Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for assembling components of a drivetrain, the drivetrain being equipped in particular in a motor vehicle.

[0002] The component is for example part of a transmission or a differential. In this respect, there is a method in which rolling bearings are arranged and fixed in a housing. Rolling bearings are used in particular to support rotating parts in a housing.

[0003] In particular, the rolling bearing is a grooved ball bearing. The component comprises at least a rolling bearing, a bearing support and a housing part. An outer ring of the rolling bearing can be fixed to the housing part via the bearing support. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, cases where access is limited must be taken into account. For example, the bearing support can only be fixed by screws from the outside of the housing part. Thus, the connection of the bearing support with screws is not visible from the outside of the housing part and requires certain adjustments, for example to align the bearing support with the rolling bearing or the housing part so that the screw can be inserted into the threaded hole of the bearing support.

[0005] However, such adjustments make the individual parts more expensive to manufacture. Alternatively or additionally, parts or components must be made larger or more complex (e.g., made of multiple parts) to ensure accessibility. Particularly in designs with many parts, such as parts used as part of a housing, the risk of a leak in the housing increases.

[0006] The object of the present invention is to at least partially overcome the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, in particular by proposing a method for assembling drive train components, which does not require special features for the individual parts of the components, and which further allows a compact design of the components by minimizing the number of parts as much as possible. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The method according to the features of claim 1 is presented below. The subject matter of the dependent claims shows advantageous developments. The features recited in the claims can be combined in any technically feasible manner and may be supplemented by the details of the illustrative technical content and figures of this specification, which disclose further embodiments of the invention.

[0008] A method for assembling a drivetrain component is proposed, the component at least comprising a first part having a number of threaded holes and a second part having a corresponding number of through holes, the threaded holes and the through holes each extending along an axial direction. The method includes at least the steps of: a) preparing the first part and the second part; b) arranging at least two guide elements in the threaded holes of the first part, the guide elements passing through the through holes respectively; c) joining the first part and the second part along an axial direction, the first part and the second part being aligned with each other via the guide elements; d) inserting a first screw element into the first screw hole through the first through hole and screwing the first screw element; and e) removing the guide element from the component, inserting a second screw element into a second screw through the second through hole and screwing the second screw element to form the component.

[0009] The above classification of the method steps a) to e) (not exhaustive) is primarily for differentiation purposes and is not intended to limit the order or dependencies. The number of steps in the method may be changed, for example during assembly of the components. The method steps may overlap at least partially in time. In particular, the method steps c) to e) are preferably performed after steps a) and b). In particular, the guide element can be inserted into the threaded hole via the through hole. Alternatively, the guide element can be placed in the threaded hole and then inserted into the through hole. Steps d) and e) are in particular performed after steps a) to c). In particular, steps a) to e) are performed in the indicated order.

[0010] The first part is specifically a bearing support. The first part is specifically ring-shaped or disk-shaped. The first part is specifically a sheet metal part. In particular, the threaded holes are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction. In particular, there are at least two, preferably three, possibly more than three, threaded holes. The threaded holes can be designed as blind or through holes. The threaded holes are at least one cylindrical cavity in which a screw can be arranged.

[0011] The second part is specifically a housing part of the component. The second part is specifically a part produced by casting, i.e. a cast part. In particular, the through holes are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction. In particular, there are at least two, preferably three, possibly more than three through holes. In particular, the through holes are not provided with a screw thread, so that the guide element is movable along the axial direction in the through holes.

[0012] In particular, the number of screw holes corresponds to the number of through holes.

[0013] In particular, the threaded hole and the through hole extend parallel to each other along the axial direction.

[0014] The guide element is in particular pin-shaped, in particular cylindrical, and preferably has a thread at one end, via which it can be connected with the thread of the threaded hole, or alternatively the guide element can be threadless and insertable into the threaded hole.

[0015] Prior to step c), guide elements are placed in the threaded holes and pass through the through holes. The guide elements preferably correspond to at least one of the threaded holes and the through holes. There may be a smaller number of guide elements, but the number is at least two. In particular, the guide elements can be inserted into the threaded holes of the first part via the through holes of the second part. Alternatively, the guide elements can be inserted into the through holes of the second part from a pre-positioned state in the threaded holes of the first part.

[0016] In step c), the first part and the second part are joined together along the axial direction. The first part and the second part are previously arranged apart from each other along the axial direction, and are aligned with each other in step c) and then assembled into the drive train. During step c), i.e., when the first part and the second part are joined together, the first part and the second part are aligned with each other via the guide element. When the guide element is used to align the first part and the second part, it is also possible to simply align and fix the parts with each other. Therefore, the fixing device may assist in the alignment. The fixing device allows the parts to be positioned in a desired position, whereby the guide element extends through the through hole into the screw hole to fix the position.

[0017] In particular, the second part is displaced along the axial direction relative to the guide element and relative to the first part.

[0018] In step d), in particular, a first screw element is inserted through the first through hole into the first screw hole and screwed into a predetermined position. If necessary, in step d) (before step e)), another screw element may be inserted into another through hole and screwed into a screw hole accessible through that through hole.

[0019] Specifically, in step d), first, at least one guide element is removed from the component, and then a first screw element is inserted into the first screw hole through the first through hole. The first screw element is then screwed into the first screw hole, thereby replacing the one guide element with the first screw element.

[0020] In step e), the (another) guide element is removed from the component and the (another) second screw element is inserted into the second screw hole through the second screw hole. In step e), the (another) second screw element is screwed into the second screw hole. In step e), all screw elements are respectively placed in the through holes and screwed into the through holes. Specifically, as part of step e), all guide elements are removed from the component. After all prepared screw elements have been screwed into place, the component is (completely) formed.

[0021] In particular, the guide element ensures that the first part is aligned relative to the second part, so that the screw element used to fasten the first part in the component can be used through the second part, and the guide element ensures engagement of the screw element with the threaded hole.

[0022] In particular, the first part is supported in the axial direction by the guide element, so that forces which are necessary when the screw element is mounted, forces which occur automatically, etc. are absorbed by the guide element.

[0023] In particular, the third part is axially disposed between the first part and the second part, the third part being axially disposed (within the component) in a fixed position by the first part and the second part which are joined upon assembly of the component.

[0024] In particular, the third part is a rolling bearing, and at least in the axial direction the third part can be arranged fixedly relative to the second part by the first part.

[0025] In particular, the third part has a first diameter which is its largest diameter. In particular, the central axes of the threaded holes are all arranged on a common second diameter which is at most 30%, preferably at most 20%, larger than the first diameter. The second diameter is at most 200 mm, preferably at most 150 mm, particularly preferably at most 120 mm.

[0026] The proposed method in particular allows the screw hole of the first part to be located as close as possible to the largest (first) diameter of the third part, so that the first part is located as flat as possible on the third part.

[0027] In particular, the first part is ring-shaped. In particular, at least the first end face of the first part facing the third part is completely flat. In particular, the other end face of the first part facing in the opposite axial direction is also completely flat. This means that the first part is disk-shaped, in particular with parallel, completely flat end faces. The first part can therefore be produced simply as a flat sheet metal part without further forming.

[0028] In particular, the third part is a rolling bearing. In particular, the first part is a bearing support for fixing the rolling bearing (third part) in the component. In particular, the rolling bearing is designed as a ball groove bearing.

[0029] In particular, the use of other rolling bearings (e.g. roller bearings with inclined rolling elements or tapered roller bearings) is not possible or not desirable for certain components due to reasons such as low friction, where the third part, the rolling bearing, is in particular designed as a so-called fixed bearing in a fixed / compensating bearing arrangement.

[0030] Specifically, the rolling bearing has at least one outer ring, one inner ring, and rolling elements disposed therebetween. In particular, the bearing support contacts the rolling bearing via the outer ring and the second end face of the outer ring. The second end face of the outer ring is completely flat.

[0031] In particular, the alignment of the first part (bearing support) at least in the radial and / or circumferential direction or the alignment of the first part (bearing support) with respect to the second part is not ensured by the shape or design of the third part (particularly the rolling bearing) and the first part (particularly the bearing support). The first part (bearing support) is only ensured to be aligned in particular via guide elements (and threaded elements as described below).

[0032] The second end face of the outer ring is flat or parallel to the radial direction and can simply be integrated or attached to the component as an purchased part (no need for special adjustments such as shoulders, centering surfaces, etc.), which reduces the manufacturing costs of the rolling bearing.

[0033] The third part is in particular used as an assembly, for example as part of a differential or a (separate) gearbox. The third part is part of the assembly. The third part, for example designed as a rolling bearing, is preferably arranged in the cylindrical part of the assembly via an inner ring and fixed in position axially, for example via a retaining ring.

[0034] In particular, at least prior to step c), the first part is held by a fixing device, and according to step c), the fixing device is removed and the parts are joined together.

[0035] In particular, prior to step c), the alignment of the first part relative to at least the second part in a radial direction extending transversely to the axial direction is effected solely by the fixing device.

[0036] The fixing device can ensure alignment of the first part with respect to the second part (particularly in at least one of the radial and circumferential directions), so that the guide element can be positioned in the screw hole via the through hole.

[0037] The fastening device is designed in at least two parts, in particular the individual parts of the fastening device being movable relative to one another at least along the radial direction.

[0038] In particular, the fixation device may be configured in two or more parts so that the fixation device can be removed after the first part is aligned relative to the second part or after the guide element is placed in the screw hole.

[0039] If after or during step c) of the method of the invention the accessibility of the first part is no longer guaranteed, the fixing device must be removed.

[0040] Furthermore, a component for a drive train of a motor vehicle is proposed, which comprises at least a first part having a number of threaded holes and a second part having a corresponding number of through holes, the first part and the second part being connected to each other by threaded elements which are inserted axially through the through holes into the respective threaded holes, the component being assembled by the method of the invention.

[0041] From the design of the assembled components or individual parts, it will be known that the above-mentioned methods need to be carried out to assemble the parts.

[0042] In particular, in a radial direction extending transversely to the axial direction, the first part is aligned with at least one of the second part and the third part only via the screw element. Without the screw element, the first part having the screw hole would be movable along at least one of the radial direction and the circumferential direction with respect to at least one of the second part and the third part, and the screw element would not be easily screwed into the screw hole via the through hole.

[0043] In particular, the component further comprises a third part, the first part being a bearing support, the second part being a housing part of the component and the third part being a rolling bearing.

[0044] In particular, the component is at least an assembly of a transmission, for example a differential or another transmission. The third part, designed as a rolling bearing, is arranged on the shaft of the gearbox or on the differential housing, in particular via an inner ring of the rolling bearing.

[0045] The above-mentioned method can in particular be partially or fully automated. In particular a control unit is provided that is equipped, configured or programmed to carry out the method. The individual parts, guide elements, screw elements or fixing devices and other auxiliary devices can for example be operated, controlled and moved relative to one another by the control unit or by devices or auxiliary devices controlled thereby.

[0046] Furthermore, the method may be carried out by a processor of a computer or control unit.

[0047] Thus, a data processing system is provided which comprises a processor adapted / configured to perform the method or part of the steps of the proposed method.

[0048] For computer or processor implementation, a computer readable storage medium may be provided that includes instructions that cause the computer or processor to perform the method or at least some of the method steps.

[0049] In particular, embodiments of the methods may be transferred to at least one of a component, a control unit, and a computer-implemented method (ie, a computer or processor, a data processing system, a computer-readable storage medium), and vice versa.

[0050] In particular, in the claims and in the restatements of these claims, the indefinite articles ("ein", "eine", "einer", "eines") are intended to be understood as such, rather than as numerals, and therefore the correspondingly introduced terms or elements are intended to be understood as occurring at least once, but in particular as possibly occurring several times.

[0051] For the avoidance of doubt, ordinal numbers used herein ("first," "second," etc.) are primarily intended to distinguish between several similar objects, values, or steps; i.e., these ordinal numbers do not necessarily define any dependency or ordering of these objects, values, or steps relative to one another. If a dependency or ordering is necessary, this will either be set forth herein or will be apparent to those of skill in the art upon inspection of the actually described configuration. Where an element may occur more than once ("at least one"), a description of one of those elements may, but does not necessarily, apply equally to all or some of those elements.

[0052] The present invention and technical background will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the detailed embodiments do not intend to limit the present invention. Unless otherwise specified, it is possible to extract partial features of the technical contents described in the drawings and combine them with other components and the knowledge of this specification. It should be noted that the drawings and the ratios shown in the drawings are merely schematic. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 14] FIG. 14 is a side view, with a partial cross-section, of the component shown in FIG. 13 after step d). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0054] Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional side view of a drivetrain 2 (shown) of a motor vehicle 25 and part of a component 1 of a first embodiment. Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional side view of step c) of the method relating to parts 3, 6, 14 of the component 1 shown in Figure 1. Figures 1 and 2 are explained below.

[0055] The component 1 comprises a first part 3, which is a bearing support, and a second part 6, which is a housing part of a differential shown in FIG. 2. The first part 3 has a number of threaded holes 4, 5, and the second part 6 has a corresponding number of through holes 7, 8, 28. A third part 14 is arranged along the axial direction 9 between the first part 3 and the second part 6. The third part 14 is arranged (within the component 1) in a fixed manner in the axial direction 9 by the first part 3 and the second part 6, which are joined by the assembly of the component 1 (see FIG. 4). The third part 14 is a rolling bearing, which is arranged in a fixed manner in the axial direction 9 by the first part 3 relative to the second part 6. The rolling bearing is designed as a grooved ball bearing.

[0056] The first part 3 is ring-shaped or disk-shaped. The first part 3 is designed as a sheet metal part. The threaded holes 4, 5 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction 31 (see FIG. 3). To be precise, the number of threaded holes 4, 5 is three. The threaded holes 4, 5 are designed as through holes.

[0057] One first end face 18 of the first part 3 faces the third part 14 and is perfectly flat. The other end face of the first part 3 faces in the opposite axial direction 9 and is also perfectly flat. The first part 3 is therefore disc-shaped, both end faces of which are parallel and perfectly flat. This allows the first part 3 to be produced simply as a flat sheet metal part, without further forming.

[0058] The second part 6 is a housing part of the component 1 or of the differential. The second part 6 is a part produced by casting, i.e. a cast part. The through holes 7, 8, 28 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction 31. To be precise, the number of through holes 7, 8, 28 is three. The through holes 7, 8, 28 are not provided with a thread, so that the guide elements 10, 11, 27 can enter the through holes 7, 8, 28 and move along the axial direction 9. The number of threaded holes 4, 5 of the first part 3 corresponds to the number of through holes 7, 8, 28 of the second part 6.

[0059] The screw holes 4 , 5 and the through holes 7 , 8 , 28 extend parallel to one another along the axial direction 9 .

[0060] The guide elements 10, 11, 27 are pin-shaped and cylindrical in shape and are provided at one end with a thread via which they can be connected to the threads of the threaded holes 4, 5, respectively.

[0061] The third part 14, designed as a rolling bearing, comprises an outer ring 19, an inner ring 20 and rolling elements 21 arranged between them. The first part 3, designed as a bearing support, contacts the rolling bearing only via the outer ring 19. Furthermore, the second end face 22 of the outer ring 19, which contacts the bearing support, is completely flat (except for the chamfered part of the edge of the outer ring 19).

[0062] The second end face 22 of the outer ring 19 is flat or parallel to the radial direction 24. This reduces the manufacturing costs of the rolling bearing, since it can be integrated into the component 1 simply as an off-the-shelf part (no special adjustments of shoulders, centering surfaces, etc. are required).

[0063] At least the alignment of the first part 3 (bearing support) in at least one of the radial direction 24 and the circumferential direction 31, or the alignment of the first part 3 (bearing support) relative to the second part 6, is not ensured by the shape or design of the third part 14 and the first part 3. The alignment of the first part 3 (bearing support) is only ensured via the guide elements 10, 11, 27 (via the screw elements 12, 13 described below).

[0064] The third part 14 is provided as (part of) an assembly. The assembly is a differential. The third part 14 is part of the assembly. The third part 14, designed as a rolling bearing, is placed on the cylindrical part of the assembly or on the differential housing 30 via an inner ring 20 and is fixed in position on the latter in the axial direction 9 via a retaining ring 29 (as well as via a shoulder of the assembly).

[0065] According to step a), the first part 3 and the second part 6 (as well as the third part 14) are prepared. According to step b), the guide elements 10, 11, 27 are placed in the threaded holes 4, 5 of the first part 3 and pass through the through holes 7, 8, 28 respectively (see FIG. 2).

[0066] Before step c), the guide elements 10, 11, 27 are placed in the threaded holes 4, 5 and pass through the through holes 7, 8, 28. The guide elements 10, 11, 27 are inserted through the through holes 7, 8, 28 of the second part 6 into the threaded holes 4, 5 of the first part 3, aligning the second part 6 with the first part 3. Alternatively, the second part 6 is aligned with the first part 3 via the guide elements 10, 11, 27 previously placed in the threaded holes 4, 5.

[0067] The guide elements 10, 11, 27 ensure that the first part 3 is aligned relative to the second part 6, so that the screw elements 12, 13 for fastening the first part 3 in the component 1 can be used later via the second part 6. The guide elements 10, 11, 27 ensure that the screw elements 12, 13 are aligned with the threaded holes 4, 5 and can engage with the threads of the threaded holes 4, 5.

[0068] At least prior to step c), the first part 3 is held by a fastening device 23, which is removed according to step c) and the first part 3 and the second part 6 are joined together (Figure 2). In Figures 1, 2 and 4 a holding device 32 is shown which can be used to carry out steps a) to e) of the method of the invention.

[0069] In step c), the first part 3 (together with the third part 14) and the second part 6 are joined along the axial direction 9. As part of step c), the first part 3, the second part 6 and the third part 14 are pre-positioned at a certain distance from each other along the axial direction 9 and are placed in a predetermined location relative to each other and then assembled into the drive train 2 (corresponding to the respective positions of the parts 3, 6, 14 shown in FIG. 4). During step c), i.e. when the first part 3, the second part 6 and the third part 14 are joined, the first part 3 and the second part 6 are aligned relative to each other via the guide elements 10, 11, 27.

[0070] In step c), the second part 6 is moved along the axial direction 9 relative to the guide elements 10, 11, 27 and the first part 3 (as well as the third part 14) (see FIG. 2).

[0071] Before step c), the first part 3 is aligned relative to the second part 6 (and the third part 14) only by the fixing device 23 in a radial direction 24 extending transversely to the axial direction 9 (see FIG. 1).

[0072] The fixing device 23 can be used to ensure alignment of the first part 3 and the second part 6 in the radial direction 24 and, where appropriate, in the circumferential direction 31, and the guide elements 10, 11, 27 can be positioned in the screw holes 4, 5 via the through holes 7, 8, 28.

[0073] The fixing device 23 is designed in at least two parts, the parts of which are movable relative to one another at least along the radial direction 24 (see the position of the parts of the fixing device 23 in figures 1 and 2), i.e. the fixing device can be removed only after the first part 3 has been aligned relative to the second part 6 or after the guide elements 10, 11, 27 have been placed in the threaded holes 4, 5 so that the second part 6 can be moved into the intended installation position (see figure 4).

[0074] If after or during step c) of the method of the invention the accessibility of the first part 3 is no longer guaranteed, the fixing device 23 must be removed (see figures 1 and 2).

[0075] The third part 14 or outer ring 19 has a first diameter 15 which is its largest diameter. The central axes 16 of the threaded holes 4, 5 both lie on a common second diameter 17 which is approximately 20% larger than the first diameter 15 (see Figures 1, 2 and 14).

[0076] The proposed method allows the threaded holes 4, 5 on the first part 3 to be arranged as close as possible to the first diameter 15, which is the largest diameter of the third part 14. This allows the first part 3 to be arranged as flat as possible on the third part 14. This also allows the first part 3, the second part 6 and the third part 14, and thus the component 1, to be designed as space-saving as possible.

[0077] Figure 2 shows the component 1 during step c). Guide elements 10, 11, 27 (here only the first guide element 10 is shown) pass through the through holes 7, 8, 28 and extend to the threaded holes 4, 5. When the fixing device 23 is removed, the second part 6 can be moved along the axial direction 9 and the second part 6 and the assembly, or the first part 3 and the third part 14, can be placed in the intended installation position (see Figure 4).

[0078] 3 is a perspective view of the component 1 shown in FIG. 2 during step e), see the description of FIGS.

[0079] In step d), the first guide element 10 is first removed from the component 1, and then the first screw element 12 is inserted into the first screw hole 4 via the first through hole 7. The first screw element 12 is then screwed into the first screw hole 4. The first guide element 10 is thereby replaced by the first screw element 12.

[0080] In step e), the second guide element 11 is removed from the component 1 and then the second screw element 13 is inserted into the second screw hole 5 via the second through hole 8. In step e), the second screw element 13 is further screwed into the second screw hole 5. In step e), each of the screw elements 12, 13 is placed in the corresponding through hole 7, 8, 28 and screwed into the screw holes 4, 5 provided for screwing. In step e), all guide elements 10, 11, 27 remaining after step d) are removed from the component 1. Once all the screw elements 12, 13 have been screwed into place, the component 1 is (fully) formed.

[0081] Figure 4 shows the component 1 shown in Figure 2 in a perspective view during step e) of the component 1. Please refer to the description of Figures 1 to 3.

[0082] In Fig. 4 the third guide element 27 is still located on the component 1. The other guide elements 10, 11 have already been removed and replaced by screw elements 12, 13. The first part 3, the second part 6 and the third part 14 remain in the same position relative to each other as well during subsequent operations of the component 1.

[0083] Figure 5 is a perspective view of the first part 3 of the second embodiment of the component 1 before step b). Figure 6 is a perspective view of the first part 3 of Figure 5 together with the third part 14. Figure 7 is a side view with a partial cross-section of the first part 3 and the third part 14 shown in Figure 6. Figure 8 is a perspective view of the first part 3 and the third part 14 of Figures 6 and 7 together with the second part 6. Figures 5 to 8 are explained below. Please refer to the explanation of Figures 1 to 4.

[0084] 9 to 13 show that each of the guide elements 10, 11, 27 is made up of two parts, which together form a cylindrical pin-type guide element 10, 11, 27.

[0085] As in the first embodiment, the first part 3 is designed as a bearing support. The second part 6 is designed in the second embodiment as a gearbox cover. As in the first embodiment, the third part 14 is designed as a rolling bearing. The first part 3 and the third part 14 are as described for the first embodiment.

[0086] The first part 3 and the third part 14 are part of an assembly that forms a transmission 26 (see Figures 6 to 14).

[0087] According to step a), the first part 3 and the second part 6 (as well as the third part 14) are prepared. According to step b), the guide elements 10, 11, 27 are placed in the threaded holes 4, 5 of the first part 3 (see Figures 5 to 7).

[0088] 5 to 8 show that only the first parts of the guide elements 10 , 11 , 27 are arranged in the first part 3 .

[0089] Figure 9 is a perspective view of the component 1 of Figure 8 together with the second part of the multi-part guide elements 10, 11, 27. Figure 10 is a perspective view of the component 1 of Figure 9 during step c). Figures 9 and 10 are explained below. Please refer to the explanations of Figures 6 to 8.

[0090] In figure 9 it can be seen that the second parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27 are respectively arranged in the through holes 7, 8, 28 of the second part 6. The second part 6 then moves, separately or together with the second parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27, along the axial direction 9 towards the first part 3 and the first parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27. This causes the first and second parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27 to be connected to each other and the second part 6 can be further moved towards the first part 3 by sliding along the guide elements 10, 11, 27 and along the axial direction.

[0091] Before step c), the guide elements 10, 11, 27 are placed in the threaded holes 4, 5 and pass through the through holes 7, 8, 28 (see FIG. 10).

[0092] The guide elements 10, 11, 27 pass through the through holes 7, 8, 28 towards the threaded holes 4, 5. In use, the fixing device 23 is removed, allowing the second part 6 to be moved along the axial direction 9 so that the second part 6 and the assembly, or the first part 3 and the third part 14, can be placed in the intended installation position (see Figures 11 to 14).

[0093] Figure 11 is a perspective view of the component 1 of Figure 10 with a portion (second portion) of the multi-part guide element 10, 11, 27 removed. Figure 12 is a perspective view of the component 1 of Figure 11 from another angle. Figures 11 and 12 are described below. Please refer to the description of Figures 5 to 10.

[0094] 11 and 12 the second parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27 have been removed from the first parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27. The first parts of the guide elements 10, 11, 27 remain positioned in the threaded holes 4, 5 of the first part 3.

[0095] Figure 13 is a perspective view of the component 1 during step d) of Figure 12. Figure 14 is a side view with a partial cross-section of the component 1 of Figure 13 after step d). Figures 13 and 14 are described below. Please refer to the description of Figures 5 to 12.

[0096] In step d), first (a first part of) the first guide element 10 is removed from the component 1, and then the first screw element 12 is inserted into the first screw hole 4 via the first through hole 7. The first screw element 12 is then screwed into the first screw hole 4. Thus, the first guide element 10 is replaced with the first screw element 12.

[0097] In step e) (see FIG. 14), the second guide element 11 (or all other guide elements 10, 27) is removed from the component 1 and at least the second screw element 13 is inserted into the second screw hole 5 via the second through hole 8. In step e), the second screw element 13 is further screwed into the second screw hole 5. In step e), all screw elements 12, 13 are placed in the corresponding through holes 7, 8, 28 and screwed into the screw holes 4, 5 provided for screwing. In step e), all remaining guide elements 10, 11, 27 after step d) are removed from the component 1. When all prepared screw elements 12, 13 are screwed, the component 1 is (completely) formed.
