Abstract

The invention provides a psychological stress prediction method and system based on multi-channel physiological data, and relates to the technical field of testing. A preset psychological pressure stimulation source is used, a user to be tested generates certain psychological pressure, and data of skin resistance signals and pulse signals changing along with time in the pressure state are synchronously recorded. And then, by carrying out a series of processing on the skin resistance signal and the pulse signal, the processed data are input into a pressure dichotomy model to judge whether the user to be tested has pressure or not, and if so, the pressure level of the user to be tested is further judged through a pressure multi-classification prediction model. Through the skin resistance signals and the pulse signals which can truly reflect the pressure information of the to-be-tested user, whether the to-be-tested user has pressure or not and the pressure level can be accurately predicted in combination with the pressure dichotomy model and the pressure multi-classification prediction model; and the pressure is predicted by measuring the human skin resistance signals and the pulse signals, so that the method is simple and convenient.
