[0003] The invention relates to a disposable five-piece coverall structure that has a symmetrical internal design to increase production speed and minimise fabric waste rate.
[0004] State of the Art
[0005] Disposable coveralls are used in many areas with their structure that protects against microorganisms and bacteria. The first of these areas is the health sector, while it is also used in many different sectors such as cleaning and construction. Disposable coverall fabric is both very light and does not take up space. Coverall fabric is formed by different combinations of polypropylene, polyethylene and meltblown materials. By means of these materials, disposable coveralls are so light and durable.
[0006] When the features of disposable coveralls are examined, the most obvious difference is the permeability of the coveralls. While coveralls with minimum permeability are used especially in the health sector, permeability is not as much of a priority for the cleaning sector. The most frequently preferred for construction sites are dust protection coveralls designed with a focus on dust. By means of this feature, both the human body and the clothes of the employees are protected against dust. Another type is disposable chemical coveralls designed with a focus on chemicals. This type of coverall, which is indispensable for those working with chemicals, is considered among the priority protection equipment for the health of the employees. Each type of coveralls is separated into areas such as model, weight and grammage. However, the purpose of each is to prevent harmful substances from entering the coveralls. The weakest parts of the coveralls are the stitched areas. Because unwanted dust, chemical substances, harmful bacteria, etc. agents can enter the coveralls from these places. In this context, it is desired that a coverall has the least number of stitches, which makes the production process quite difficult and increases fabric waste. By considering all of these parameters, it is necessary to present a coverall structure that will not complicate both the minimum number of stitches and the production process (speed and quality).
[0007] However, the coveralls in the state of the art either consist of at least six pieces or do not have a symmetrical structure within themselves, so the cutting and sewing process takes a lot of time. Since these types of coveralls consist of more pieces, their production takes more time. In addition, coveralls that are joined by more stitches are more permeable to solid, liquid particles and biological agents. These coveralls in the state of the art require more personnel, machinery and materials during production.
[0008] The fact that the coveralls in the state of the art do not have a symmetrical structure within themselves causes all the parts that make up said coveralls to be cut separately, which reduces the production speed and capacity. In addition, the sewing process increases with the large number of different parts, and as a result, sewing errors can occur due to slipping and deviations during sewing.
[0009] This deficiency in the state of the art makes it necessary to develop a new coverall structure.
[0010] The Aim of the Invention
[0011] The invention, which is the subject of application, aims to increase the production speed and minimise the fabric waste rate. In this context, the invention consists of five single-use pieces that have a symmetrical design.
[0012] It is desired that a coverall has a minimum number of seams, which makes the production process quite difficult and increases the fabric waste. In this context, the invention aims to present a coverall structure that will not complicate the production process (speed and quality) and will have a minimum number of seams, taking all the parameters into consideration. [0033] The coverall structure (1 ) consisting of five pieces in order to increase the production speed and minimise the fabric waste rate, consists of three main parts: hood (1.1 ) to protect the head, upper body (1.2) to protect the arms and chest, and lower body (1.3) to protect the legs. The upper body (1.2) consists of the left upper body (1.21 ) and the right upper body (1.22) which are symmetrical to each other. The lower body (1.3) consists of the left lower body (1.31) and the right lower body (1.32) which are symmetrical to each other. Therefore, the coverall structure (1 ) actually consists of a total of five parts having three different structures, namely the hood (1.1 ), the left upper body (1.21 ) and the right upper body (1.22) which are symmetrical to each other, and the left lower body (1.31) and the right lower body (1.32) which are symmetrical to each other. Thus, it is sufficient to make only three different cutting processes to obtain a coverall, which significantly increases the production speed.

[0042] The right and left parts of the coverall structure (1 ) with a symmetrical structure (1.21 with 1.22 and 1.31 with 1.32) are easier to apply on the fabric, and the fabric can be used at the highest level without any waste. In this way, the right and left parts (1.21 with 1.22 and 1.31 with 1.32) of the coverall structure (1 ) are cut in a single move on the paired marker spread. The cut products come to the separate machine bench in three groups as hood (1.1 ), upper body (1.2) and lower body (1.3). The machine operator responsible for the lower body (1 .3) takes the left lower body (1 .31 ) and the right lower body (1.32) pieces that are on top of each other in a single move and makes the front crotch, back crotch and leg seams to form the trouser part of the coverall structure (1 ). The machine operator responsible for the upper body (1.2) first makes the right armpit and then the left armpit of the left upper body (1.21 ) and right upper body (1.22) pieces that are on top of each other in a paired manner; and completes the preparation of the upper body (1.2) by joining the two pieces from the back.

The invention is a single-use five-piece coverall structure that has a symmetrical internal design to increase production speed and minimise fabric waste rate (1), wherein- it consists of only three different structured parts and a total of five parts, in order to cut only three different ways to obtain a coverall, thus reducing production errors caused by the large number of different parts while increasing production speed, and comprises o the hood (1.1 ), which has symmetrical design with respect to the Y axis and is formed by folding it on itself, o the upper body (1.2) that is formed by combining the upper left body (1.21 ) and the upper right body (1.22), which are symmetrical to each other and thus speed up the fabric cutting and sewing process, o the lower body (1.3) that is formed by combining the left lower body (1.31 ) and the right lower body (1.32), which are symmetrical to each other and thus speed up the fabric cutting and sewing process, and o the left upper body angular junction area (1 .211 ) on the edge where the left upper body (1.21 ) sits on the left lower body (1.31 ) and the right upper body angular junction area (1.221 ) on the edge where the right upper body (1 .22) sits on the right lower body (1 .32).

Five-piece coverall structure to increase production speed and minimise fabric waste (1 ) according to Claim 1 , comprising elastics (L) located on the edges of the hood (1.1), the left upper body (1.21 ) and the right upper body (1.22) and the left lower body (1.31) and the right lower body (1.32) to secure the head, wrists and ankles and thus prevent any unwanted material from entering the coverall structure (1 ).

Five-piece coverall structure to increase production speed and minimise fabric waste (1 ) according to any of the previous claims, comprising the elastic (L) located on the back of the upper body (1.2) obtained by combining the left upperbody (1 .21 ) and the right upper body (1 .22) of the coverall structure (1 ) to ensure that the coverall structure (1) fits perfectly on the body,4.
