In a memory module including a plurality of DRAM chips which transmit / receive a system data signal with a predetermined data width and at a transfer rate and which transmit / receive an internal data signal having a larger data width and a lower transfer rate as compared with the system data signal, it has become clear that there is a restriction on the transfer rate of the system data signal and that speeding-up cannot be expected. A current consumption in a plurality of DRAMs constituting the memory module is large, and this is also a factor for hindering the speeding-up. There is obtained a memory module in which a plurality of DRAM chips are stacked on an IO chip and in which each DRAM chip is connected to the IO chip by a through electrode and which comprises a constitution for mutually converting the system data signal and the internal data signal in each DRAM chip by the IO chip. In this constitution, a wiring between the DRAM chips can be shortened, and DLL having a large current consumption may be disposed only on the IO chip.

A plurality of cooking programs are recorded in the memory media of the oven. These define a plurality of high speed cooking routines available for use with the oven. A gateway server is communicatively coupled to the programmable controller. It manages the communication of digital content which is at least in-part related to operation and utilization of the improved oven. A broadband communication channel extends from a source of digital content, which is external to the residence, to the residence. The broadband communication channel delivers particular digital content related to the oven through the gateway server for distribution within the residence, including distribution to the programmable controller of the oven in order to facilitate cooking operations utilizing the oven.

A portable heater adapted for use in a recreational enclosure or temporary work enclosure includes a housing having an air inlet on the lower front face. A gas supply is partially enclosed by the housing which provides propane to the mouth of a burner venturi located within the housing. Air is drawn through the air inlet and also enters the mouth of the burner venturi. The air and gas are mixed thoroughly as they travel upwardly through the burner venturi. A chimney effect increases fresh air flow velocity into the burner venturi and allows the heater to operate at a reduced fuel gas pressure. Upon exiting the burner venturi, the air / gas mixture is to a plenum and radiant surface where combustion takes place. Any conventional means may be provided to ignite the air / gas mixture in order to cause combustion. The combustion products deflect off a deflector, which is cooled on a rear face by air flow through the housing, which decreases the temperature of the combustion products before exiting an outlet. An oxygen depletion system (ODS) shuts off the portable heater when oxygen levels begin to drop and consequently carbon monoxide levels begin to rise.
