The invention discloses an equipment exception handling method and equipment, a medium and a computer program product, and relates to the technical field of computers, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining alarm information of equipment exception; inputting the alarm information into the trained classifier to determine the alarm processing classification of the alarm information; wherein the alarm processing classification comprises alarm information needing to be processed by field investigation equipment and alarm information not needing to be processed by the field investigation equipment; if the alarm information belongs to the alarm information which does not need to be processed by the field investigation equipment, sending an alarm processing instruction to the abnormal equipment so as to carry out abnormal processing on the abnormal equipment; and if the alarm information belongs to the alarm information needing to be processed by the on-site investigation equipment, sending an investigation task to the inspection robot, and performing exception processing on the abnormal equipment according to an investigation result of on-site investigation of the abnormal equipment by the inspection robot. According to the invention, through intelligent alarm classification and an automatic processing flow, rapid response and accurate processing of equipment abnormity are realized.
