Because an electrode connecting structure between cells is changed, shrinkage at the connecting part of the two cells is the thickness of the cell silicon wafer only, the shrinkage at the connecting part of the two cells is reduced, the pressure of a metal solder strip silicon wafer is greatly reduced, and the cell silicon wafer can be effectively prevented from being crushed; and meanwhile, the resistance at the connecting part is reduced by half, the power output of the cell component is improved, and the defect of short circuit of the cell component caused by softening of the heated metal solder strip is overcome. The distance between the cells can be reduced by 20-30%, the effective day-lighting area of the solar cell component is improved, and the structure is beneficial to the improvement on the output power.
