AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
The prior art cannot effectively monitor pulse signals with a duty cycle of not 50%, and clock loss and frequency changes cannot be detected in clock monitoring.
Method used
A pulse signal monitoring circuit is designed, including a pulse period monitoring module and a pulse duty cycle monitoring module. The period and duty cycle of the pulse signal to be measured are monitored by reference clock signals, and the changes in adjacent periods and duty cycles are detected.
Benefits of technology
Real-time monitoring of pulse signals with any duty cycle is realized, and abnormal signal cycles and duty cycles are discovered in a timely manner to ensure the stable operation of the chip system.

Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pulse signal monitoring circuit, a chip, and an electronic device. The circuit comprises a pulse monitoring module. The pulse monitoring module comprises: a pulse period monitoring module used for monitoring, on the basis of a reference clock signal, the period of a pulse signal to be tested and the period change between two adjacent periods; and a pulse duty ratio monitoring module used for monitoring, on the basis of the reference clock signal, the duty ratio of said pulse signal and the duty ratio change between two adjacent periods.
