Abstract

The application provides an administrative information inquiry method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining to-be-inquired government affairs selected by a user and residence information input by the user; acquiring identity information of an identity evidence of the user; and determining whether the government affairs can be handled according to the identity information and the residence information, and if yes, generating administrative information corresponding to the government affairs, and displaying the administrative information, wherein the administrative information comprises indication information of the government affairs handled by the user. According to the method and apparatus, the problem of low user consultation efficiency due to non-standard information display of the government affairs can be solved.
