Abstract

The broken lines illustrating in Figs 1.1 to 1.9 are for environment purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;Figs 1.8 and 1.9 are reference views showing the state in use and forms no part of the claiming design;A plurality of fins are lined up at a constant pitch in each row; It is seen in Fig 1.8 that the odd-numbered fin groups and the even-numbered fin groups are arranged so as to be offset from each other by half a pitch; It is seen in Fig 1.9 that multiple fins are arranged in a staggered manner.
