The heat regenerator comprises a shell pass and a tube pass located in the shell pass. The main pumpconveys water in the deoxygenization water tank to the preheater through the tube pass; inlet water flows to the test area after being treated by the preheater; water flowing out of the test area flows into the heat exchanger through the shell pass and water treated by the heat exchanger flows to the pressure regulating system.
