DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0032] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0033] refer to Figure 1 The existing air-cooled charger and discharger is composed of the following: a storage frame (1) divided into a plurality of spaces; one or more charging and discharging fixtures (2) placed on one side (left side) of the storage frame (1); one or more power supply units (3) placed on the other side (right side) of the storage frame (1); a maintenance passage (4) placed in the center of the storage frame (1); one or more cooling fans (not shown) placed on one side or both sides of the power supply unit (3), etc.
[0034] However, as described above, due to its air cooling structure, the existing air cooling charger and discharger releases the heat generated by the power supply unit (3) into the internal (indoor) space as it is. Moreover, due to the released heat, the temperature of the internal space increases, and accordingly, it is necessary to add an air conditioning device. In addition, due to the radiator for cooling the power supply unit (3), it is difficult to reduce its size.
[0035] Moreover, the charge and discharge jig (2) and the power supply unit (3) are separately placed and positioned far away on opposite sides, so that the line connecting the charge and discharge jig (2) and the power supply unit (3) has a long length of approximately 8 m, and accordingly, heat release due to the long line is also a problem. In addition, the charge and discharge jig (2) and the power supply unit (3) are separately placed on opposite sides, and the size of the power supply unit (3) itself is large, and a maintenance passage (4) is also included, so that the degree of equipment integration in the same area is reduced.
[0036] refer to Figure 2 The water-cooled charger and discharger according to the present invention may be composed of a storage frame (10), a charging and discharging fixture (20), a water-cooled power supply unit (30), a cooler (40), a water supply pipe (50), a drainage pipe (51), etc. Most of these can be made of metal, etc.
[0037] The storage frame (10) is a support that stores the charge and discharge fixture (20) and the water-cooled power supply (30) and supports their weight, and it can be divided into a plurality of spaces to have a plurality of storage spaces, wherein the charge and discharge fixture (20) and the water-cooled power supply (30) can be integrated and stored in each storage space. The front surface and the rear surface of the storage frame (10), specifically the front surface and the rear surface of the storage space, can be opened. The storage frame (10) can be made of metal such as iron.
[0038] The size of each storage space is not particularly limited, but in order to reduce the installation area, it can have a certain size to the extent that it integrally stores the charging and discharging fixture (20) and the water-cooling power supply part (30) and leaves some free space. The number of storage spaces is not particularly limited, and for example, as in Figure 2 As shown in , it can be two or more in the vertical direction, and as shown in Fig.11 As shown in , it can be about 10±5 in the vertical direction and about 6±3 in the horizontal direction.
[0039] The charge and discharge jig (20) is used to charge and discharge the battery, and it can use the charge and discharge jig in a commonly used form, and it can also use a charge and discharge jig capable of charging and discharging a plurality of batteries at a time by installing a plurality of batteries. The charge and discharge jig (20) can be connected to a water-cooled power supply unit (30) through a line to receive power.
[0040] The water-cooled power supply unit (30) is used to supply power to the charge-discharge fixture (20), and is characterized in that it is a water-cooled type cooled by water. The water-cooled power supply unit (30) can be placed above and / or below the charge-discharge fixture (20). The water-cooled power supply unit (30) and the charge-discharge fixture (20) can be in direct contact with each other, or can be placed in close contact or adjacent to each other with a horizontal frame (12) interposed therebetween, and this arrangement can be called an integrated type.
[0041] When with Figure 1 When compared with the existing air cooling structure, in the water cooling structure according to the present invention, the charging and discharging fixture (20) and the water-cooling power supply unit (30) are integrated and stored in the storage frame (10), so that the total installation area can be reduced to about 1 / 3 of the existing air cooling structure. Moreover, a radiator and the like are unnecessary, so that the size of the power supply unit (30) itself can also be reduced to about half relative to the existing air cooling power supply unit. In addition, the charging and discharging fixture (20) and the water-cooling power supply unit (30) are placed in close contact with or adjacent to each other, so that the length of the line connecting the charging and discharging fixture (20) and the water-cooling power supply unit (30) can be shortened from about 8 m conventionally to 1.5 m or less.
[0042] The cooler (40) is used to release the heat energy generated from the water-cooled power supply (30) to the outside, particularly to the external cooling column, and it may be equipped with a typical refrigerant cycle and a pump, etc., to supply cooling water to the water-cooled power supply (30). The cooler (40) may be connected to the water-cooled power supply (30) through a water supply pipe (50) and a drainage pipe (51), but when the cooler (40) is connected to a plurality of water-cooled power supply (30), the water supply pipe (50) and the drainage pipe (51) may be branched into a plurality.
[0043] refer to Figures 3 to 7, there is a possibility that condensation occurs in the water-cooled power supply unit (30) when heat is dissipated by water cooling, but the present invention is characterized in that a first fan (36) is installed on the water-cooled power supply unit (30) to prevent condensation. By circulating the internal air of the water-cooled power supply unit (30) through the first fan (36), the temperature can be maintained constant. Specifically, although condensation can occur when the water-cooled power supply unit (30) is configured, external air enters from the output (line) part of the power supply unit (30), and the fan (36) is installed at the upper part and / or lower part of the power supply unit (30) to create air flow, thereby preventing condensation.
[0044] refer to Figure 4 , Figure 6 and Figure 7 The storage frame (10) may be composed of a plurality of vertical frames (11) and a plurality of horizontal frames (12) to form a plurality of storage spaces. The vertical frame (11) is an external support of the device, and it may be placed at both ends when viewed from the front. Figure 4 , a plurality of through holes (13) may be formed in the horizontal frame (12), and air cooled inside the water-cooled power supply part (30) may move into the charge and discharge fixture (20) through these through holes (13). Each through hole (13) may be disposed at the position of each first fan (36). The size of the through hole (13) may be the same as or smaller than the size of the first fan (36). The vertical frame (11) may not have a separate through hole.
[0045] refer to Figures 3 to 7 The charging and discharging fixture (20) may be composed of a fixture block (21), a clamp (22), a tray support (23), a single tray (24), a second fan (25), a temperature sensor (26), etc. Figures 4 to 7 , a plurality of charging and discharging fixtures (20) can be stacked in a plurality of layers in one storage space.
[0046] The jig stoppers (21) may be respectively disposed at both end portions of the charge and discharge jig (20), and may be formed in the form of stoppers.
[0047] The clamp (22) is used to hold the battery cell (70) and supply power to the battery cell (70), and it can also be expressed as a clamp. The battery cell (70) can be a pouch-type battery cell. The clamp (22) can be placed inside the two clamp stoppers (21). The clamp (22) can be divided into a positive clamp (22a) and a negative clamp (22b) respectively connected to the positive cell terminal tab (71a) and the negative cell terminal tab (71b).
[0048] The tray support (23) supports the single tray (24) and can be placed under the single tray (24).
[0049] The cell tray (24) is a place where the battery cell (70) is placed, and it can be placed at the upper part and / or the lower part of the battery cell (70). Figure 3 , a plurality of battery cells (70) may be erected and placed in a vertical direction at regular intervals on a cell tray (24). Figure 5 Etc., the battery cell ( 70 ) may be equipped with a positive electrode cell tab ( 71 a ) and a negative electrode cell tab ( 71 b ).
[0050] The second fan (25) is a cooling fan for suppressing the temperature increase inside the battery cell (70) by releasing the heat released by the cell terminal tab (71) to the outside, and can be placed on the side surface of the charge and discharge jig (20), and preferably, a plurality of fans can be placed on both side surfaces of the charge and discharge jig (20). In addition, referring to Figure 6 and Figure 7 , a plurality of second fans (25) may be placed from the front surface toward the rear surface. When the plurality of charge and discharge fixtures (20) are stacked in a plurality of layers in one storage space, the second fans (25) may be placed between two adjacent charge and discharge fixtures (20), and for example, as shown, the second fans (25) may be installed between the first and second charge and discharge fixtures (20).
[0051] The temperature sensor (26) is used to measure the temperature of the space in which the charging and discharging fixture (20) is placed. It can adjust and maintain the fixture space temperature by measuring the space temperature in the fixture and adjusting the speed of the first fan (36) depending on the temperature change. One or more temperature sensors (26) can be installed at a suitable location such as the fixture (20) or the frame (10).
[0052] refer to Figures 3 to 7 , the water-cooled power supply unit (30) may be equipped with a first fan (36), output terminals (37a, 37b), lines (38a, 38b, 38c, 38d), etc. Similar to the fixture (20), a plurality of water-cooled power supply units (30) may be stacked in a plurality of layers in one storage space. The outer shell of the water-cooled power supply unit (30), etc. may be made of metal such as aluminum. The water-cooled power supply unit (30) may be in close contact with the horizontal frame (12) for cooling and air transmission, etc. In addition, referring to Figure 4 A water supply pipe (50) through which cold water is supplied from the cooler (40) and a drainage pipe (51) through which hot water is discharged toward the cooler (40) may be connected to each power supply part (30).
[0053] The first fan (36) is a cooling fan for supplying air cooled inside the water-cooled power supply part (30) to the charging and discharging fixture (20), wherein, for this purpose, the power supply part (30) may include an empty space therein, the air in the empty space may be cooled by water cooling, and the cooled air may be released into the space on the fixture (20) side by the fan (36).
[0054] The first fan (36) may be placed adjacent to the cell tab (71) of the battery cell (70) and the clamp (22) of the charge and discharge jig (20), thereby cooling the cell tab (71) and the clamp (22). In this way, the spatial temperature of the jig (20) may be adjusted by supplying cooled air of the power supply unit (30) to certain portions of the clamp (22) and the cell tab (71) of the jig (20), and a constant temperature may be maintained by measuring the jig spatial temperature using a sensor (26) and adjusting the speed of the fan (36).
[0055] refer to Figure 4 The water-cooled power supply part (30) may be disposed above and below the charging and discharging fixture (20), respectively, and the first fan (36) may be disposed at the lower part of the upper water-cooled power supply part (30) and the upper part of the lower water-cooled power supply part (30). For example, when viewed from the front, the first fan (36) may be disposed at two corners of the power supply part (30), and with reference to Figure 6 and Figure 7 , multiple first fans can be placed from the front surface to the rear surface, but the position and number of the first fans (36) are not particularly limited.
[0056] The first fan (36) can create an up-and-down air flow to prevent condensation of the power supply part (30). Specifically, external air enters the space where the output line of the power supply part (30) is connected, and an air flow is created in the direction of the fixture (20) using the fan (36) to maintain the temperature of the space constant, thereby preventing condensation of the power supply part (30).
[0057] In addition, the first fan (36) can supply air cooled in the power supply unit (30) to the space of the clamp (20) and some parts of the clamp (22) and the cell tab (71) to cool them. When charging and discharging the battery, the cell tab (71) part has a characteristic that the temperature is relatively high due to contact resistance, etc., but the fan (36) in the power supply unit (30) faces the tab (71) part, thereby being able to cool it. For example, based on Figure 4In the double-layer clamp (20) shown in the figure, the fan (36) of the power supply part (30) placed on the upper side can cool the terminal piece (71) of the first-level clamp (20), and by installing the fan (36) in a reverse position relative to the power supply part below, the power supply part (30) placed on the lower side can cool the terminal piece (71) of the second-level clamp (20).
[0058] refer to Figure 4 , the flow direction of the air cooled in the power supply part (30) is indicated by an arrow, wherein the first fan (36) of the upper power supply part (30) can send air downward toward the fixture (20), the first fan (36) of the lower power supply part (30) can send air upward toward the fixture (20), and the second fan (25) placed on both side surfaces of the fixture (20) can send air in the left and right (horizontal) direction toward the vertical frame (11). The vertical frame (11) does not have a separate through hole, where the exothermic heat (hot air) of the monomer (70) can be discharged through the wall surface of the vertical frame (11). Finally, the air can be discharged from the opened front and rear surfaces of the storage space.
[0059] The output terminals (37a, 37b) are where power is output and refer to Figure 6 and Figure 7 , a plurality of output terminals may be placed on both side surfaces of the power supply part (30). It may be divided into Figure 6 The positive (+) output terminal (37a) and Figure 7 A negative (-) output terminal (37b) is formed in the output portion on a side surface of the power supply portion (30).
[0060] The circuits (38a, 38b, 38c, 38d) are used to electrically connect the clamp (22) and the output terminals (37a, 37b), and they can be divided into a first circuit (38a) connecting the first-level positive clamp (22a) and the first-level positive output terminal (37a), a second circuit (38b) connecting the second-level positive clamp (22a) and the second-level positive output terminal (37a), a third circuit (38c) connecting the first-level negative clamp (22b) and the first-level negative output terminal (37b), a fourth circuit (38d) connecting the second-level negative clamp (22b) and the second-level negative output terminal (37b), etc., and depending on the number of clamps (22) and output terminals (37a, 37b), they can be composed of multiple ones.
[0061] refer to Figure 8The water-cooled power supply unit (30) may include a power supply module (31) and a cooling module (32). The power supply module (31) may have a hexahedral shape with a low height and may include one or more power supplies. The cooling module (32) may have a hexahedral shape with a height lower than that of the power supply module (31), that is, a thin plate shape (cooling plate shape).
[0062] For cooling efficiency, the power supply module (31) and the cooling module (32) can be closely placed while being in contact with each other. Specifically, the cooling module (32) can be closely placed while being in close contact with at least one of the six surfaces of the hexahedral power supply module (31), preferably multiple surfaces including the upper surface and the lower surface with large areas. In addition, in order to increase the contact area, it is preferred that, with respect to one surface of the power supply module (31), the cooling module (32) is in contact with the entire area of the surface.
[0063] refer to Fig. 9 , the cooling module (32) may have a cooling water flow path (33) therein, through which cooling water supplied from the cooler (40) flows. The flow path pattern of the cooling water flow path (33) is not particularly limited, but as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it may preferably have a zigzag pattern to increase the residence time of the cooling water. Both end portions of the cooling water flow path (33) may be connected to a water supply port (34) and a drain port (35), respectively, and the water supply port (34) and the drain port (35) may be connected to a water supply pipe (50) and a drain pipe (51), respectively.
[0064] Figure 8 and Fig. 9 The water-cooled power supply unit (30) may be applied to Figures 2 to 7 , Fig.10 and Fig.11 at least one of .
[0065] refer to Fig.10 The charger and discharger according to the present invention may further include a cooling column (cooling tower) (60). The cooling column (60) is used to finally release the heat energy generated from the water-cooled power supply part (30), and it can be connected to the cooler (40) through the water supply pipe (52) and the drainage pipe (53), and can release the heat transferred from the cooler (40) to the outside. The cooling column (60) is preferably installed outside (outdoors) to prevent the temperature of the inside (indoor) space from increasing.
[0066] refer to Fig.11, a plurality of charging and discharging fixtures (20) and a water-cooled power supply unit (30) can be placed in multiple stages in at least one of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. In the accompanying drawings, they are placed in 10±5 rows, 6±3 columns, etc., but the number of rows and columns is not limited thereto. At the bottom, a common cooler (40) is placed in each column, whereby it can be connected to a plurality of water-cooled power supply units (30) stacked in the vertical direction in the relevant column. Only one cooling column (60) is placed outside (outdoors), whereby it can be connected to a plurality of coolers (40).
[0067] Fig.10 and Fig.11 The configuration can include Figures 2 to 8 at least one of the configurations.
[0068] The present invention aims to reduce the spatial temperature deviation during charging / discharging by a water cooling structure, and for this purpose, by constructing a water-cooled power supply section under the charging and discharging fixture section, etc., and using a cooler, it is possible to release heat to the external space (cooling column). Moreover, the distance between the fixture and the power supply section is short, so that the length of the line can be reduced from about 8m conventionally to 1.5m or less. In addition, when the power supply section has been made in a modular manner, it can be operated alone or in parallel, so that the capacity can be easily expanded.
[0069] When the present invention is compared with the existing air cooling structure, through the application of water cooling, the size of the power supply unit is reduced so that it can be placed under the fixture, etc.; the number of cooling fans used to cool the power supply unit is reduced from conventionally approximately 24 to approximately 2; the overall equipment size is reduced; the line length is reduced from conventionally approximately 8m to 1.5m or less; the temperature increase in the fixture space due to line heating is suppressed; heat is released to the external cooling column through the cooler, so that the increase in indoor temperature is suppressed; and the temperature of the power supply unit can be adjusted to a constant temperature regardless of operation.
[0070] As described above, the present invention has the following advantages: by applying a water-cooled chiller, the heat generated in the power supply part is released to the external cooling column, when the power supply part is operated, the rapid temperature increase is suppressed by supplying cooling water at a constant temperature, the effect of the increase in the internal space temperature due to the heat generation of the power supply part during the charging / discharging operation is fundamentally eliminated, and the length of the line is shorter than that of the existing line, so that even when the current capacity is increased, the influence caused by the line can be minimized, and since the exothermic heat from the power supply part is released to the outside, the deviation of the internal space temperature in the future can be improved.
[0071] In addition, according to the present invention, condensation in the water-cooled power supply part can be prevented by maintaining the temperature of the water-cooled power supply part constant via a fan, and the jig can also be cooled by supplying air cooled in the power supply part to the jig.
