This invention discloses a
welding device for a one-way explosion-proof valve body, comprising an adjustment component, a
welding component, and a
welding surface finishing component. The adjustment component is used to adjust the position of the welding
surface finishing, and the welding component is used for adjusting and welding the valve body. The welding component includes a fixed plate fixedly mounted on the top of a fixed base and a first sliding rod fixedly mounted on the fixed plate. The welding
surface finishing component is used to pre-treat the welding surface of the valve body at the position where it is welded to the
flange. The welding surface finishing component includes a mounting plate, a transverse partition fixedly mounted on one side of the mounting plate, and side plates fixedly mounted on both sides of the transverse partition. This invention uses a rotating annular finishing strip to clean the welding surface of the valve body and the
flange. The annular finishing strip fits tightly with the welding surface of the valve body, effectively removing
oxide layers, oil stains, and impurities from the welding surface, improving the weld
bonding strength, and avoiding affecting the subsequent
assembly and sealing performance of the valve body.
