The embodiment of the invention discloses a correlation measurement method and a related device, which are used for improving the measurement efficiency and saving air interface resources. The correlation measurement method comprises the following steps: receiving a measurement instruction transmitted by a server, wherein the measurement instruction comprises first measurement configuration identification MeasID and second MeasID having a correlation relation with the first MeasID; and setting the measurement configuration corresponding to the second MeasID according to the correlation relation when triggering a first event corresponding to the first MeasID. The embodiment of the invention also provides a measurement system and a related device. The correlation measurement method and the related device can improve the measurement efficiency and save the air interface resources effectively.
