Sand core dip-coating device for centrifugal casting of nodular cast iron pipe

Abstract

The invention relates to a sand core dip-coating device for centrifugal casting of a nodular cast iron pipe. A dip-coating bin; an overturning assembly; a support assembly; the overturning assembly comprises a grabbing disc; the two groups of grabbing discs are arranged in a back-to-back, coaxial and spaced manner; the clamping jaw is a multi-jaw radial driving device, and the clamping jaw is fixedly connected to the center of the grabbing disc; the clamp is a block body which is driven by the clamping jaw and is attached to the vertical surface of the inner side of the sand core; a plurality of clamps are sequentially and continuously arranged on the clamp set, and the clamp set is fixedly connected to a single clamping jaw of the clamping jaw; a connector is fixedly connected between the two grabbing discs. The overturning shaft is a shaft which is movably connected with the supporting assembly, driven by the supporting assembly and capable of overturning, and the overturning shaft is detachably connected with the connector. The sand core clamping device has the beneficial effects that by means of permutation and combination of the clamp sets, online replacement of sand cores of different specifications is achieved.
