Abstract

The cooking fume detection sensor detects whether concentration of cooking fume in a kitchen reaches a preset value or not and determines whether to start the intelligent range hood through human gestures or not, and if the concentration reaches or is lower than the preset value, the alarm module starts to alarm to remind of starting or stopping of the intelligent range hood. When the distance measuring sensor detects that a distance between a human hand and the image acquisition equipment is smaller than 20cm, the image acquisition equipment sends acquired human gesture images to the controller to start or stop the intelligent range hood.
