This application provides a
waste heat recovery system and method, relating to the field of
waste heat recovery technology. The
waste heat recovery system includes a cooling
kiln, a first steam treatment device, a heating device, and a second steam treatment device. The cooling
kiln is used to vaporize cooling water to form initial steam. The first steam treatment device is connected to the cooling
kiln and is used to store the initial steam and form first-pressure steam. The heating device is connected to the first steam treatment device and is used to heat the first-pressure steam. The second steam treatment device is connected to the heating device and is used to store the heated first-pressure steam and form second-pressure steam. The pressure of the second-pressure steam is greater than that of the first-pressure steam. This application solves the problem in the prior art where large fluctuations in the temperature and flow rate of high-temperature
solid materials lead to unstable
steam pressure and output, achieving stable steam production and improving the
system's adaptability to changes in operating conditions and
operational reliability.
