According to the lossless adjustment method, the time slot that the ODUflex frame on the outlet side of each network node on the ODUflex channel occupies the high-order optical data unit is adjusted, the speed of ODUflex frame transmission conducted by each network node on the ODUflex channel is adjusted, and therefore lossless adjustment of the ODUflex channel bandwidth is achieved.
