Description

Tools and methods for peeling film from formwork peeling film

[0001] The present invention relates to a tool that can easily peel off films one by one from the top layer of a formwork peeling film formed by laminating films to form a film set, and a peeling method using such a tool.

[0002] Formwork used on construction sites has been proposed to be coated with a coating to protect its surface. However, this approach raises the unit cost of the formwork due to the spraying of the coating, and damage to the coating layer can degrade the formwork's performance.

[0003] To solve the above problem, it has been proposed to attach a protective film to the surface of the formwork. However, since this protective film is formed as a single layer, its usable period is short and it must be replaced frequently, which causes inconvenience in the repeated reuse of the formwork.

[0004] To address the aforementioned issues, a formwork release film has been proposed. This film is formed by stacking films into a film set, which is then attached to the formwork. As the top layer of film becomes damaged during use, the damaged film is removed one by one, allowing for continued use.

[0005] When a damaged film is to be removed from a formwork release film formed by laminating films and forming a film set while attached to a formwork, a method of manually grasping and removing only one sheet of the film to be removed is used. However, since the laminated films are bonded with a relatively strong adhesive, there is no gap between the laminated films, making it difficult to remove them one by one. Therefore, the present invention proposes a tool and method that enable easy removal of a damaged film while the formwork release film is attached to a formwork.

[0006] The present invention proposes a peeling tool having a friction projection formed on a friction end formed at an end, and proposes a method of pushing and lifting a film laminated on the top layer of a film set attached to a formwork using such a peeling tool and then peeling it off, thereby achieving the above-mentioned purpose.

[0007] According to the present invention, a damaged film can be easily removed from a formwork release film attached to a formwork. As a result, it is possible to assist in attaching the formwork release film to the formwork for convenient use.

[0008] Figure 1 is an example of a formwork release film.

[0009] Figure 2 is an example of a state in which a peeling film is attached to a formwork.

[0010] Figure 3 is an exemplary diagram showing an example of a peeling tool used in the present invention.

[0011] Figures 4 and 5 are other examples of the friction unit according to the present invention.

[0012] Figures 6 to 10 are exemplary views showing a process of peeling a film using a peeling tool according to the present invention.

[0013] The present invention proposes a peeling tool having a friction projection formed on a friction end formed at an end, and a method of pushing and lifting a film laminated on the top layer of a film set attached to a formwork using such a peeling tool and then peeling it off.

[0014] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, FIGS. 1 to 10.

[0015] Fig. 1 is an example drawing of a formwork peeling film, Fig. 2 is an example drawing of a state in which a peeling film is attached to a formwork, and Fig. 3 is an example drawing showing an example of a peeling tool used in the present invention.

[0016] As illustrated, the formwork release film according to the present invention comprises a film set (100) formed by laminating films (120). The film (120) is made of a synthetic resin material and is formed by being cut to a certain area. A material is selected that has a certain strength, is easily bendable, and is easily separated from concrete. The shape of the film (120) may be a square or rectangular shape to suit the shape of the formwork used in construction sites, but is not limited thereto.

[0017] The film (120) is laminated in multiple layers. The lamination of the film (120) can be accomplished by using an adhesive, which has the property of being able to be attached and then removed. By applying the adhesive to the surface of the film (120), the films (120) can be laminated, and individual films (120) can be removed from the film set (100) in a desired situation.

[0018] The above adhesive may be applied to the lower surface of the film (120) positioned as the upper layer among the laminated films (120). In this case, when the upper layer film (120) is removed, the adhesive does not remain on the surface of the lower layer film (120) that is exposed, thereby preventing foreign substances from adhering to the surface of the film set (100).

[0019] The film set (100) described above is attached to the formwork surface. It is used by being attached to the formwork surface using an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive. When the film set (100) is attached to the formwork, it protects the formwork surface and, depending on the material properties of the film (120), allows the formwork to be easily separated from the concrete when separated after concrete curing.

[0020] Meanwhile, the formwork is installed with the film set (100) attached to the formwork surface, concrete is poured, and after curing, the formwork is separated and reused. During this process, the surface of the film set (100) that was in contact with the concrete may become contaminated or damaged. The contaminated or damaged film (120) is removed from the film set (100). Since the film (120) is formed by stacking multiple layers to form the film set (100), if only the film (120) that will be damaged is removed, the performance of the film set (100) is maintained as is. Therefore, during the process of reusing the formwork, the contaminated or damaged films are sequentially removed, and the formwork is repeatedly reused.

[0021] In the present invention, a film (120) is removed from a film set (100) attached to a formwork (200) using a peeling tool (300).

[0022] The peeling tool (300) can be formed into a flat plate shape, a square bar shape, a circular rod shape, etc., having a predetermined length, and has a friction end (320) formed at one end. If necessary, a handle (360) can be formed at the other end, so that a worker can manually use the peeling tool (300) to peel off the film (120).

[0023] The friction member (320) may be formed in a convex round shape or flat. In addition, when the peeling tool (300) is formed in a circular rod shape, it may also be formed in a hemispherical shape. A friction protrusion is formed on the friction member (320), and the friction protrusion may be formed with a pointed top so as to occupy a predetermined area while maintaining a predetermined interval. For example, the cross-sectional shape of the friction member (320) is formed in a convex round shape, and the friction protrusion is formed while forming a structure that extends from one side to the other in the width direction of the friction member (320). This is a structure in which the friction protrusion is formed like the teeth of a gear.

[0024] Here, the area occupied by the friction projection is shaped in consideration of an area that can provide sufficient frictional force to the film (120), and likewise, its size and shape are shaped in a way that can sufficiently form frictional force.

[0025] Figures 4 and 5 are other examples of the friction unit according to the present invention.

[0026] The peeling tool (300) according to the present invention can also form the friction projection formed on the friction end (320) differently from the previous one.

[0027] That is, as illustrated in Fig. 4, it is possible for the friction projections formed on the friction end (320) to be formed in an embossed structure. This structure is formed by fine friction projections occupying a predetermined area on the friction end (320), and the friction projections are formed with pointed or sharp tops to maximize frictional force.

[0028] In addition, Fig. 5 shows a structure in which a friction member (320) is formed flat and a friction projection is formed on its surface. In this configuration, the friction projection may be formed in the shape of a gear tooth or an embossed structure as described above. At this time, the friction member (320) formed flat as described above may be formed such that its surface is inclined at a predetermined angle. This is a configuration in which, when the peeling tool (200) is inclinedly placed against the film (120), the surface forming the friction member (320) can be in contact with the surface of the film (120).

[0029] Hereinafter, a process of peeling a film (120) from a film set (100) using a peeling tool (300) as described above will be described. Figures 6 to 10 are exemplary diagrams showing a process of peeling a film using a peeling tool according to the present invention.

[0030] When the film set (100) is attached to the formwork (200) and the film (12) is to be removed, the friction end (320) of the peeling tool (300) is placed against the surface of the film set (100) at the edge of the film set (100). If a handle (360) is formed, the work is performed by holding the handle (360). At this time, the point where the peeling tool (300) is placed is preferably near the edge of the film set (100), but is not limited thereto.

[0031] The peeling tool (300) is placed against the surface of the film set (100) while tilted at a certain angle. Accordingly, the friction protrusion formed on the friction end (320) comes into contact with the film (120) laminated on the uppermost layer. In this state, the film (120) is pressed by the peeling tool (300) and at the same time, the peeling tool (300) is pushed toward the center of the film set (100). As a result, the film (120) laminated on the uppermost layer is pushed by the friction protrusion formed on the friction end (320), and the film (120) laminated on the uppermost layer is lifted while being pushed from the film (120) laminated below it. At this time, since the friction protrusions are finely formed on the friction unit (320), a strong frictional force is generated, but since the friction protrusions are formed in a specification that they are not deeply embedded in the film (120), for example, they are not embedded by more than 1 / 2 of the thickness, the film (120) is not torn or cut, but is pushed, and the film (120) laminated on the top layer is lifted.

[0032] Here, depending on the shape or structure of the friction projection formed on the friction unit (320), unlike before, the film (120) may be pressed with a peeling tool (300) and then the peeling tool (300) may be pulled toward the center of the film set (100) to lift the film (120) laminated on the top layer.

[0033] As described above, when the film (120) laminated on the uppermost layer is lifted, a release point is formed. By grasping and pulling the release point formed in this manner with a finger, the film (120) laminated on the uppermost layer of the film set (100) is peeled off. As a result, the films (120) can be peeled off one by one from the film set (100).
