Embodiment Construction

[0104] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are only used to illustrate the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The operating methods not indicated in the following examples are generally in accordance with conventional conditions, or in accordance with the conditions suggested by the manufacturer.

[0105] The technical solution of the present invention will be specifically described below by taking the e-commerce third-party model as an example.

[0106] Here is a general description of the e-commerce third-party model. In the e-commerce third-party model, there are four participants. Consumers and sellers are different entities. The campaigns they use are provided by e-commerce companies. Financial institutions and logistics companies offer their own services to help consumers and sellers wor...

Abstract

The invention discloses a service mode quantitative evaluation method for cross-boundary service. The method comprises the steps of defining top-layer elements of a service mode, wherein the top-layerelements comprise definition participants, workflow, data flow, resource flow and cash flow; describing participants in the service mode; describing a workflow between the participants based on the existing participants; describing data flow among the participants on the basis of the workflow among the participants; describing resource flows among the participants on the basis of the workflows among the participants; describing cash flows among the participants on the basis of the workflows among the participants; based on the described workflow, data flow, resources flow and cash flow, calculating evaluation indexes of the service mode, including running time, consumption cost, transmission efficiency, value and reliability; and calculating a mode entropy according to the evaluation index to carry out overall evaluation on the service mode. The method can help a product manager, an enterprise, a business advisor and a business designer to carry out quantitative evaluation on an existing service mode.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of software engineering, in particular to the field of service computing in business process management, and in particular to a cross-border service-oriented service model quantitative evaluation method. Background technique [0002] The service model refers to the distribution method of data, resources, cash, etc. among different participants in the service system. The cross-border service model is a new type of service model that crosses domains and borders. On the one hand, cross-border can be accomplished in a collaborative manner by opening up the boundaries of different enterprises and organizations. On the other hand, cross-border can also be achieved by integrating resources in different fields and opening up upstream and downstream businesses. Different from the traditional service model, there are usually more participants in the cross-border service model because a single service involve...
