Abstract

The invention discloses a PP blow-moulded container capable of being heated by a microwave oven. The container is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PP, 15 to 25 parts of HDPE, 5 to 15 parts of styrene-butadiene segmented copolymer, 2 to 4 parts of polyethylene naphthalate, 0.05 to 0.15 part of 1010 antioxidant, 1 to 3 parts of epoxy octyl stearate, and 0.4 to 0.6 part of chlorinated polyethylene. The plastic container can be prepared through a universal method in the industry. For instance, the raw materials can be mixed according to the formula, then the mixed raw materials are heated to melt and plasticize by an injection moulding machine, and finally the melt mixture is subjected to injection blowing or extrusion blowing so as to obtain the plastic container. The PP hollow blow-moulded container has a high melting point, and is capable of being heated by a microwave oven.
