Abstract

The invention discloses a telegraph pole manufacturing method capable of improving the mechanical property and a telegraph pole product. Compared with a common product, the product obtained through the method has more excellent comprehensive performance. The method comprises the steps that S1, the two ends of a plurality of steel bars are connected to a large-end flange and a small-end flange correspondingly; s2, acting force is applied to the large-end flange and the small-end flange in the direction away from each other, so that each steel bar is in a straightened state; s3, the reinforcing ribs are spirally wound in the length direction of the reinforcing steel bars to envelope all the reinforcing steel bars, and a plurality of joints are arranged on each reinforcing steel bar to connect the reinforcing steel bars with the reinforcing ribs; s4, the large-end flange and the small-end flange are connected to the two ends of the special mold correspondingly, the reinforcing steel bars are kept in a stressed and straightened state in the mold, and concrete is placed in a cavity of the special mold; s5, the whole mold is put into a special centrifugal machine to be subjected to centrifugal forming; s6, carrying out steam curing treatment on the whole body after centrifugal forming; and S7, drying after demolding to obtain a telegraph pole product.
