A safe, multifunctional
percutaneous abdominal diagnostic and treatment device includes an external rigid plastic cannula with an internally threaded connector at its rear end. It also includes a puncture needle and a
biopsy probe that work in conjunction with the cannula. The puncture needle has an externally threaded connector at its rear end that mates with the internally threaded connector, and the
biopsy probe has an externally threaded connector at its rear end that mates with the internally threaded connector. The
biopsy probe has a hollow groove containing a screw. This invention enables
percutaneous minimally invasive puncture techniques for abdominal tumor diagnosis and treatment; allows for arbitrary selection of a posterior
lumbar or anterior abdominal approach based on the
tumor location; avoids damage to adjacent organs such as the
spinal cord, kidneys, and intestines during abdominal tumor diagnosis and treatment; allows selection of biopsy needle or
biopsy forceps based on
tumor size; integrates biopsy and
drug injection functions; and can prevent tumor implantation through the needle tract.
