Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent platform for evaluating green construction of a deep foundation pit based on a CIM technology. The intelligent platform comprises an evaluation index unit, a deep foundation pit green construction quality control evaluation unit and a quality control evaluation unit based on CIM informatization. The evaluation index unit divides evaluation indexes into first-level indexes and second-level indexes, a judgment matrix is arranged between the first-level indexes and the second-level indexes, and index weights are calculated; the deep foundation pit green construction quality control and evaluation unit controls and evaluates the construction quality by using an SDCA circulation theory; and the quality control evaluation unit based on CIM informatization uses a CIM technology to display the whole construction process by establishing a three-dimensional model of a building so as to evaluate the construction of the building. Through the quality control evaluation unit based on CIM informatization, integration and perfection of functions of the platform are realized through a method of dividing the platform into two systems and finally integrating the two systems, and a quality control solution based on the CIM informatization technology is provided for green construction evaluation.
