide a wing-shaped wing main body portion 62 without protruding outward in the vehicle width direction.

[0039] As described above, according to this embodiment to which the present invention is applied, in the saddle-ride type vehicle 10 equipped with the front tank 29f, the shroud wing 60, and the shroud intake 50, the intake port 54 is provided, the shroud intake 50 is arranged on the left and right sides of the front tank 29f and guides the traveling wind to below the seat 17, and the shroud intake 50 is arranged in front of the shroud intake 50 and guides the traveling wind to the intake port 54 by the lower surface 62b and guides the traveling wind to the vehicle body front by the upper surface 62a. The shroud wing 60 flows to the side of the vehicle body composed of the frame 11 etc., and the shroud wing 60 has a wing main body portion 62 located more inward in the vehicle body width direction than the shroud side portion 61, and the wing main body portion 62 has a front inner pointed portion 62c provided on the front side in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body and on the inside in the vehicle body width direction, and a rear outer pointed portion 62d provided on the rear side in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body and on the outside in the vehicle body width direction, and is arranged in the order of the wing main body portion 62, intake port 54 and front tank 29f from the front when viewed from the side of the vehicle body.

[0040] According to this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface 62b can be guided to the intake port 54 of the shroud intake 50, making it easier to obtain a necessary and sufficient amount of intake air. Also, by directing the traveling wind on the upper surface 62a to the side of the vehicle body formed by the body frame 11 and the like, it is possible to prevent the traveling wind from blowing against the rider R. Therefore, according to the above configuration, even when the intake port 54 is provided at the front of the vehicle body, it is easy to obtain a necessary and sufficient amount of intake air, and it is possible to provide a saddle-ride type vehicle 10 in which the traveling wind is prevented from blowing against the rider R.

[0041] In this embodiment, the wing main body 62 partially overlaps with the intake port 54 when viewed from the front of the vehicle body. According to this configuration, the wind from the front hitting the upper surface 62a can be easily guided to a location other than the intake port 54, and it is easy to distinguish between the wind on the upper surface 62a and the wind on the lower surface 62b.

[0042] In addition, in this embodiment, the intake port 54 partially overlaps with the head pipe 18 in a side view of the vehicle body. According to this configuration, the intake port 54 is located far enough forward that it overlaps with the head pipe 18, making it easier for the shroud wing 60 to guide the wind toward the intake port 54 while the vehicle is traveling.

[0043] In this embodiment, the wing main body 62 is inclined upward toward the rear of the vehicle body, and is also inclined upward toward the inside in the vehicle body width direction. According to this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface 62b can be more accurately guided to the intake port 54 of the shroud intake 50, and the traveling wind on the upper surface 62a can be directed to the side of the rider R.

[0044] In this embodiment, the angle changes from the gentle slope 62e to the steep slope 62f from the front inner pointed portion 62c toward the rear outer pointed portion 62d. According to this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface 62b can be more accurately guided to the intake port 54 of the shroud intake 50, and the traveling wind on the upper surface 62a can be directed to the side of the rider R.

[0045] In this embodiment, the wing main body 62 forms a swept-back wing shape on the inner side in the vehicle width direction relative to the shroud side surface 61. According to this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface 62b can be more accurately guided to the intake port 54 of the shroud intake 50, and the traveling wind on the upper surface 62a can be directed to the side of the rider R.

[0046] In this embodiment, the shroud intake 50 is made of CFRP. According to this configuration, deformation of the shroud intake 50 due to vibrations during driving can be suppressed, and the vehicle body weight can be reduced.

[0047] In this embodiment, the shroud wing 60 is made of PP. This configuration makes it difficult for the shroud wing 60 to crack even if it comes into contact with the ground and falls while traveling, thereby improving the durability of the shroud wing 60.

[0048] [Other embodiments] The above-described embodiment merely shows one aspect of the present invention, and any modifications and applications are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0049] In the above embodiment, the wing main body 62 has been illustrated as being continuously curved and inclined, but this is not limiting. For example, the wing main body 62 may be inclined discontinuously. Specifically, the wing main body 62 may be configured with ridges that form boundaries between inclined surfaces inclined at different angles. In other words, the wing main body 62 may be inclined in stages.

[0050] In the above embodiment, the saddle-ride type vehicle 10 is exemplified as a saddle-ride type vehicle 10 having a power unit 12 as an internal combustion engine, but is not limited to this. For example, the saddle-ride type vehicle 10 may be a vehicle that does not have a power unit 12 as an internal combustion engine, i.e., an electric vehicle. Therefore, in the above embodiment, the power unit 12 is exemplified as a power unit that drives the vehicle body, but the power unit may also be a power unit that includes an electric motor for driving. Furthermore, instead of the fuel tank 29 as the energy storage unit, the energy storage unit may be a drive battery. Here, in the case of an electric vehicle, the intake port 54 can be used as an intake port for taking in airflow during driving in order to cool the power unit and the battery.

[0051] In the above embodiment, a motorcycle having a front wheel 13 and a rear wheel 15 has been used as an example of the saddle-ride vehicle 10, but the present invention is not limited to this, and can be applied to a three-wheeled saddle-ride vehicle having two front or two rear wheels, or a saddle-ride vehicle having four or more wheels.

[0052] [Configuration supported by the above embodiment] The above embodiment supports the following configurations.

[0053] (Configuration 1) A saddle-ride type vehicle comprising an energy storage unit, a shroud wing, and a shroud intake, the shroud intakes having an intake port and arranged on the left and right sides of the energy storage unit to guide running wind toward below the seat, the shroud wing being arranged in front of the shroud intake and guiding the running wind to the intake port by the lower surface of the shroud wing and directing the running wind toward the side of the vehicle body by the upper surface of the shroud wing, the shroud wing having a wing main body portion on the inner side in the vehicle body width direction than the shroud wing side portion, the wing main body portion having a first pointed portion arranged on the front side in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction and on the inner side in the vehicle body width direction, and a second pointed portion arranged on the rear side in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction and on the outer side in the vehicle body width direction, the saddle-ride type vehicle being arranged in this order from the front when viewed from the side of the vehicle body. With this configuration, the traveling wind on the underside of the shroud wing can be guided to the intake port of the shroud intake, making it easier to obtain a necessary and sufficient intake volume. Also, by directing the traveling wind on the upper surface of the shroud wing to the side of the vehicle body, it is possible to prevent the traveling wind from blowing against the rider. Therefore, with the above configuration, even if the intake port is provided in the front part of the vehicle body, it is possible to provide a saddle-ride type vehicle that makes it easier to obtain a necessary and sufficient intake volume and prevents the traveling wind from blowing against the rider.

[0054] (Configuration 2) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the wing main body part partially overlaps with the intake port when viewed from the front of the vehicle body. With this configuration, the traveling wind from the front that hits the upper surface of the shroud wing can be easily guided to a location other than the intake port, making it easier to distinguish between the traveling wind on the upper surface of the shroud wing and the traveling wind on the lower surface of the shroud wing.

[0055] (Configuration 3) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the intake port partially overlaps with a head pipe in a side view of the vehicle body. With this configuration, the intake port is located far enough forward that it overlaps with the head pipe, making it easier for the shroud wing to direct the wind toward the intake port.

[0056] (Configuration 4) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the wing main body portion is inclined upward toward the rear of the vehicle body and also inclined upward toward the inside in the vehicle body width direction. With this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface of the shroud wing can be more accurately guided to the intake port of the shroud intake, and the traveling wind on the upper surface of the shroud wing can be directed to the side of the rider.

[0057] (Configuration 5) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the angle changes from a gentle slope to a steep slope from the first pointed portion to the second pointed portion. With this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface of the shroud wing can be more accurately guided to the intake port of the shroud intake, and the traveling wind on the upper surface of the shroud wing can be directed to the side of the rider.

[0058] (Configuration 6) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the wing main body portion forms a swept-back wing shape on the inner side in the vehicle width direction relative to the shroud wing side portion. With this configuration, the traveling wind on the lower surface of the shroud wing can be more accurately guided to the intake port of the shroud intake, and the traveling wind on the upper surface of the shroud wing can be directed to the side of the rider.

[0059] (Configuration 7) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the shroud intake is made of CFRP. This configuration can suppress deformation of the shroud intake due to vibrations during driving, and can also lead to a reduction in the vehicle body weight.

[0060] (Configuration 8) The saddle-ride type vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the shroud wing is made of polypropylene. This configuration makes it difficult for the shroud wing to crack even if it comes into contact with the vehicle and falls while the vehicle is running, thereby improving the durability of the shroud wing.
