The air flow of a defrosting pipe is subjected to closed-loop control through a valve, so that indoor temperature fluctuation is reduced to the minimum. According to the invention, the running states of an inner fan and an outer fan of the air conditioner can be maintained without switching refrigerating/heating modes, and the purpose of defrosting is achieved without shutdown. The service life of a four-way valve is prolonged, the operation stability of the air conditioner is improved, and the air conditioner comfort is not affected. The inner fan and the outer fan are defrosted without shutdown, the indoor temperature is not changed, and the comfort of the air conditioner is guaranteed to the maximum extent. Different from a traditional defrosting mode, the four-way valve does not need to the reversed frequently, so that the service life ofthe four-way valve is prolonged.
