The user can select the placing posture most comfortable to himself or herself to accordingly adjust the height and the position of the arm supporting plate, and thus the arm is in the bending angle which is most comfortable and saves labor to the greatest extent; the posture of the arm is maintained, the applicability is improved, the wearable supporting arm device is applied to motions in an operation room, is light, and wireless and does not need to be charged by a power source, and after wearing the wearablesupporting arm device, the arm can completely move freely.
