An input sub-pixel position and an integer pixel matrix enter into the filtering coefficient generator so that the filtering coefficient is generated; the coefficient and the input integer pixel matrix are input into the interpolating filter to execute interpolating and filtering; output result is stored in the memory for storing theinterpolation result of the sub-pixel position and then is outputted.
