[0013] Hereinafter, as an embodiment of the cooking device of the present invention, a cooking device using at least a magnetron as cooking means will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the cooking device of the present invention is not limited to the cooking device configuration described in the following embodiment, but includes cooking device configurations equivalent to the technical ideas described in the following embodiment.

[0014] The embodiments described below are examples of the present invention, and the configurations, functions, operations, etc. shown in the embodiments are merely examples and do not limit the present invention. Among the components in the following embodiments, components that are not described in the independent claims that represent the highest concepts are described as optional components.

[0015] (Embodiment 1) [Configuration of the main body and cooking means] Hereinafter, a cooking device according to the present embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the cooking device according to the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the cooking device according to the present embodiment of Fig. 1 with the door open.

[0016] In this embodiment, the door 2 side of the cooking device body 1 is the front, the side opposite the door 2 of the cooking device body 1 is the rear, and the left and right sides in FIG. 1 are the left and right sides of the cooking device body 1, respectively.

[0017] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cooking appliance is configured so that the front opening of the heating chamber 4 provided inside the main body 1 can be opened and closed by a door 2. A handle 3 is provided at the upper end of the door 2, and a user grasps the handle 3 to rotate the door 2, thereby opening and closing the front opening of the heating chamber 4 up and down. When the door 2 is closed, the inside of the heating chamber 4 is substantially sealed, and the food to be cooked, which is the food to be heated and placed on the heating plate 6 and bottom wall 4a inside the heating chamber 4, is heated and cooked in a substantially sealed state. do.

[0018] As shown in Fig. 1, on the front of the cooking appliance, a setting unit 5 is provided on an upward-opening door 2, which has a dial-like knob and various setting buttons for setting various cooking conditions such as cooking temperature and cooking time. The setting unit 5 provided on the front of the cooking appliance also has a display unit that displays various cooking conditions and the heating state during cooking.

[0019] In addition, when the door 2 is closed, the door switch 7 (shown in Figure 13) is turned on, and the door switch 7 can detect that the door 2 is closed, so when the user instructs the setting unit 5 to start heating, heating will begin.

[0020] The cooking means in the cooker of this embodiment include a microwave heating unit that irradiates microwaves to heat food, in addition to the flat heater unit 8 (upper heater) in Fig. 5 and the lower heater 21 (sheathed heater) in Fig. 6. Alternatively, a steam heating unit that heats food with steam, and a hot air circulation unit that heats food by circulating hot air inside the heating chamber 4 may be used. The lower heater 21 is a sheathed heater in which a coiled nichrome wire serving as a heating element is threaded through a metal pipe, but it may also be a tubular lamp heater that emits infrared rays.

[0021] 6, a machine room is provided in the space between the recess 4b below the bottom wall 4a and the bottom plate 10. In this machine room, a control board installation panel 40 is installed below the recess 4b, and below the control board installation panel 40, an inverter board (inverter device) 32 that controls the output of the magnetron 31, and devices (upper heater, lower heater, etc.) for realizing the functions of the cooking appliance or a control board 30 for controlling the inverter board 32 are installed. Furthermore, a blower fan (cooling fan unit) 33 that generates cooling air to cool them is installed on the control board installation panel 40. Furthermore, the magnetron 31, which is an example of a heat source, is installed in the machine room to the left of the control board installation panel 40. The machine room also functions as an insulated space.

[0022] The microwave heating unit, which includes a magnetron 31, which is an example of a heating source, has an antenna (not shown) that radiates microwaves provided below the bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4, and the directional antenna radiates microwaves in a desired direction into the heating chamber 4. When a steam heating unit is provided, a water tank is provided inside the main body 1, and water from the water tank is heated to a high temperature by a boiler steam heater, and the generated steam is sprayed in a concentrated manner into the heating chamber 4. When a hot air circulation unit is provided, a rear heater provided on the rear side of the heating chamber 4 heats the air drawn in from the heating chamber 4, and the hot air is supplied into the heating chamber 4.

[0023] The cooker of this embodiment is provided with multiple cooking means such as various heaters and magnetrons, and the user can select the appropriate cooking means by selecting the desired cooking means or the cooking contents. The user places the food to be cooked in the heating chamber 4 of the cooker, closes the door 2, sets the cooking means and cooking contents in the setting unit 5, and presses the start button to start the cooking operation.

[0024] As shown in Fig. 2, the cooking device of this embodiment is configured so that a heating dish 6 on which an object to be heated is placed can be stored inside the heating chamber 4. The heating dish 6 can be placed on either the upper or lower level inside the heating chamber 4, and steps are formed on both side walls of the heating chamber 4 so that the heating dish 6 can slide and can be supported. A heating element (not shown) is embedded in the placement surface of the heating dish 6. The heating element absorbs microwaves and It generates heat and is made of ferrite or the like.

[0025] In this embodiment, an example is described in which ferrite is embedded in the heating dish 6 as the heating element, but the heating element may be any element that absorbs microwaves and generates heat, and may be configured by applying the heating element to the back surface of the heating dish 6. Furthermore, the main material of the heating dish 6 may be any material that has excellent thermal conductivity, and may be configured from metal or ceramic.

[0026] In addition, in this embodiment, the heating dish 6 is described as being supported by a step on the side wall of the heating chamber 4, but it may also be suspended from the ceiling wall, or may be provided with feet that protrude downward on the heating dish 6 and placed on the bottom wall of the heating chamber 4.

[0027] The antenna that radiates microwaves into the heating chamber 4 is disposed directly below the approximate center of the bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4. The antenna in this embodiment has directivity in the microwave radiation direction and is configured to radiate circularly polarized waves directly above the antenna. Therefore, the antenna in this embodiment is provided with a rotation mechanism 34 so that the antenna's radiation port rotates to radiate microwaves uniformly inside the heating chamber 4, and is also configured to radiate circularly polarized waves to the heating element of the heating plate 6 located directly above the antenna for dielectric heating. Therefore, the object to be heated placed on the bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4 is microwave-heated by microwaves that are supplied into the heating chamber 4 after passing through the bottom wall 4a from the antenna.

[0028] The bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4 is made of a material (e.g., ceramic) that transmits microwaves from the antenna, and the other walls of the heating chamber 4, namely the side walls, back wall 4c, and ceiling wall, are made of steel or aluminum-plated stainless steel (SUS). Each wall surface may be coated with a non-stick coating layer made of, for example, fluororesin or silicone resin. By forming such a coating layer, it is possible to prevent the adhesion of dirt such as oil and grease scattered during cooking and cooking residue, and even if dirt does adhere, it is easy to wipe off the dirt.

[0029] Furthermore, a coating layer with a self-cleaning function may be formed on each wall surface of the heating chamber 4, which decomposes and automatically cleans off grease scattered during cooking when heated during cooking. Methods for imparting a self-cleaning function to the coating layer include, for example, blending a manganese oxide-based catalyst species that promotes oxidative decomposition into the coating layer, or adding platinum, which has a significant effect on oxidative decomposition at low temperatures, or palladium, which is highly active in the medium to high temperature range. Furthermore, a method of adding cerium, which has an adsorption property, may also be used.

[0030] As described above, the object to be heated (food) placed on the heating plate 6 stored inside the heating chamber 4 is heated and cooked by the heating plate 6, which has reached a high temperature due to the heat from the heating element that is dielectrically heated by microwaves. In this embodiment, however, the configuration is such that the top surface of the object to be heated (food) placed on the heating plate 6 is heated by the flat heater unit 8 provided on the upper part of the ceiling wall of the heating chamber 4, and the configuration is such that mainly the bottom surface of the object to be heated (food) placed on the bottom wall 4a is heated by the lower heater 21 provided below the bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4.

[0031] [Exhaust system and exhaust route configuration] FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view showing the appearance of the cooking device of this embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view showing the cooking device of this embodiment with an exhaust guide removed.

[0032] In FIG. 3, a back panel 22 is formed on the back of the main body 1 so as to protrude rearward, and constitutes the majority of the back of the main body 1. An exhaust duct 23 made of resin is installed on the top of the back panel 22, and air from the heating chamber 4 and the blower fan are exhausted from an exhaust port 23a on the top surface of the exhaust duct 23. The fan 33 is configured to exhaust the air that has cooled the magnetron 31, the inverter board 32, and the control board 30.

[0033] Furthermore, a rear protrusion 24 is formed at the bottom of the back panel 22 by protruding the back panel 22 further rearward, and a rear protrusion exhaust port 24a is provided at the top of the rear protrusion 24, so that air that has cooled the magnetron 31, inverter board 32, and control board 30 is exhausted by a blower fan 33. Even if the rear of the cooking appliance is tightly attached to a wall of a house or the like, a gap is created between the back panel 22 and the wall of the house by the rear protrusion 24, so that the air exhausted from the rear protrusion exhaust port 24a can be exhausted directly upward.

[0034] In Figure 4, at the rear of the heating chamber 4, at the position above the back panel 22 where the exhaust duct 23 has been removed, a plurality of first exhaust holes 25 through which air passes from the heating chamber 4 are provided at an angle. In this embodiment, five first exhaust holes 25 are provided on the left side and five on the right side, but the number of first exhaust holes 25 provided on each side may be approximately 2 to 8.

[0035] Two oblong second exhaust holes 26 are provided at an angle, one on each side (outside) of the first exhaust hole 25. The number of second exhaust holes 26 may be about 2 to 8 circular holes on each side, similar to the first exhaust holes 25, or multiple elliptical holes on each side.

[0036] Air from the heating chamber 4 is discharged into the exhaust duct 23 through the first exhaust hole 25, and air that has been cooled by the blower fan 33 to cool the magnetron 31, inverter board 32, and control board 30 is discharged into the exhaust duct 23 through the second exhaust hole 26.

[0037] The first exhaust hole 25 and the second exhaust hole 26 are usually covered by the exhaust duct 23, which is attached with screws or the like.

[0038] Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing the state in which the outer cover is removed from the main body 1 of the cooking device of this embodiment. As shown in Fig. 5, a flat heater unit 8 is provided on the ceiling side of the main body 1 of the cooking device, i.e., in the part including the ceiling wall of the heating chamber 4. As shown in Fig. 5, the upper part of the heating chamber 4 in the cooking device is configured with the flat heater unit 8.

[0039] An internal temperature detection unit 9, such as a thermistor, is provided near the right rear corner of the heating chamber 4 as internal temperature detection means for detecting the internal temperature inside the heating chamber 4. Internal temperature information detected by the internal temperature detection unit 9 is transmitted to the control unit of the control board 30 and used to control various heating cooking operations. Although the thermistor is provided near the right rear corner of the heating chamber 4, it may be provided anywhere inside the heating chamber 4 where the internal temperature can be detected, such as the left rear corner, the right front corner, or the left front corner.

[0040] 5, infrared sensor 28 that detects the temperature of the object to be heated inside the heating chamber 4 is installed on the outer side wall of heating chamber 4, and ventilation duct 27 is installed to send air to the main body of infrared sensor 28. Infrared sensor 28 is installed so as to face the inside of heating chamber 4 through a hole opened in the side wall of heating chamber 4, in order to detect the temperature inside heating chamber 4 with its lens surface. This ventilation duct 27 is formed so that air flows from the bottom of the outer side wall of heating chamber 4 to infrared sensor 28, and air that has cooled magnetron 31, inverter board 32, and control board 30 by blower fan 33 passes through ventilation duct 27 (solid line arrow in FIG. 5) and is sent to infrared sensor 28 (solid line arrow in FIG. 5).

[0041] Furthermore, air that has entered the heating chamber 4 through a hole in the side wall of the heating chamber 4 that the lens of the infrared sensor 28 faces is sent to the rear side and exhausted from the first exhaust hole 25 .

[0042] 6 is a partial vertical cross-sectional view of the cooking appliance of this embodiment as seen from behind. The arrangement of the control board 30, magnetron 31, inverter board 32, and blower fan 33 has already been described above, and the control unit of the control board 30 drives the blower fan 33 to rotate, thereby cooling the magnetron 31 located in front of the blower fan 33. In addition, the inverter board 32 and control board 30 located to the right of the blower fan 33 are cooled by driving the blower fan 33 to rotate.

[0043] 7 is a partial vertical cross-sectional view of the right side of the cooking appliance of this embodiment. After cooling the magnetron 31, inverter board 32, and control board 30 by the blower fan 33, the air flows from the machine compartment as indicated by arrow Q, passes through the gap between the back panel 22 and the rear wall 4c of the heating chamber 4, and is discharged into the exhaust duct 23 from the second exhaust hole 26. Furthermore, the air from the heating chamber 4 flows as indicated by arrow P and is discharged into the exhaust duct 23 from the first exhaust hole 25. The air discharged into the exhaust duct 23 is finally exhausted to the outside of the appliance from the exhaust port 23a.

[0044] [Control board installation panel and its peripheral components] 8 is an exploded perspective view of the bottom of the cooking device of this embodiment as seen from below. The above-mentioned machine chamber is formed in the space between the bottom plate 10 of the main body 1 and the lower wall 38 (the lower wall 38 forms the bottom wall of the recess 4b located below the bottom wall 4a).

[0045] A magnetron 31 is attached near the front left of the bottom wall 38, and a waveguide 37 that transmits microwaves generated from the magnetron 31 is attached near the center of the bottom wall 38. Furthermore, a rotation mechanism 34 including a motor for rotating an antenna that radiates microwaves into the heating chamber 4 is attached to the bottom of the waveguide 37.

[0046] Furthermore, a control board installation panel 40 is attached to the bottom wall 38. A control board 30, on which electronic components are mounted, is attached to the lower right side of the back surface of the control board installation panel 40. Furthermore, an inverter board 32, on which electronic components are mounted, is attached to the lower center of the back surface of the control board installation panel 40. An inverter board cover 36 is attached to cover the bottom of the inverter board 32.

[0047] Furthermore, a blower fan (cooling fan unit) 33 is rotatably attached to the bottom wall 38 via a blower fan placement opening 40c in the control board installation panel 40 at a position behind the magnetron 31. Furthermore, a blower fan duct 35 that guides part of the air blown by the blower fan 33 is attached to the control board installation panel 40 below the blower fan placement opening 40c.

[0048] The various components may be attached by screws or by claw fitting.

[0049] 9 is an exploded perspective view of the control board mounting panel and components attached to the control board mounting panel in the cooking device of the present embodiment, as viewed from below. FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG.

[0050] The control board installation panel 40 is provided with an air intake 40a through which the blower fan 33 draws air into the machine room, and is integrally provided with an air supply path 40b formed of a guide plate for blowing air from the blower fan 33 to the inverter board 32 and the control board 30. By driving the fan, air inside the machine room (the machine room is connected to the outside of the machine so that outside air can enter from outside the machine) is blown to the inverter board 32 and the control board 30, cooling the inverter board 32 and the control board 30. The air that has cooled the inverter board 32 and the control board 30 flows as described above in connection with FIGS. 5 and 7.

[0051] Fig. 10 is a top perspective view of the control board installation panel in the cooking appliance of this embodiment. In Fig. 10, no boards or the like are attached to the upper surface of the control board installation panel 40. Boards such as the inverter board 32 and the control board 30 are attached to the rear surface (lower surface) of the control board installation panel 40.

[0052] On the upper surface of the control board mounting panel 40, a rear flow path 40d is formed on the rear side and a side flow path 40e is formed on the right side, integrally with the control board mounting panel 40. The rear flow path 40d is located below the rear corner (see R in FIG. 7) where the rear wall 4c and bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4 join, so that if water (condensation water) generated inside the heating chamber 4 due to heating leaks out from the rear corner, the rear flow path 40d can receive the water. Furthermore, the water that flows into the rear flow path 40d is configured to flow into the side flow path 40e, which is connected to the rear flow path 40d.

[0053] Therefore, the water flow path is provided on the upper surface side of the control board mounting panel 40, and the boards etc. are provided on the back side of the control board mounting panel 40, so that the boards are not affected by water.

[0054] The rear flow passage 40d may be inclined downward from left to right in front view, and the side flow passage 40e may be inclined downward from rear to front in side view.

[0055] On the right side of the control board installation panel 40, a wire holding section 40f is formed integrally with the control board installation panel 40, which uses two flexible holders to hold wires such as harnesses that are connected to connectors that connect to the board.

[0056] 11 is a partial rear cross-sectional view of the cooking device of this embodiment, with a portion cut away and viewed from the rear. The rear flow path 40d is located below the rear corner (see R in FIG. 7) where the rear wall 4c and bottom wall 4a of the heating chamber 4 join, between the bottom plate 10 and the heating chamber 4. When water (condensed water) generated in the heating chamber 4 by heating leaks from the rear corner, the rear flow path 40d can receive the water, and the water flows from the rear flow path 40d to the side flow path 40e.

[0057] 12 is a partially cutaway side perspective view of the cooking device of this embodiment. Water that flows from rear flow path 40d to side flow path 40e further drops from side flow path 40e into water receiving tray 29, which is detachably provided at the front lower part of main body 1, and can ultimately be collected in water receiving tray 29. Water receiving tray 29 is detachable by the user, so that the user can remove water receiving tray 29 to perform maintenance such as discarding water.

[0058] 13 is a top perspective view showing the position of the wires in the cooking appliance of this embodiment. The wires extending from the connector of the control board 30 arranged on the back surface of the control board installation panel 40 are held by the wire holding portion 40f and are lifted upward as shown by the arrow, and the wires branch out to the left and right so that they can be connected to the door switch 7 and the inside temperature detection portion 9. Because the wires can be held together by the wire holding portion 40f, the wires can be held in a relatively bundled state without becoming scattered.

[0059] [Heating control] In the cooking device of this embodiment, a microwave heating unit is provided as another cooking means in addition to the planar heater unit 8 configured as described above. The microwave heating unit includes a magnetron that generates microwaves and radiates the microwaves generated by the magnetron from an antenna via a waveguide. The antenna that radiates microwaves to the heating chamber 4 is disposed below the bottom wall of the heating chamber 4 and is configured to radiate microwaves such as circularly polarized waves from below toward the heating chamber 4. The antenna is configured to radiate directional microwaves, and can be rotated to uniformly heat the interior of the heating chamber 4.

[0060] Other cooking means in the cooker of this embodiment may include a steam heating unit that intensively injects steam into the heating chamber to cook food, and a hot air circulation unit that circulates hot air inside the heating chamber 4 to cook food. The steam heating unit has a water tank inside the main body 1, and is configured to intensively inject steam generated by heating water from the water tank to a high temperature with a boiler steam heater into the heating chamber 4. The hot air circulation unit is configured to heat air sucked from the heating chamber 4 with a rear heater provided on the rear side of the heating chamber 4, and supply hot air into the heating chamber 4.

[0061] As described above, the heating and cooking means in the heating cooker of this embodiment include a flat heater unit 8, a microwave heating unit, a steam heating unit, and a hot air circulation unit, and each heating and cooking means is selected according to the cooking contents, and in some cases, multiple heating and cooking times are driven and controlled simultaneously or in combination.

[0062] The detection ends of the heater temperature detection units (not shown) are respectively arranged in the heating areas (heating spaces) directly heated by the upper heater and the lower heater 21. The heater temperature detection units detect the temperatures of the spaces directly heated by the upper heater and / or the lower heater 21, and transmit the detected temperatures as heater temperature information to the control unit on the control board (see FIG. 14). The control unit controls the heat source and drive source for the heating cooking operation according to the cooking contents set by the user, based on the heater temperature information as well as internal temperature information from the internal temperature detection unit 9, which detects the internal temperature of the heating chamber 4.

[0063] In this embodiment, the heater temperature detection unit is configured to detect the temperature of the heating area (heating space) that is directly heated by the upper heater and lower heater 21, so the control unit can control the temperature in the heating cooking operation by the upper heater and lower heater 21 based on highly accurate heater temperature information from the heater temperature detection unit. In this embodiment, a speed heating operation is performed in which the temperature of the heating chamber 4 is rapidly increased by the upper heater, which has a large heater output, so the heater temperature information is effective in this speed heating operation.

[0064] [Cooking operation] 14 is an example of a circuit diagram for controlling the cooking means in the cooker of this embodiment. The heat sources in the cooking means in the cooker of this embodiment include an upper heater in the flat heater unit 8 and a lower heater 21 installed in the lower part of the heating chamber 4, and a magnetron in the microwave heating unit.

[0065] As shown in the circuit diagram of Figure 14, the upper heater and the lower heater 21 are connected to switching elements so that they can be controlled to be on or off. They are also connected to an inverter board (inverter circuit) as a driving power source for a magnetron, which is a microwave generating means in the microwave heating unit. In this embodiment, the driving control of the upper heater is performed using switching elements. A triac may be used, and the current input to the upper heater may be steplessly variable and controlled to a desired value.

[0066] The lower heater 21 also uses a relay as a switching element that simply switches on and off. Note that, although the lower heater 21 in this embodiment is described as using a relay as a switching element that simply switches on and off, it may also be configured to be able to steplessly variably control the input power by using a triac as a switching element, as with the upper heater.

[0067] A cooking device has a predetermined rated power, and power above that rated power cannot be used. The cooking device of this embodiment is configured to be capable of cooking using multiple cooking means, and the control unit controls the power consumption of activated heat sources, etc. so that they always remain within the rated power.

[0068] In this embodiment, the maximum heater output of the upper heater is, for example, 900 W, and the maximum heater output of the lower heater 21 is, for example, 700 W. Therefore, the total maximum heater output of the upper heater and the lower heater 21 exceeds the rated power (1500 W = 15 A (rated current) × 100 V) in a typical home. In the cooking appliance of this embodiment, if the upper heater is configured to be driven and controlled by a triac as a switching element, the upper heater can be driven at a heater output that can be steplessly varied within a range of 300 to 900 W by a control signal input to the triac.

[0069] Hereinafter, a specific cooking operation using the cooking means in the cooking device of the present embodiment will be described with reference to examples.

[0070] When using only the flat heater unit 8 to heat and cook the heating chamber 4 with almost the entire ceiling wall as a heating element, for example, the upper heater can be controlled to operate at a heater output of 700 W and the lower heater 21 can be turned on to provide a heater output of 700 W, thereby heating the heating chamber 4 with a total heater output of 1400 W.

[0071] When using the flat heater unit 8 and the microwave heating unit to heat and cook the heating chamber 4 with microwaves from the ceiling wall and the underside of the bottom wall, for example, the upper heater is set to a maximum heater output of 900 W and the lower heater 21 is set to the off state (0 W), and the heating chamber 4 is heated from above with a total heater output of 900 W. On the other hand, in a microwave heating unit used as another heating and cooking means, the magnetron or the like can use power consumption of, for example, 450 W to heat the heating plate 6 stored in the heating chamber 4, and food placed on the heating plate 6 can be cooked.

[0072] As another example, food placed on the heating tray 6 can be cooked with the lower heater 21 off (0 W), the upper heater at a heater output of 430 W, and 550 W consumed by the magnetron and other components of the microwave heating unit. As described above, even when cooking using the flat heater unit 8 and the microwave heating unit, the desired cooking operation can be performed with power consumption equal to or less than the rated power for a typical household (1500 W = 15 A (rated current) × 100 V).

[0073] On the other hand, in the configuration of this embodiment, microwaves (circularly polarized waves) can be radiated intensively from the antenna of the microwave heating unit from below the heating chamber 4 toward the center of the heating chamber 4. Inside the heating chamber 4, a heating plate 6 is stored on which food to be heated is placed, and a heating element that absorbs microwaves and generates heat is embedded in the placing surface of this heating plate 6.

[0074] As a result, the food on the placing surface of the heating plate 6 is heated from below by the heating plate 6 heated by the heating element in the microwave heating unit, and the ceiling wall is heated by the flat heater unit 8, and this heat radiation is received from above and heated intensively. In other words, the heating cooker of this embodiment is configured to be able to rapidly heat the food on the heating plate 6 stored in the heating chamber 4 to high temperatures from above and below.

[0075] As described above, the cooking device of this embodiment has a configuration that allows cooking to be performed efficiently using a heater as cooking means within the rated power. The cooking device of this embodiment has a configuration that allows the interior of the heating chamber to be rapidly heated to a desired high heat level to perform cooking quickly using multiple power appliances whose total power consumption exceeds the rated power.

[0076] The cooking device of this embodiment is also configured to be able to quickly increase the temperature inside the cooking chamber and at the same time maintain the temperature inside the cooking chamber (the temperature of the upper plate of the cooking chamber) at a constant temperature. The cooking device of this embodiment is configured to be able to accurately set the temperature inside the cooking chamber (the temperature of the upper plate of the cooking chamber) to a set temperature and shorten the time it takes for the temperature inside the cooking chamber to reach the set temperature, thereby achieving a reduction in cooking time. [Industrial Applicability]

[0077] As described above, the cooking device of the present disclosure can reduce the number of parts and assembly labor required when assembling the cooking device, making the present disclosure useful for microwave ovens, toasters, and the like that are capable of oven heating, grill heating, and steam heating.
