Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic such as a lotion or a gel cosmetic. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, with the advancement of women in society and the diversification of lifestyles, "time-saving beauty" has been attracting attention, and there is a trend toward simplifying skin care steps. However, there are concerns that simple skin care in dry seasons such as winter may not provide sufficient anti-aging care effects, and that powder makeup used after skin care may easily become powdery over time.
[0003] Aging care refers to skin care appropriate for different age groups, and skin concerns vary from generation to generation. Younger people have skin concerns related to acne, while people in their 30s and 40s have skin concerns related to age spots, and people in their 50s and 60s have skin concerns such as wrinkles and sagging skin in addition to age spots. Wrinkles and sagging skin are caused by sagging muscles due to various reasons such as weakening of facial muscle strength, and the effect of improving these is called a lifting effect. Tranexamic acid or its salts, which have anti-inflammatory and melanin production inhibitory effects, are known as ingredients that are effective against all skin problems, including acne and age spots, and are widely used in medicines, quasi-drugs, and cosmetics.
[0004] For example, a topical composition combining tranexamic acid and a heparinoid (Patent Document 1) and a composition combining tranexamic acid, an amphiphilic polymer, niacinamide, and a mucopolysaccharide (Patent Document 2) have been proposed. These documents state that the composition provides an excellent moisturizing effect without compromising usability or stability. In addition, a skin cosmetic product combining hydrolyzed elastin, cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate bisethoxydiglycol, and tranexamic acid (Patent Document 3) and a wipe-off lotion combining polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside, ethanol, and grape extract have also been reported as cosmetics that provide an excellent moisturizing effect and an anti-aging effect of firmness and lifting.
[0005] For example, Patent Document 5 also mentions the powdery makeup problem, and describes how the powdery makeup problem can be suppressed by enhancing the moisturizing feeling. Specifically, it describes how the powdery makeup problem can be suppressed by combining a polyhydric alcohol, a specific phosphorylcholine derivative, sodium surfactin, and the like. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0006] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2022-97087 [Patent Document 2] JP 2021-161111 A [Patent Document 3] Patent Publication No. 2021-98669 [Patent Document 4] JP 2019-182804 A [Patent Document 5] JP 2018-199634 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] However, the present inventors have found that the cosmetic compositions of the above-mentioned documents do not provide sufficient powdery makeup suppression effect over time when used after skin care. For example, in Patent Document 5, even if powdery makeup can be suppressed temporarily, it is difficult to suppress powdery makeup over a long period of time, and further improvements are required. In addition, it is even more difficult to achieve both suppression of powdery makeup and prevention of stickiness during use, moisturizing feeling, and cheek lifting effect.
[0008] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a skin cosmetic which is not sticky when used, has a sufficient moisturizing feeling, gives a cheek lifting effect after application, and further does not become powdery even after a long period of time has passed after application of the cosmetic. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] As a result of intensive research by the inventors to solve the above-mentioned problems, it was found that by incorporating a combination of predetermined amounts of (A) tranexamic acid or a salt thereof, (B) a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, (C) a polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside, and (D) collagen having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more in a skin cosmetic, the skin has a non-sticky, moisturizing feel upon use, while also having a cheek lifting effect after application, and furthermore, by maintaining an even and moisturized state of the skin, no powdery feeling occurs even after a long time has passed since makeup application.
[0010] That is, the present invention provides the following skin cosmetic preparations. [1] A skin cosmetic preparation comprising: (A) 0.1 to 5 mass% of tranexamic acid or a salt thereof; (B) 1 to 15 mass% of a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms; (C) 0.01 to 5 mass% of a polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside represented by the following formula (1); and (D) 0.000005 to 0.01 mass% of collagen having a molecular weight of 10,000 daltons or more. G-{O(EO) a (PO) b (BO) c -H} 4 (1) [In formula (1), G represents a residue obtained by removing four hydroxyl groups from methyl glucoside; EO, PO, and BO represent an oxyethylene group, an oxypropylene group, and an oxybutylene group, respectively; a, b, and c represent the average values of the numbers of EO, PO, and BO added to one hydroxyl group of methyl glucoside, respectively; a is 0 to 10, b is 0 to 10, c is 0 to 2, and the sum of a, b, and c is 2 to 12]
[0011] [2] The skin cosmetic preparation according to [1], further comprising a copolymer having a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (2) and a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (3): [ka] (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.) [ka] (In the formula, R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and m represents an integer of 3 to 18. Effect of the Invention
[0012] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a skin cosmetic which is non-sticky, has an excellent moisturizing feeling and cheek lifting effect after application, and has an excellent sustained effect of suppressing powdery makeup from becoming powdery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] Hereinafter, a skin cosmetic according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. In addition, in this specification, a numerical range specified using the symbol "~" includes the numerical values on both ends (upper and lower limits) of "~". For example, "2~10" means 2 or more and 10 or less.
[0014] A skin cosmetic according to one embodiment of the present invention contains a predetermined amount of each of (A) tranexamic acid or a salt thereof, (B) a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, (C) a polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside represented by a specific formula, and (D) collagen having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more. The skin cosmetic may further contain other components. For example, it may contain (E) a copolymer described below and various additives. Furthermore, each component in the skin cosmetic is usually dissolved or dispersed in a solvent (e.g., water). Each component contained in the skin cosmetic will be described below in order.
[0015] (A) Tranexamic acid or a salt thereof In this specification, (A) tranexamic acid or a salt thereof refers to at least one compound selected from the group consisting of tranexamic acid and its salts (hereinafter also referred to as "(A) tranexamic acids"). The skin cosmetic may contain only one type of (A) tranexamic acid, or may contain two or more types. When the skin cosmetic contains (A) tranexamic acids, it becomes easier to obtain a cheek lifting effect. Here, tranexamic acid is an abbreviation for trans-(4-aminomethyl)cyclohexanecarboxylic acid.
[0016] Examples of salts of tranexamic acid include, but are not limited to, metal salts such as sodium salt, potassium salt, magnesium salt, etc., hydrochloride salts, amino acid salts such as arginine salt, phosphate salts, sulfate salts, triethanolamine salts, etc. Among these, tranexamic acid is preferred as the (A) tranexamic acid.
[0017] The amount of (A) tranexamic acids in the skin cosmetic of this embodiment (the total amount when two or more types are included) is preferably 0.1 to 5% by mass, more preferably 0.5 to 4.5% by mass, and even more preferably 1 to 4% by mass. If the content of (A) tranexamic acids is less than 0.1% by mass, the cheek lifting effect is not sufficiently obtained, and furthermore, stickiness is likely to occur during use. On the other hand, if the content of (A) tranexamic acids is more than 5% by mass, stickiness is likely to occur, and furthermore, powdery flakes are likely to occur.
[0018] (B) Dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms The (B) dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms (hereinafter also simply referred to as "(B) dihydric alcohol") may be a compound having 3 to 6 carbon atoms in the molecule and two hydroxyl groups in the molecule. For example, it may be a compound composed of a linear or branched hydrocarbon chain and two hydroxyl groups, or may be a compound further containing an ether bond or the like. The skin cosmetic may contain only one type of the (B) dihydric alcohol, or may contain two or more types. When the skin cosmetic contains the (B) dihydric alcohol, the moisturizing properties are improved, and powdery skin can be more easily suppressed for a long period of time.
[0019] Examples of the (B) dihydric alcohol include propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, hexylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, etc. Among these, 1,3-butylene glycol and 1,2-pentanediol are preferred because of their lack of stickiness and suppression of powderiness.
[0020] The amount of (B) dihydric alcohol in the skin cosmetic (the total amount when two or more types are included) is preferably 1 to 15% by mass, more preferably 2 to 12% by mass, and even more preferably 3 to 10% by mass. If the content is less than 1% by mass, the moisturizing feeling is not sufficiently obtained, and furthermore, the effect of suppressing powdery flakes is not sufficiently obtained over a long period of time. On the other hand, if the content is more than 15% by mass, stickiness is likely to occur during use, and furthermore, the effect of suppressing powdery flakes is not sufficiently obtained.
[0021] (C) Polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside The polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside (C) in this embodiment is a compound represented by the following formula (1). Specifically, it is a compound in which an oxyethylene group, an oxypropylene group, and / or an oxybutylene group are added to some or all of the four OH groups of a methyl glucoside. When a skin cosmetic contains the polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside (C), it is easy to improve the moisturizing feeling and to make the skin even. Furthermore, the polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside (C) makes it easy to suppress powdery skin over a long period of time. The skin cosmetic may contain only one type of polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside (C), or may contain two or more types.
[0022] G-{O(EO) a (PO) b (BO) c -H} 4 (1) In the above formula (1), G represents a residue obtained by removing four (all) hydroxyl groups from methyl glucoside. In addition, EO, PO, and BO represent an oxyethylene group, an oxypropylene group, and an oxybutylene group, respectively. When multiple types of oxyalkylene groups (EO, PO, or BO) are contained in one chain bonded to the methyl glucoside residue, the same type of oxyalkylene groups may be bonded consecutively (block addition), or the same type of oxyalkylene groups may be bonded randomly (random addition).
[0023] In addition, a, b, and c in the above formula (1) are the average values of the number of EO, PO, and BO added to each hydroxyl group of methyl glucoside, respectively. The structures added to the four hydroxyl groups of the methyl glucoside residue may be the same or different from each other. In addition, some of the four hydroxyl groups may remain as OH groups. Here, a is 0 to 10, b is 0 to 10, c is 0 to 2, and the sum of a, b, and c may be 2 to 12, but preferably 0≦a≦8, 0≦b≦8, and 0≦c≦1.
[0024] (C) Polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside may be a synthetic product or a commercially available product. Examples of commercially available products include "Macbiobride MG-10E" (manufactured by NOF Corp., a=2.5, b=0, c=0 in formula (1)), "Macbiobride MG-20P" (manufactured by NOF Corp., a=0, b=5, c=0 in formula (1)), and "Macbiobride MG-20E" (manufactured by NOF Corp., a=5, b=5, c=0 in formula (1)).
[0025] The content of polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside (C) in the skin cosmetic (the total amount when two or more kinds are included) is preferably 0.01 to 5 mass%, more preferably 0.1 to 4 mass%, and more preferably 0.5 to 3 mass%. If the content of polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside (C) is less than 0.01 mass%, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient moisturizing feeling and lifting effect, and it is difficult to obtain the effect of suppressing powdery skin over a long period of time. If the content is more than 5 mass%, it is difficult to obtain the effect of suppressing powdery skin over a long period of time.
[0026] (D) Collagen with a molecular weight of 10,000 daltons or more In this specification, (D) collagen having a molecular weight of 10,000 daltons or more (hereinafter also referred to as "(D) collagens") refers to collagen or derivatives thereof having a molecular weight of 10,000 daltons or more as measured by a known method, for example, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Skin cosmetics may contain only one type of (D) collagen, or two or more types.
[0027] (D) Collagen may be derived from animals or fish. The method for extracting collagen from animals or fish is not particularly limited and can be performed by a known method. For example, collagen can be obtained by shredding fish skin, fish bone, fish scales, etc. and extracting them with ethanol, water, sodium chloride solution, etc.
[0028] As described above, (D) collagens may be collagen molecules themselves, or collagen molecules treated by a known method (also referred to as "collagen derivatives"). Examples of collagen derivatives that can be used include atelocollagen obtained by treating collagen molecules with protease to remove telopeptide moieties, succinoyl atelocollagen into which succinoyl groups have been introduced, and myristoyl succinyl atelocollagen into which succinoyl groups and myristoyl groups have been introduced. Among these, succinoyl atelocollagen and myristoyl succinyl atelocollagen are preferred, and myristoyl succinyl atelocollagen is more preferred, in terms of excellent moisturizing effects, skin protection effects, and the like.
[0029] The molecular weight of the (D) collagen may be 10,000 daltons or more, but from the viewpoint of powdery particle suppression effect, it is more preferably 50,000 daltons or more, and even more preferably 100,000 daltons or more, and more preferably 1,000,000 daltons or less, and even more preferably 500,000 daltons or less.
[0030] The content of (D) collagen in the skin cosmetic (the total amount when two or more types are included) is preferably 0.000005 to 0.01% by mass, more preferably 0.00001 to 0.005% by mass, and even more preferably 0.00002 to 0.001% by mass. If the content of (D) collagen is less than 0.000005% by mass, it becomes difficult to obtain a sufficient moisturizing feeling, lifting effect, and powdery prevention effect. If the content is more than 0.01% by mass, stickiness and powdery flakes are likely to occur.
[0031] From the viewpoints of providing a moisturizing feeling without stickiness, a lifting effect, and an effect of suppressing powderiness, the content ratio of component (A) to component (D) in the skin cosmetic preparation [(A) / (D), mass ratio] is preferably from 100 to 15,0000, more preferably from 2,500 to 100,000, and particularly preferably from 20,000 to 75,000.
[0032] (E) Copolymer A represented by formula (2) and formula (3) The skin cosmetic may contain a copolymer (hereinafter also referred to as "(E) Copolymer A" in this specification) containing a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (2) and a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (3). The skin cosmetic may contain only one type of (E) Copolymer A, or may contain two or more types. When the skin cosmetic contains (E) Copolymer A, the moisturizing feeling is further enhanced without causing stickiness, and the effect of suppressing powderiness over a long period of time is more easily obtained. [ka] In formula (2), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. The structural unit represented by the above formula (2) is a structural unit derived from 2-(meth)acryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine. In this specification, "(meth)acryloyl" means "acryloyl and / or methacryloyl". [ka] In formula (3), R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and m represents an integer of 3 to 18. The structural unit represented by the above formula (3) is a structural unit derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate. In this specification, "(meth)acrylic acid" means "acrylic acid and / or methacrylic acid".
[0033] When the value of m is less than 3, it is difficult to suppress powdery skin and difficult to obtain a lifted feeling. When the value of m is more than 18, the solubility of (E) copolymer A in water or aqueous solvents decreases. The alkyl group in the alkyl (meth)acrylate is a linear or branched alkyl group having 4 to 19 carbon atoms (i.e., the value of m is 3 to 18), and examples thereof include butyl, pentyl, hexyl, octyl, 2-ethylhexyl, decyl, dodecyl, tetradecyl, hexadecyl, octadecyl, etc. Of these, linear alkyl groups such as butyl, dodecyl, octadecyl, etc. are preferred, and a butyl group or an octadecyl group is more preferred.
[0034] (E) The ratio of the content of the structural unit represented by the above formula (2) in copolymer A to the content of the structural unit represented by the above formula (3) ([structural unit represented by formula (2)]:[structural unit represented by formula (3)]) (molar ratio) is preferably 7:1 to 1:4, more preferably 5:1 to 1:3, and even more preferably 5:1 to 1:2.
[0035] The weight average molecular weight of (E) Copolymer A is preferably 10,000 to 1,000,000, more preferably 30,000 to 900,000, and further preferably 50,000 to 800,000. The weight average molecular weight of (E) Copolymer A is measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and is expressed as a molecular weight converted into polyethylene glycol.
[0036] The polymerization form of (E) Copolymer A is not particularly limited, and may be a random copolymer or a block copolymer, but is preferably a random copolymer.
[0037] Furthermore, (E) copolymer A may be a binary copolymer consisting of a structural unit represented by the above formula (2) and a structural unit represented by the above formula (3), or may be a copolymer containing other structural units in addition to the structural units represented by formulas (2) and (3) as long as the purpose and effects of this embodiment are not impaired.
[0038] (E) Other structural units that can be included in copolymer A can be appropriately selected from those that can be structural units in general copolymers. Examples of other structural units include (meth)acrylic acid esters having a lower alkyl group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, such as methyl (meth)acrylate and ethyl (meth)acrylate; (meth)acrylic acid esters having a cyclic alkyl group, such as cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate; (meth)acrylic acid esters containing an aromatic group, such as benzyl (meth)acrylate and phenoxyethyl (meth)acrylate; styrene-based monomers, such as styrene, methylstyrene, and chloromethylstyrene; vinyl ether-based monomers, such as methyl vinyl ether and butyl vinyl ether; and vinyl ester-based monomers, such as vinyl acetate and vinyl propionate.
[0039] These other structural units may be contained in one or more types, and the content thereof in (E) copolymer A is preferably 40 mol % or less, more preferably 20 mol % or less, based on the total amount of the structural unit represented by formula (2) and the structural unit represented by formula (3).
[0040] (E) Copolymer A may be a polymer obtained by polymerizing 2-(meth)acryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and alkyl (meth)acrylate by a known method, or may be a commercially available product. Examples of commercially available products include "Lipidure (registered trademark)-B", "Lipidure (registered trademark)-PMB", and "Lipidure (registered trademark)-NR" (all manufactured by NOF Corporation).
[0041] The content of (E) copolymer (A) in the skin cosmetic of this embodiment (the total amount when two or more types are included) is preferably 0.0001 to 0.1 mass%, more preferably 0.0005 to 0.05 mass%, and even more preferably 0.001 to 0.03 mass%.
[0042] (others) In addition to the above-mentioned components, the skin cosmetic of the present invention may contain general additives used in cosmetics, quasi-drugs, pharmaceuticals, etc., within the scope of the present invention.
[0043] Examples of additives include solvents such as lower alcohols, moisturizers, skin conditioning agents, anti-inflammatory and rough skin prevention agents, cell activators, whitening agents, UV absorbers, UV scattering agents, silicone oils, surfactants, water-soluble polymers, thickening polysaccharides, pH adjusters, preservatives, chelating agents, dyes, pigments, fragrances, etc. Depending on the purpose, one or more of these additives may be contained.
[0044] The total amount of additives may be within a range that does not impair the object and effect of this embodiment, but is usually preferably 50% by mass or less, and more preferably 40% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic.
[0045] In addition to the above-mentioned components and optional additives, the skin cosmetic of the present invention usually contains water, the amount of which is preferably 40 to 99% by mass, more preferably 45 to 95% by mass, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic. As the water, water generally used for cosmetics or pharmaceuticals can be used, for example, ion-exchanged water, purified water, etc. EXAMPLES
