The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a program identifier of an application program to be classified on the electronic equipment; matching to obtain a classification identifier corresponding to the acquired program identifier according to the corresponding relation of the program identifier and the classification identifier of the application program; and storing an icon of the application program to be classified into a file folder corresponding to the classification identifier according to the acquired classification identifier.
