[0021] (1) Surface cleaning of metal aluminum: clean the metal aluminum surface with acetone and deionized water successively, and dry it with nitrogen gas for later use;

[0022] (2) Electrochemical polishing of metal aluminum surface: use aluminum as the anode and stainless steel as the cathode, perform electrochemical polishing of aluminum in a solution of perchloric acid and ethanol with a volume ratio of 1:5 at 5°C, and the polishing voltage is 18V DC Voltage, polishing time is 3 minutes;

[0023] (3) Preparation of rough microstructure film: with polished aluminum as anode, stainless steel electrode as cathode, and 0.3M oxalic acid aqueous solution as electrolyte, a rough aluminum oxide film is prepared on the metal surface by anodic oxidation. Apply a DC voltage of 80V between them, the oxidation time is 1 minute, and the temperature is room temperature;

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preventing marine microbial corrosion by using an artificial super-smooth surface. Specifically, a method comprising three steps of anodic oxidation, surface modification and lubricating oil injection is adopted to prepare an artificial super-smooth surface on an aluminum surface. As a liquid-phase surface can be regarded as a non-defective surface on micro level or even molecular level, the obtained surface is a liquid-phase super-smooth surface; the adhesive force of microbes on the artificial super-smooth surface can be greatly reduced so as to prevent adhesion of the microbes, and thus the artificial super-smooth surface has a very good effect in preventing corrosion caused by adhesion of the marine microbes. The preparation method is simple and easy in operation; the preparation cost is low; no expensive equipment is needed; the used reagents generate no environmental hazards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preventing metal from marine microbial corrosion, in particular to a method for preventing microbial corrosion by using an artificial super-smooth surface. Background technique [0002] The ocean is not only a treasure trove of resources for human survival and development, but also an important channel for international trade, and an important platform for international political, economic, and military competition and cooperation. In the process of marine resources development, the corrosion of materials is one of the main threats faced by marine engineering facilities in service. Microbial corrosion is an important corrosion form of marine environment corrosion, which refers to the corrosion caused by microorganisms or the corrosion caused by the influence of microorganisms. Sulfate-reducing bacteria are typical corrosion microorganisms, which can form biofilms on the surface of marine engineering materials. Du...
