[0089] At this time, a limit assembly is provided between the propeller 15 and the output shaft 18, and the propeller 15 is limited in relative rotation with the output shaft 18 by the limit assembly.

[0090] There are many types of limiter components used to limit relative rotation, such as:

[0091] In one solution, a mounting seat is fixed to the end of the output shaft 18 for mounting the propeller 15, and the limiting assembly includes a limiting column arranged on the mounting seat and a limiting hole arranged on the propeller 15 corresponding to the limiting column. When the front side of the propeller 15 is against the mounting seat, the limiting column is inserted into the limiting hole to limit the relative rotation of the output shaft 18 and the propeller 15.

[0092] In another embodiment, the limit assembly includes a spline provided on the end of the output shaft 18 for mounting the propeller 15, and a spline groove provided on the front side of the propeller 15, and the relative rotation between the propeller 15 and the output shaft 18 is limited by the cooperation between the spline and the spline groove.

[0093] Figure 6 , Fig.11 As shown, for example, in this patent, one end of the output shaft 18 for connecting the propeller 15 is provided with a sleeve portion 19, and the sleeve portion 19 is exposed from the above-mentioned sleeve 23. The propeller 15 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve portion 19 through the middle through hole 24, and the front side of the propeller 15 is against the sleeve 23. The rear end surface of the sleeve portion 19 is provided with a threaded hole 21, and the fastening bolt 17 is inserted into the middle through hole 24 and threadedly connected with the threaded hole 21 on the end surface of the sleeve portion 19. The propeller 15 is mounted on the output shaft 18, and the limiting assembly includes at least one third clamping plane 20 provided on the outer wall of the sleeve 19, and a fourth clamping plane 78 provided on the inner wall of the middle through hole 24 and corresponding to the third clamping plane 20. The third clamping plane 20 and the fourth clamping plane 78 are surface-to-surface clamped to limit the relative rotation of the propeller 15 and the output shaft 18 when the propeller 15 is sleeved on the sleeve 19 and connected to the output shaft 18. Preferably, there are six third clamping planes 20 in an annular array on the circumferential outer wall of the sleeve 19 with the axis of the output shaft 18 as the center, and six fourth clamping planes 78 matching the sleeve 19 are provided on a section of the inner wall located at the front side of the middle through hole 24.

[0094] The limiting assembly is not limited to the above-mentioned structures. Conventional limiting assemblies that can separate the propeller 15 from the output shaft 18 after the fastening bolts 17 are removed are applicable to this patent.

[0095] A locking member 25 is provided on the propeller 15, and the locking member 25 can move relative to the propeller 15 in the direction of the first axis 68 to move and switch between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the locking member 25 moves to the locked position, the locking member 25 limits the relative rotation between the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15; when the locking member 25 moves to the unlocked position, the relative rotation between the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15 is restored.

[0096] The locking structure of the locking member 25 has various structures, but is not limited to the several locking members 25 described above, for example:

[0097] In one solution, the locking member 25 includes a locking pin and a spring. The locking pin is arranged in the propeller 15 and can move radially along the propeller 15. A socket matching the locking pin is provided on the fastening bolt 17. The spring pushes the locking pin to move radially toward the center to a locking position. The locking pin is inserted into the socket on the fastening bolt 17 to limit the relative rotation between the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15. When the locking pin is moved outward to the unlocking position by an external force, the locking pin disengages from the socket. At this time, the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15 resume relative rotation. The direction of the first axis 68 is the radial direction of the propeller 15.

[0098] In another embodiment, the locking member 25 includes a spring and a U-shaped member arranged on the propeller 15. The fastening bolt 17 is provided with two symmetrically arranged clamping surfaces that cooperate with the U-shaped member. The direction of the first axis 68 is the radial direction of the propeller 15. When the spring drives the U-shaped member to move radially inward to the locking position, the U-shaped member is clamped on the outer side of the fastening bolt 17. The two side edges of the U-shaped member are clamped with two symmetrical clamping surfaces on the fastening bolt 17 to limit the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15. When the U-shaped member is moved outward to the unlocking position by external force, the U-shaped member is disengaged from the fastening bolt 17, and the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15 resume relative rotation.

[0099] For another example, in the present patent, the locking member 25 is sleeved on the outside of the fastening bolt 17 and moves relative to the fastening bolt 17 along the length extension direction of the fastening bolt 17 to move and switch between the locked position and the unlocked position. The locking member 25 is provided with a channel 69 for the fastening bolt 17 to pass through, and the relative rotation between the locking member 25 and the propeller 15 is restricted.

[0100] Preferably, the locking member 25 is disposed in the middle through hole 24. Preferably, the direction of the first axis 68 is parallel to or coincides with the direction of the axis of the fastening bolt 17, and the direction of the axis of the fastening bolt 17 is parallel to or coincides with the direction of the axis of the output shaft 18. Most preferably, the direction of the first axis 68, the direction of the axis of the fastening bolt 17, and the direction of the axis of the output shaft 18 all coincide.

[0101] Figure 8 , Fig. 9 , Fig.11 As shown, a slide groove 60 is provided on the inner wall of the middle through hole 24, and a sliding portion 57 corresponding to the slide groove 60 is provided on the locking member 25. The sliding portion 57 is arranged in the slide groove 60 and can move along the slide groove 60 in the direction of the first axis 68, and the sliding portion 57 is slidably connected with the slide groove 60 to limit the relative rotation of the locking member 25 and the propeller 15. Preferably, there are three slide grooves 60 in an annular array on the inner wall of the middle through hole 24, and three sliding portions 57 corresponding to the three slide grooves 60 are convexly provided on the outer side wall of the locking member 25. The shape of the sliding portion 57 is adapted to the slide groove 60. When the three sliding portions 57 are slidably connected in the three corresponding slide grooves 60, the locking member 25 is restricted to move on the first axis 68 and cannot rotate relative to the propeller 15.

[0102] Fig.11 As shown, specifically, the propeller 15 includes a front clamping plate 177, a propeller body 154 and a rear clamping plate 155, the front clamping plate 177 and the rear clamping plate 155 are clamped on the front and rear sides of the propeller body 154, the rear clamping plate 155 is provided with a plurality of bolt holes 3 in an annular array, the propeller body 154 is provided with bolt holes 4 corresponding to each bolt hole 3, the front clamping plate 177 is provided with threaded holes 3 corresponding to each bolt hole 3, the bolt holes 3, the bolt holes 4 and the threaded holes 3 are butted, each connecting bolt 3 81 passes through the bolt holes 3 and the bolt holes 4 and is threadedly connected with the threaded holes 3, the front clamping plate 177, the propeller body 154 and the rear clamping plate 155 are fixedly connected as a whole, the front clamping plate 177, the propeller body 154 and the rear clamping plate 155 are all provided with a through hole located in the center, and the through holes are butted to form the above-mentioned middle through hole 24. The above-mentioned fourth clamping plane 78 is arranged on the inner wall of the through hole of the front clamping plate 177.

[0103] Three grooves 80 are provided on the side of the rear clamping plate 55 facing the paddle body 54. When the rear clamping plate 55 is clamped on the rear side of the paddle body 54, the grooves 80 and the paddle body 54 are enclosed to form the above-mentioned slide groove 60. The bottom of the groove 80 and the rear side surface of the paddle body 54 limit the maximum movement range of the sliding part 57 in the direction of the first axis 68, that is, limit the maximum movement range of the locking member 25 in the direction of the first axis 68.

[0104] The fastening bolt 17 includes a rod body 85 and a head 86 connected to one end of the rod body 85. At least one section of the rod body 85 has an external thread for threaded connection with the threaded hole 21 on the sleeve 19. Preferably, the rod body 85 includes a threaded section 82 away from the head 86 and a bare rod section 83 located between the threaded section 82 and the head 86.

[0105] The rod body 85 of the fastening bolt 17 passes through the hole 69 of the locking member 25 and is connected to the output shaft 18 .

[0106] Fig.12As shown, a clamping portion 70 is provided on the rod body 85. When the locking member 25 moves to the locking position, the clamping portion 70 enters the channel 69, and the clamping portion 70 is clamped with the locking member 25 to limit the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15. When the locking member 25 moves to the unlocking position, the clamping portion 70 is disengaged from the channel 69 of the locking member 25, and there is a gap between the channel 69 and the rod body 85 of the fastening bolt 17 for the fastening bolt 17 and the locking member 25 to rotate relative to each other.

[0107] Fig.11 , Fig.12 As shown, specifically, the clamping portion 70 is arranged between the light rod section 83 and the head 86, and the clamping portion 70 is at least one first clamping plane 84 arranged on the outer wall of the rod body 85, and a second clamping plane 79 corresponding to the first clamping plane 84 is arranged on the inner wall of the channel 69. When the locking member 25 moves to the locking position, the clamping portion 70 enters the channel 69, so that the first clamping plane 84 and the second clamping plane 79 are surface-to-surface clamped to limit the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15. Preferably, the outer wall of the rod body 85 is provided with six first clamping planes 84 in a circular array with the axial line of the fastening bolt 17 as the center, and the inner wall of the channel 69 is provided with six second clamping planes 79 corresponding to the six first clamping planes 84 respectively. When the locking member 25 moves backward to the locking position, the clamping portion 70 enters the channel 69, so that the first clamping plane 84 and the second clamping plane 79 are surface-to-surface clamped to limit the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15. When the locking member 25 moves forward, the channel 69 disengages from the clamping portion 70 and moves to the light rod section 83. There is a gap between the channel 69 and the light rod section 83 for the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the locking member 25. The size of the rod body 85 where the clamping portion 70 is located is larger than the size of the light rod section 83.

[0108] The propeller 15 is installed on the output shaft by a fastening bolt 17 passing through the middle through hole 24 of the propeller 15 and connected to the output shaft. When in use, the locking member 25 moves to the locking position. At this time, the propeller 15 is restricted in relative rotation with the output shaft 18 through the limit assembly, and the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15 is restricted by the locking member 25. The fastening bolt 17 cannot form self-rotation through the mutual cooperation between the output shaft 18 and the propeller 15, and between the propeller 15 and the fastening bolt 17. Thereby preventing the problem of the fastening bolt 17 loosening and detaching after self-rotation, the structure is more stable, and when disassembly is required, the locking piece 25 is moved to the unlocking position, at which time the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15 can rotate relative to each other, and the disassembly of the propeller 15 can be completed by unscrewing one of the fastening bolts 17 used for connection outward, and when the propeller 15 is disassembled from the output shaft 18, the sleeve 23 is removed from the output shaft 18, and at this time the propeller 2 14 can be slid backward along the output shaft 18 to be removed, so that the disassembly of the propeller 7 is quick and convenient.

[0109] In addition, the size of the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17 is larger than the opening size of the channel 69, and a reset spring 53 is provided in the middle through hole 24 to drive the locking member 25 to move to the side of the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17 to the locking position. At this time, the reset spring 53 presses the locking member 25 on the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17, and there is a distance 16 between the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17 and the inner wall of the middle through hole 24. The distance 16 is used for inserting a tool for removing the fastening bolt 17, and the tool can be a socket wrench.

[0110] The head 86 of the fastening bolt 17 and the sleeve 23 are limited at the front and rear sides of the propeller 15, so that the propeller 15 is installed at the end of the output shaft 18.

[0111] When the socket wrench is put on the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17, the tool is inserted into the gap 16 and pushes the locking member 25 to move forward to the unlocking position to overcome the elastic force of the reset spring 53. One-touch unlocking can be completed while the tool is put on, which is more convenient and quick to operate and realize quick release. The fastening bolt 17 is a hexagonal bolt.

[0112] Figure 8 As shown, the front side of the locking member 25 is provided with an extending sleeve portion 56, the front clamping plate 77 is provided with an insert portion 52 inserted into the through hole of the paddle body 54, the return spring 53 is sleeved on the outside of the fastening bolt 17, and one end of the return spring 53 is pressed against the insert portion 52, and the other end of the return spring 53 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve portion 56 and pressed against the front side of the locking member 25, so as to prevent the return spring 53 from interfering with the fastening bolt 17 when the fastening bolt 17 passes through.

[0113] Figure 8 , Fig. 9As shown, in addition, positioning holes 58 corresponding to each groove 80 are provided on the outer end surface of the rear clamping plate 55, and the positioning holes 58 fall on the bottom of the groove 80. Positioning columns 59 corresponding to the positioning holes 58 are provided on the sliding portion 57. When the locking member 25 moves to the locking position, the positioning column 59 is inserted into the corresponding positioning hole 58, so that the locking member 25 can more stably limit the rotation of the fastening bolt 17 when it is in the locking position.

[0114] In addition, the length of the sleeve portion 19 is greater than the maximum movement range of the locking member 25 in the direction of the first axis 68, preventing the propeller 15 from moving to one side relative to the output shaft 18 and disengaging from the sleeve portion 19, so that the propeller 15 and the output shaft 18 rotate.

[0115] Principle of use: During installation, the propeller 15 is sleeved on the sleeve 19 through the middle through hole 24, and the front clamping plate 77 is pressed against the sleeve 23. At this time, the third clamping plane 20 and the fourth clamping plane 78 are face-to-face engaged to limit the relative rotation of the propeller 15 and the output shaft 18. Then, the rod 85 of the fastening bolt 17 is inserted into the middle through hole 24 and threadedly connected with the end face of the sleeve 19. The socket wrench is put on the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17, and the fastening bolt 17 is rotated relative to the propeller 15 to tighten the fastening bolt 17. 7 is tightened, and after the socket wrench is removed, the reset spring 53 pushes the locking member 25 to move backward to the locking position, pressing the locking member 25 on the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17. At this time, the clamping portion 70 of the rod body 85 of the fastening bolt 17 enters the channel 69, so that the first clamping plane 84 and the second clamping plane 79 are surface-to-surface clamped, limiting the relative rotation of the fastening bolt 17 and the propeller 15, and the installation is completed. At this time, the propeller 15 limits the rotation of the fastening bolt 17 through the locking member 25, and the output shaft 18 can drive the propeller 15 to rotate.

[0116] When disassembly is required, the socket wrench is put on the head 86 of the fastening bolt 17, the socket wrench is inserted into the gap 16 between the head 86 and the middle through hole 24, and the locking member 25 is pushed forward to the unlocking position. The channel 69 of the locking member 25 is disengaged from the clamping part 70, so that the fastening bolt 17 can rotate relative to the propeller 15. The socket wrench is rotated to unscrew the fastening bolt 17, and the propeller 15 sleeved on the sleeve 19 can be removed for quick disassembly and assembly.

[0117] The rotation speed of the output shaft 22 can be controlled by setting the number of teeth of the active bevel gear 89, the transmission bevel gear 31 and the driven bevel gear 66, thereby controlling the rotation speeds of the propellers 15 and 14. Preferably, the rotation speed of the output shaft 18 is equal to the rotation speed of the output shaft 22. At this time, the rotation speed of the propeller 15 is equal to the rotation speed of the propeller 2 14, and the 1:1 yaw torques of the two propellers can offset each other.
