Abstract

The testbed comprises a base, a foundation bed, a rail wheel, an experiment wheel pair fixator, a first actuator and a second actuator, wherein the rail wheel is arranged on the foundation bed; the experiment wheel pair fixator is erected to the base and is used for installing atested wheel pair; the first actuator is arranged along a vertical direction and is used for applying a vertical load to the tested wheel pair; the foundation bed can be arranged on the base in a sliding way, and the slideable direction of the foundation bed is arranged along the axial direction of the spindle of the rail wheel; the second actuator is also arranged along the axial direction of thespindle of the rail wheel; and the first actuator is connected between the base and the foundation bed and is used for applying a lateral load to the tested wheel pair. By use of the testbed, load transfer accuracy is greatly improved, a true load effect can be more accurately reflected, and a fatigue test result is more accurate and reliable.
