[0027] The following describes a conveying device 100 for wind blade scanning, a wind blade scanning system, and a wind blade scanning method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 .
[0028] The conveying equipment for fan blade scanning in the embodiment of the present disclosure has the advantage of facilitating that fan blades of different specifications can smoothly pass through the scanning area of the scanning equipment. At the same time, it has the advantages of simple structure, flexible and convenient use, low cost and low maintenance cost. In addition, it can flexibly adapt to the conveying speed requirements of different scanning modes (such as DR scanning and CT scanning).
[0029] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , a conveying device 100 for wind turbine blade scanning according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an active transmission device 1 and a driven transmission device 2 .
[0030] Specifically, referring to Figures 1-4 , the active transmission device 1 may include a main drive member and a main body member 11. The main body member 11 is connected to the main drive member so that the main drive member drives the main body member 11 to move. The main body member 11 has a first mounting portion suitable for fixing the first end of the fan blade 200. The driven transmission device 2 has a second mounting portion and a second end suitable for fixing the fan blade 200. When the active transmission device 1 moves, it drives the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to move, so that the fan blade 200 passes through the scanning area of the scanning device. For example, the first end can be the root of the fan blade 200, and the second end can be the tail of the fan blade 200. The first mounting portion can be a blade root support frame (not shown) for the fan blade.
[0031] As shown in FIG1 , the main body member 11 includes a carrier member 111 and a micro-motion member 112. The carrier member 111 is connected to the main drive member so that the main drive member drives the carrier member 111 to move at a first set speed. The micro-motion member 112 is movably mounted on the carrier member 111. The first end of the fan blade 200 is adapted to be fixedly mounted on the micro-motion member 112. When the carrier member 111 stops moving, the micro-motion member 112 drives the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to micro-move at a second set speed. Here, the first set speed can be a conveying speed suitable for performing an effective DR scan on the fan blade, and the second set speed can be a conveying speed suitable for performing an effective CT scan on the fan blade. Typically, the first set speed is greater than the second set speed.
[0032] It should be noted that to improve inspection quality and efficiency, DR scanning and CT scanning are typically performed on the fan blade 200. Referring to FIG3 , during a DR scan, the fan blade 200 is required to rapidly pass through the scanning area of the DR scanning device at a first set speed. At this time, the micro-motion component 112 is stationary relative to the carrier component 111, and the main drive component drives the carrier component 111 to move at the first set speed. The carrier component 111 drives the micro-motion component 112 and the fan blade 200 to move at the first set speed. As a result, the fan blade 200 can rapidly pass through the scanning area of the DR scanning device at the first set speed. If the DR scan result shows no abnormalities, the fan blade 200 has passed the inspection.
[0033] When the DR scan result indicates an abnormality, a CT scan is required for the abnormal portion of the fan blade 200. Referring to FIG4 , during the CT scan, the fan blade 200 is required to slowly pass through the scanning area of the CT scanner at a second set speed, i.e., a micro-motion speed. In this case, the main drive member drives the carrier member 111 to transport the abnormal portion of the fan blade indicated as abnormal to the scanning area of the CT scanner, stopping at a set distance before the scanning area of the CT scanner. For example, when a sensor (not shown) detects that the distance between the scanning area of the CT scanner and the abnormal portion of the fan blade indicated as abnormal is a set distance, the main drive member correspondingly stops driving the carrier member 111. Subsequently, the micro-motion member 112 moves relative to the carrier member 111, driving the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to move at the second set speed, thereby allowing the fan blade 200 to slowly pass through the scanning area of the CT scanner at the second set speed, i.e., a micro-motion speed.
[0034] In some examples, for example, the main driving member may be a motor, and the power source of the fine-motion component 112 may be a motor. When the carrier component 111 moves at a first set speed and the fine-motion component 112 is stationary relative to the carrier component 111, the main driving member is energized and the power source of the fine-motion component 112 is de-energized. When the carrier component 111 is stationary and the fine-motion component 112 moves at a second set speed relative to the carrier component 111, the main driving member is de-energized and the power source of the fine-motion component 112 is energized.
[0035] Therefore, the transport device 100 can flexibly adapt to the transport speed requirements of different scanning modes (such as DR scanning and CT scanning) through the carrier component 111 and the fine-motion component 112 .
[0036] It's understandable that wind turbine blades require scanning equipment before shipment or during maintenance to inspect them and identify surface and internal volumetric defects such as pores, inclusions, and cracks, thereby reducing the risk of blade failure. However, due to the large size of wind turbine blades and the varying sizes of blades, ensuring that all blades of varying sizes pass smoothly through the scanning area of the scanner presents an urgent challenge.
[0037] According to the conveying device 100 for scanning fan blades according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fan blade 200 can be conveyed through the scanning area of the scanning device at different first set speeds or second set speeds through the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2, so that the fan blade 200 can be inspected by the scanning device. When the conveying device of the present disclosure conveys the fan blade for scanning, the active transmission device 1 can drive the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to move, so that only the active transmission device 1 requires energy to drive, while the driven transmission device 2 does not need energy to drive, thereby saving energy; in addition, the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 are separately arranged, and when conveying the fan blade 200, they are connected through the fan blade 200, so that the movement of the active transmission device 1 drives the movement of the driven transmission device 2. If the active transmission device and the driven transmission device are not separately arranged, but are transported in an integrated manner, only fan blades of fixed specifications can be transported. The active transmission device and the driven transmission device that are not separately arranged are not universal. The active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 that are separately set up in the present invention can be based on the specifications of the fan blades 200, so that fan blades 200 of different specifications can be connected between the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2, so that fan blades 200 of different specifications can all pass through the scanning area of the scanning device smoothly. In addition, by setting the carrier component 111 and the micro-motion component 112, the conveying device 100 can flexibly adapt to the conveying speed requirements of different scanning modes (such as DR scanning and CT scanning). If the carrier component and the micro-motion component are not combined, the fan blades can only be transported at the same speed, and the fan blades cannot be adapted to different scanning models. At the same time, the conveying device 100 disclosed in the present invention has a simple structure, is flexible and convenient to use, has low cost and low maintenance cost.
[0038] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the micro-motion component 112 may include a driving part, a lead screw and a first mounting part. The driving part serves as a power source for the micro-motion component 112 and is provided on the carrier part 111; the lead screw is connected to the driving part, and the driving part drives the lead screw to rotate; the first mounting part is movably provided on the lead screw, and when the lead screw rotates, the first mounting part can move relative to the lead screw. The first end of the fan blade 200 is suitable for being fixedly mounted on the first mounting part, and when the lead screw rotates, the first mounting part drives the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to micro-move at a second set speed. Thus, the driving part, the lead screw and the first mounting part can facilitate the micro-motion component 112 to drive the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to micro-move at a second set speed. In some embodiments, the first mounting part is used in conjunction with the lead screw via a nut.
[0039] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the driving part may be a servo motor. It can be understood that the servo motor can facilitate the micro-movement of the driving screw.
[0040] According to other embodiments of the present disclosure, the micro-motion component 112 may include a linear guide rail or a gear rack or other device that can drive the fan blade 200 to micro-move.
[0041] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG1 , the carrier component 111 may include a first wheel assembly 1111 and a carrier portion 1112. The first wheel assembly 1111 is connected to a main driving member, so that the main driving member drives the first wheel assembly 1111 to move; the carrier portion 1112 is connected to the first wheel assembly 1111, and the micro-motion component 112 is movably disposed on the carrier portion 1112. Thus, the movement of the carrier component 111 can be facilitated by the first wheel assembly 1111 and the carrier portion 1112.
[0042] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the main driving component may be a reduction motor, wherein the reduction motor can facilitate driving the carrier component 111 to drive the micro-motion component 112 and the fan blade 200 to move rapidly at a first set speed.
[0043] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG2 , the driven transmission device 2 includes a support member 21 and a clamping member 22 (an example of a second mounting portion). The support member 21 includes a support component 211 and a second wheel assembly 212 , wherein the support component 211 is connected to the second wheel assembly 212 ; the clamping member 22 is provided on the support component 211 and is used to clamp the second end of the wind turbine blade 200 . The second wheel assembly 212 facilitates the driven transmission device 2 to follow the active transmission device 1 , and the support component 211 facilitates the installation of the clamping member 22 , which facilitates the fixed installation of the wind turbine blade 200 on the driven transmission device 2 .
[0044] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG2 , the clamping member 22 may include a base 221 and a clamping jaw 222 . The base 221 is mounted on the support member 211 ; the clamping jaw 222 is connected to the base 221 and is used to clamp the second end of the wind turbine blade 200 . Thus, the base 221 and the clamping jaw 222 facilitate the placement of the clamping member 22 on the support member 211 and facilitate the clamping of the wind turbine blade 200 .
[0045] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the conveying device 100 for wind turbine blade scanning may further include a track, which is laid in the scanning area, and the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 are rollably mounted on the track. For example, the first wheel group 1111 and the second wheel group 212 can both be rollably mounted on the track. This can reduce the frictional force caused by the movement of the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2, facilitating the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 to smoothly carry the wind turbine blade 200 through the scanning area.
[0046] The wind blade scanning system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a conveying device 100 for wind blade scanning and a scanning device. The conveying device 100 for wind blade scanning is the conveying device 100 for wind blade scanning described above; the scanning device is used to scan the wind blade 200 conveyed by the conveying device 100.
[0047] According to the fan blade scanning system of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fan blade 200 can be transported through the scanning area of the scanning device at different first set speeds or second set speeds through the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2, so that the fan blade 200 can be inspected by the scanning device. The active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 that are separately set up in the present disclosure can be based on the specifications of the fan blades 200, so that fan blades 200 of different specifications can be connected between the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2, so that fan blades 200 of different specifications can all pass through the scanning area of the scanning device smoothly. In addition, by setting the carrier component 111 and the micro-motion component 112, the conveying device 100 can flexibly adapt to the requirements of different scanning modes (such as DR scanning and CT scanning) for conveying speed. If the carrier component and the micro-motion component are not combined, the fan blades can only be transported at the same speed, and the fan blades cannot be adapted to different scanning models. At the same time, the conveying device 100 disclosed in the present disclosure has a simple structure, is flexible and convenient to use, has low cost and low maintenance cost.
[0048] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the scanning equipment may include: a DR scanning device and a CT scanning device. The DR scanning device is used to perform an overall scan of the wind blade to obtain a scan result, wherein the scan result indicates an abnormality or no abnormality; and the CT scanning device is used to perform a local scan of the abnormal portion of the wind blade where the scan result indicates an abnormality. This can improve the inspection quality and efficiency of the wind blade 200.
[0049] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a DR scanning device and a CT scanning device can be an integrated device, wherein the integrated device has a scanning channel having an inlet and an outlet. The active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 transport the fan blade 200 from the inlet into the scanning channel for DR scanning. Here, the movement direction of the active transmission device 1 from the inlet into the scanning channel is defined as the positive direction. At this time, the CT scanning function is not activated. When the DR scanning result is normal, the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 transport the fan blade 200 from the outlet to leave the scanning channel. When the DR scanning result is abnormal, the active transmission device 1 switches to reverse movement and transports the fan blade 200 from the inlet to exit the scanning channel with the driven transmission device 2. After exiting the scanning channel, the active transmission device 1 switches to forward movement and transports the fan blade 200 from the inlet to re-enter the scanning channel with the driven transmission device 2 for CT scanning. At this time, the main driving member drives the carrier component 111 to transport the abnormal part of the fan blade 200 with the abnormal scanning result to the set distance before the scanning area of the CT scanning device and stops. Subsequently, the micro-motion component 112 moves relative to the carrier component 111, and the micro-motion component 112 drives the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to move at a second set speed, so that the fan blade 200 can slowly pass through the scanning area of the CT scanning device at the second set speed, that is, the micro-motion speed.
[0050] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the active transmission device 1 switches to reverse motion, the active transmission device 1 and the driven transmission device 2 convey the fan blade 200 to a set distance before the CT scanning area and stop, without exiting the scanning channel. Subsequently, the micro-motion component 112 drives the fan blade 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to move through the CT scanning area at a second set speed. After the CT scan is completed, the active transmission device 1 switches to forward motion and, together with the driven transmission device 2, conveys the fan blade 200 to continue the DR scan.
[0051] Here, a first reference point can be set within the scanning area of the CT scanning device, the abnormal part can be a local range, and a second reference point can be set within the local range. The set distance can be understood as the distance from the first reference point to the second reference point.
[0052] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the scanning device can be a separate spiral CT device. During a DR scan, the accelerator and detector, which are relatively mounted on a circular arm, do not rotate and remain stationary in the scanning channel. During a CT scan, the circular arm rotates, driving the accelerator and detector to rotate, thereby performing a spiral CT scan of abnormal areas of the wind turbine blade 200.
[0053] As shown in FIG5 , the wind blade scanning method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is used in the wind blade scanning system as described above, and the scanning method includes operations S210 to S270 .
[0054] In operation S210 , the fine motion component is fixed to the carrier component, and the main driving component drives the carrier component to move at a first set speed.
[0055] In operation S220 , the carrier component drives the fine-motion component and the fan blade to move at a first set speed, so that the fan blade passes through a scanning area of the DR scanning device at the first set speed.
[0056] In operation S230 , the DR scanning device performs an overall scan on the wind turbine blade to obtain a DR scanning result, wherein the DR scanning result indicates whether there is an abnormality or no abnormality.
[0057] In operation S240 , when the DR scan result shows no abnormality, the wind turbine blade inspection is qualified;
[0058] In operation S250 , when the DR scanning result indicates an abnormality, the main driving member drives the carrier member to transport the abnormal portion of the fan blade indicated by the scanning result to a set distance before the scanning area of the CT scanning device and stops.
[0059] In operation S260, the micro-movement component moves relative to the carrier component at a second set speed, and the micro-movement component drives the fan blades and the driven transmission device to pass through the scanning area of the CT scanning device at the second set speed. The first set speed is usually greater than the second set speed.
[0060] In operation S270 , the CT scanning device performs a local scan on the abnormal portion of the wind turbine blade to obtain detailed information on the abnormality.
[0061] According to the fan blade scanning method of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fan blade scanning system can facilitate the inspection of the fan blade 200. The carrier component 111 and the micro-motion component 112 can facilitate the transmission of the fan blade 200 through the scanning area of the DR scanning device and the CT scanning device, so that the fan blade 200 can be inspected by the DR scanning device and the CT scanning device. The method of the present disclosure can flexibly adapt to the requirements of different scanning modes (DR scanning mode and CT scanning mode) for conveying speed. The combination of the DR scanning mode and the CT scanning mode can improve the inspection quality and inspection efficiency of the fan blade 200.
[0062] In some embodiments, after the scanning is completed, the active transmission device 1 is driven by the reduction motor to drive the first wheel set 1111 to drive the fan blades 200 and the driven transmission device 2 to retreat on the track at a set speed and return to the initial point.
