An embedded 3D head mount display is provided. The embedded 3D head mount display, equipped with a half-input type optical imaging display system, is embedded into the inner side of helmet face shield. The embedded 3D head mount display includes a display image source, a reflector, an object lens set, a field of view diaphragm, an ocular lens set, a semi-reflective and semi-transmitting optical lens, and a four-core micro-processing system. The upper end of the semi-reflective and semi-transmitting optical lens is disposed in front of the eyes of a helmet wearer in an outwardly inclined manner. The ocular lens set includes two ocular lenses horizontally arranged above the semi-reflective and semi-transmitting optical lens, and the field of view diaphragm is disposed above the ocular lens set. The object lens set is disposed above the field of view diaphragm. The object lens set includes an upper object lens and a lower object lens. The reflector is disposed above the object lens set, and the lower end of the reflector is inclined outwardly. The display image source is close to the inner side of the reflector, and is positioned above the forehead of the helmet wearer. After being corrected and amplified, the display image source is projected to the semi-reflective and semi-transmitting optical lens in front of the eyes of the helmet wearer, and image information is superposed to an external environment image of the lens. The embedded 3D head mount display has great functions, is small in size, is embedded into a helmet, and is comfortable to wear.
