[0047] The conveyor 36 in the feed chamber 35 has a cutting input shaft (feed chamber conveyor shaft) 38 provided at the front of the threshing section 7 and with the left and right directions as the axial direction as a driving shaft supporting the conveying end side. The rear end of the feeder 30 is supported by the cutting input shaft 38 so as to be rotatable with the left and right directions as the rotation axis direction. A lifting cylinder 39 is sandwiched between the lower surface of the feed chamber 35 and the machine frame 6.
[0048] like Figure 4 As shown, the feed chamber 35 has left and right side surfaces 91, a lower surface 92, and an upper surface 93, and the above-mentioned surfaces constitute a cylindrical body with front and rear ends opened. The upper surface 93 has a rear upper surface 93a and a front upper surface 93b, both of which are inclined planes inclined forward and downward, and has a curved surface shape with the front and rear central parts set as the top when viewed from the side. The rear upper surface 93a is a surface that is gently inclined forward and downward relative to the front upper surface 93b.
[0049] The conveyor 36 is a chain conveyor having the following components: chains 95 which are provided parallel to each other on the left and right sides in the feed chamber 35; and a plurality of plates 96 which are provided between the left and right chains 95. The conveyor 36 is such that the rear side portion of the chain 95 is wound around sprocket wheels 97 which are provided on the left and right sides of the harvesting input shaft 38 so as to rotate integrally with the harvesting input shaft 38, and the front side portion of the chain 95 is wound around a cylindrical front roller 98 provided at the front end portion in the feed chamber 35. The front roller 98 is rotatably supported by a conveyor driven shaft 98a whose axial direction is the left and right direction.
[0050] According to this structure, the conveyor 36 is driven by rotating the cutting input shaft 38 in the counterclockwise direction (left direction) when viewed from the left (see FIG. Figure 4 , arrow A1), the ear stalks taken into the feeding chamber 35 by the raking auger 37 are hooked on the plate 96 and conveyed obliquely upward and backward. The ear stalks conveyed by the conveyor 36 are conveyed from the feeding chamber 35 through the threshing port 7a (refer to Figure 1 ) and supplied to the threshing section 7.
[0051] The threshing section 7 and the screening section 8 are described. The threshing section 7 includes: a threshing drum 41, which is arranged in a threshing chamber in which the threshing port 7a is opened to the front side; and a receiving net 42, which is arranged below the threshing drum 41. The threshing drum 41 is supported by a threshing drum shaft with the front-to-rear direction as the axial direction so as to be rotatable. On the upper side of the threshing drum 41, a plurality of dust conveying valves (not shown in the figure) for adjusting the conveying speed (retention time) of the threshed material in the threshing chamber are provided in an angle-adjustable manner. The receiving net 42 allows the grains to leak downward, and is provided along the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the threshing drum 41.
[0052] The screening unit 8 includes a swing screening tray 43 as a swing unit disposed below the receiving net 42 , a first-grade product conveyor 45 , a second-grade product conveyor 46 , and a winnowing machine 47 .
[0053] The swing screening tray 43 has a structure for specific gravity screening, such as a feed tray, a coarse screen arranged behind the feed tray and adjusting the amount of grain leakage, and a grain screen arranged below the coarse screen. The first-grade conveyor 45 is arranged in a first-grade guide groove extending along the width direction of the machine body in a manner that allows the first-grade grains to be collected. The second-grade conveyor 46 is arranged in a second-grade guide groove extending along the width direction of the machine body at the rear position of the first-grade conveyor 45 in a manner that allows the second-grade grains to be collected. The winnowing machine 47 conveys the screening air passing from the front lower part to the rear upper part relative to the swing screening tray 43.
[0054] In addition, a restoration conveyor 48 is provided on the left side of the machine body of the portion where the threshing section 7 and the screening section 8 are arranged. The restoration conveyor 48 is provided so that the lower end is located near the second-grade product conveyor 46 and is connected to the second-grade product conveyor 46, and the upper end is located near the front end of the threshing cylinder 41 and is extended to be inclined forward and upward. In addition, at the upper end of the restoration conveyor 48 and in front of the threshing cylinder 41, an upper conveyor (not shown) extending in the left-right direction is provided.
[0055] The combine harvester 1 having the above-mentioned structure raises the harvesting section 3 to a desired height (a harvesting height of the ear stalk of the harvested crop) relative to the ground in the field by lifting and lowering the feeder 30 whose harvesting input shaft 38 is used as a support shaft, and then changes from a non-operating state to an operating state, and travels in this state using the traveling body 2. Thus, the combine harvester 1 divides the harvested crops into harvesting targets and non-harvesting targets using the left and right grain dividing bodies 33, 33, and harvests the pod-bearing portions of the ear stalks of the harvesting targets by raking and gathering the pod-bearing portions on the ear tip side of the ear stalks using the raking and gathering wheels 34.
[0056] The pod-bearing part of the ear stalk cut at the desired cutting position is raked and gathered into the grain harvesting platform 31 by means of a rotationally driven raking auger 37, and gathered near the entrance of the feeding chamber 35 in the left and right central parts of the grain harvesting platform 31, and then the pod-bearing part is fed into the threshing port 7a through the feeding chamber 35 by means of a conveyor 36 in the feeding chamber 35 and supplied to the threshing section 7.
[0057] While the ear stalks supplied to the threshing section 7 are conveyed backward by the rotating threshing cylinder 41, threshing is mainly performed between the threshing cylinder 41 and the receiving net 42. Grains and other threshed materials smaller than the mesh size of the receiving net 42 leak downward from the receiving net 42. Straw scraps and the like that have not leaked downward from the receiving net 42 are discharged to the field from the dust discharge port provided at the rear of the screening section 8 by the conveying action of the threshing cylinder 41. On the other hand, the grains (threshed materials) that are threshed by the threshing section 7 and leak downward from the receiving net 42 are screened out by the specific gravity screening action of the swinging screening plate 43 and the wind screening action of the winnowing machine 47 to separate the fine grains and other grains (first-class products), a mixture of grains and straw such as grains with stalks (second-class products), and straw scraps and the like and take them out.
[0058] The grains (first-class products) falling down from the swing screening plate 43 after screening by the screening part 8 are conveyed to the grain box 10 by means of the first-class product conveyor 45 and the winnowing conveyor (not shown) connected thereto. The second-class products are returned to the threshing start end side of the threshing cylinder 41 by means of the second-class product conveyor 46 and the return conveyor 48 and the upper conveyor connected thereto, and are threshed again. Straw scraps and the like are discharged to the field from the dust discharge port provided at the rear of the screening part 8.

In addition, the right side portion of the cab 16 is formed by the right side wall portion 54 and the right side portion of the roof 55. Hereinafter, in the cab 16, the left side portion including the left side wall portion 53 and the left side portion of the roof 55 is referred to as the cab left side surface portion 79.
[0070] The combine harvester 1 according to the present embodiment includes an antenna unit 80 for receiving position information from a satellite. The antenna unit 80 is supported by the cab 16 via a predetermined support member so as to be located near the left side of the upper portion of the cab left side surface 79.
[0071] The antenna unit 80 has a box-shaped outer shape that is approximately rectangular when viewed from above, and is arranged in an orientation in which the longitudinal direction is set as the front-rear direction. The antenna unit 80 is arranged at a height position that is substantially the same as the roof 55 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the antenna unit 80 is arranged such that the dimension in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the dimension in the vertical direction of the side portion 75b of the roof panel 75, and the substantially entire vertical direction is located within the height range of the side portion 75b of the roof panel 75 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the height position of the upper end of the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 is set to be substantially the same as the height position of the upper surface portion 75a of the roof panel 75.
[0072] The antenna unit 80 is arranged such that approximately half of the front side is located forward of the upper end of the left front pillar 61 in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the antenna unit 80 is arranged such that the rear end is located in front of the left upper window 64 in the front-rear direction, and the front end is located between the upper end of the front surface 51 and the front end of the roof 55. The antenna unit 80 is arranged such that it has a size of approximately 1 / 3 of the overall length of the roof 55 in the front-rear direction, and is located in the front of the left side relative to the roof 55 (see FIG. Figure 7 ).
[0073] Antenna unit 80 is disposed so that the right side surface is located to the left of side surface portion 75b on the left side of roof panel 75 in the left-right direction.
[0074] According to the arrangement structure of the antenna unit 80, in the structure in which the cab 16 is provided at the right front part of the body of the combine harvester 1, the antenna unit 80 is located substantially in the center of the entire combine harvester 1 in the left-right direction (see Figure 3 ). In addition, since the antenna unit 80 is located on the left side of the front portion of the roof 55 , the light distribution of the lighting unit 58 and the field of vision from the cab 16 are not obstructed by the antenna unit 80 .
[0075] In addition, a space is formed on the left side of the cab 16 and between the grain discharge conveyor 13 in the storage state, and the antenna unit 80 is arranged using this space. The grain discharge conveyor 13 rotates to the right side or upward of the machine body from the storage state. Here, a restricted area for the rotation (swing) of the grain discharge conveyor 13 in the operation control of the grain discharge conveyor 13 is set in a manner that does not cause the grain discharge conveyor 13 to interfere with the cab 16 and the antenna unit 80.
[0076] The antenna unit 80 is configured as a positioning unit for receiving radio waves from a positioning satellite to measure the position of the combine harvester 1. The antenna unit 80 includes a receiving device 81 as a receiving unit, an inertial navigation device 82 as a computing unit, a wireless communication device 83 as a communication unit, and a housing 84 for housing the above devices. The antenna unit 80 constitutes an automatic steering control system of the combine harvester 1.
[0077] The receiving device 81 receives radio waves from positioning satellites, converts the received radio waves into signals, and transmits them to the inertial navigation device 82. The receiving device 81 is, for example, a GNSS receiver (GNSS antenna) that receives radio waves from a GNSS satellite group, a GPS receiver (GPS antenna) that receives radio waves from GPS (Global Positioning System) satellites, and the like.
[0078] The inertial navigation device 82 measures the rotation of three axes and the acceleration in three directions, and calculates the posture and orientation data. In addition, the inertial navigation device 82 calculates the position data based on the signal sent from the receiving device 81. The inertial navigation device 82 functions as a computing device that calculates the position data based on the position information from the receiving device 81. For example, the inertial navigation device 82 improves the reliability of the posture and orientation data calculated by the inertial navigation device 82 by carrying a GNSS receiver.
[0079] The antenna unit 80 is equipped with an inertial navigation device 82, so that even if it is unable to receive radio waves from positioning satellites due to bad weather, radio wave obstacles, etc., it is possible to use inertial navigation to calculate the moving speed, moving distance, etc. based on the acceleration in three directions detected by the inertial navigation device 82 to determine the position.
[0080] The wireless communication device 83 transmits the position data and posture and orientation data calculated by the inertial navigation device 82 to the outside through wireless communication. The wireless communication device 83 is, for example, a data communication device using a wireless LAN (Local Area Network) or mobile communication. The data transmitted from the wireless communication device 83 is received by, for example, a portable terminal held by an operator, an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of the combine harvester 1, etc., and is used to confirm the position in the field, the posture of the combine harvester 1 (the inclination of the front, back, left, and right, etc.), etc.
[0081] The housing 84 includes a lower housing body 85 constituting the lower portion of the housing 84 and an upper housing body 86 constituting the upper portion of the housing 84, and the housing bodies form a storage space and form the outer shape of the antenna unit 80. The housing 84 is formed into a relatively flat box-shaped outer shape with the front-rear direction as the longitudinal direction by the lower housing body 85 and the upper housing body 86. The lower housing body 85 and the upper housing body 86 are, for example, resin components.
[0082] The lower housing 85 is a box-shaped member with an open upper side, and has: a horizontal bottom portion 85a; and a peripheral wall portion 85b, which includes side portions on the front, back, left, and right sides, and a rectangular opening portion formed by the upper edge (see Fig. 9 ). The upper housing 86 is a cover-shaped portion that covers the opening of the lower housing 85 from the upper side. The upper housing 86 forms a rectangular edge portion with the front, rear, left and right faces, and is arranged so that the edge portion fits with the rectangular opening of the lower housing 85. The upper housing 86 fits with the lower housing 85 in a state where the lower opening edge portion overlaps with the upper opening edge portion of the lower housing 85 from the outside. The two housings are fastened by a fixing member 87 such as a bolt that penetrates the fitting portion of each other (see Fig. 9 ) are fixed to each other at multiple locations.
[0083] In the housing 84, the wireless communication device 83, the receiving device 81, and the inertial navigation device 82 are arranged at predetermined intervals in this order from the front to the rear. The above devices are provided in the housing 84 in a state where they are fixed to a mounting plate (not shown) provided on the upper side of the bottom surface portion 85a of the lower housing body 85 by fixing members such as bolts.
[0084] As described above, the antenna unit 80 is configured as an integrated unit that accommodates the receiving device 81, the inertial navigation device 82, and the wireless communication device 83 in the housing 84. Thus, the antenna unit 80 can be easily mounted on the machine body and has high versatility for various models.
[0085] In addition, regarding the configuration structure of the antenna unit 80, the antenna unit 80 is located in the substantially central part of the left-right direction of the combine harvester 1, thereby reducing the error when obtaining the position information and posture orientation information of the combine harvester 1, and obtaining good positioning accuracy. In addition, the antenna unit 80 is set at a height position substantially the same as the roof 55 of the cab 16 at a higher position in the combine harvester 1, so that good positioning accuracy can be obtained.
[0086] The positioning data (position data and posture and orientation data) acquired by the antenna unit 80 is used to control the autonomous combine harvester 1 that operates while autonomously traveling on a preset path. The position data is used, for example, to determine whether the combine harvester 1 is traveling along a prescribed path. In addition, the posture and orientation data is used, for example, to identify the slope of the combine harvester 1 and confirm the driving state of the combine harvester 1 and the state of the field. In addition, the operator can send real-time instructions to the combine harvester 1 by receiving the transmission data from the wireless communication device 83 in a portable terminal or the like.
[0087] The configuration of the antenna unit 80 is not limited to the present embodiment. The antenna unit 80 may be configured such that, for example, the receiving device 81 has a function as a calculation unit that calculates position data based on position information received by the receiving device 81 and the inertial navigation device 82 is omitted.

[0109] The support frame 100 having the above structure is configured as a frame portion that has a frame shape along a substantially rectangular outer shape with the front-to-back direction as the longitudinal direction and the right side as the open side, due to the front side edge of the front arm portion 102 and the front support bracket 103, the rear side edge of the rear side portion 112 of the main frame portion 101, and the left side edge of the front-to-back extension side portion 111 in a plan view. Furthermore, the support frame 100 forms a rectangular closed space portion 120 with the front-to-back direction as the longitudinal direction together with the left side edge of the roof panel 75 in a plan view.
[0110] Antenna unit 80 is supported by support frame 100 fixedly supported by cab 16 as described above. Antenna unit 80 is supported by front and rear extending sides 111 of main frame portion 101 of support frame 100 in a state of being fixed to support brackets 130 provided at two locations in the front and rear.
[0111] The front support bracket 130A located on the front side of the two support brackets 130 is provided at the front end of the front-rear extension portion 111, that is, the front end of the front extension portion 111a relative to the support frame 100. The rear support bracket 130B located on the rear side of the two support brackets 130 is provided at the rear portion of the fixing portion of the forearm portion 102 at the front of the front-rear extension portion 111.
[0112] The support bracket 130 is a long strip-shaped member bent to form a plate-shaped member, and is disposed on the upper side of the front-rear extension portion 111 in a manner that the longitudinal direction is set to the left-right direction and is orthogonal to the axial direction of the front-rear extension portion 111 when viewed from above. The support bracket 130 has a right end fixed to the front-rear extension portion 111 and extends from the front-rear extension portion 111 toward the left to form an arm-shaped portion. The two support brackets 130 are arranged symmetrically or substantially symmetrically in the front-rear direction with the fixing portion of the front arm portion 102 of the front-rear extension portion 111 as the center (see FIG. 1 ). Fig.10 ).
[0113] The support bracket 130 has front and rear side portions 131, 131 parallel to each other, and a horizontal upper surface portion 133, and the above-mentioned surface portions are formed into a substantially U-shaped shape with the lower side being an open side when viewed from the side. Regarding the rear support bracket 130B, a semicircular cutout portion 134 for fitting the front and rear extended side portions 111 is formed at the lower side of the right end portion of the front and rear side portions 131. Similarly, the cutout portion 134 is formed at the rear side portion 131 of the front support bracket 130A. In addition, the front support bracket 130A has an extended plate portion 135 that extends the right side portion of the front side side portion 131 downward, and the front end surface of the front and rear extended side portions 111 is covered from the front side by the extended plate portion 135.
[0114] The support bracket 130 is fixed to the front and rear extension side portion 111 by welding or the like in a state where the front and rear extension side portion 111 is fitted into the cutout portion 134. Regarding the front support bracket 130A, the front end portion of the front and rear extension side portion 111 is fixed to the rear side of the front side side portion 131 by welding or the like. The support bracket 130 has a dimension in the length direction that is shorter than the dimension in the width direction (left-right direction) of the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 and is longer than half of the same dimension.
[0115] The support bracket 130 has a substantially triangular shape with the dimension in the vertical direction gradually decreasing from the right side to the left side, so that the lower edge of the portion extending from the front and rear extension side 111 to the left side is formed into a lower inclined side 136 that is inclined upward from the right side to the left side. The upper surface 133 of the support bracket 130 serves as a support surface for receiving the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 to be installed.
[0116] The housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 is fixed to the upper surface 133 of the support bracket 130 with the fixing bolts 137 relative to the front and rear support brackets 130. The fixing portions based on the fixing bolts 137 are provided at two locations, namely, the left end portion and the left and right middle portions, of each support bracket 130. Therefore, holes 133a (see FIG. 1 ) for passing the fixing bolts 137 are formed at two locations, namely, the left end portion and the left and right middle portions, of the upper surface 133 of the support bracket 130. Fig.10 ). In this way, the antenna unit 80 is fixed to the front and rear support brackets 130 at two locations respectively, for a total of four locations, by the fixing bolts 137.

The internal thread portion 138 is composed of a cylindrical member having a screw hole, and is fixed to the housing 84 in such a manner that the screw hole opens to face the bottom surface portion 85a of the lower housing body 85 of the housing 84. The internal thread portion 138 is provided at four locations corresponding to the fixing portion based on the fixing bolt 137. The fixing bolt 137 penetrates the upper surface portion 133 of the support bracket 130 from the bottom side and is screwed into the internal thread portion 138, thereby fixing the housing 84 to the support bracket 130 (see Fig.13 ).
[0118] In this way, the antenna unit 80 is provided in a state supported by the front and rear support brackets 130 fixedly provided on the main frame portion 101 of the support frame 100. The front support bracket 130A is located at the lower side of the front portion of the antenna unit 80, and the rear support bracket 130B is located at the lower side of the rear portion of the antenna unit 80. The antenna unit 80 is provided so that the front end portion of the housing 84 is located further forward than the front support bracket 130A, and the rear end portion of the housing 84 is located further rearward than the rear support bracket 130B.
[0119] like Fig.10As shown, in the left-right direction, the support bracket 130 is arranged so that its left end is located further to the right than the left end of the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80, and the right end protrudes to the right from the housing 84. The antenna unit 80 is arranged so that the right edge of the housing 84 is roughly consistent with the left end of the front-rear extension edge 111 when viewed from above. The antenna unit 80 is located on the left front side relative to the support frame 100, and is arranged so that the housing 84 does not overlap with the rectangular closed space 120 formed by the support frame 100 and the roof panel 75 when viewed from above (see FIG. 1 ). Fig.10 ).
[0120] Regarding the supporting structure of the antenna unit 80 as described above, the antenna unit 80 is supported at the front of the supporting frame 100. Fig.10 As shown, the front and rear support brackets 130 are provided at a portion of the support frame 100 that is further forward than the front and rear center position C0, and the front half of the support frame 100 is used as a support portion for the antenna unit 80. The front and rear center position C0 is the center position between the position C1 of the front end surface of the front and rear extension edge portion 111 constituting the front end of the support frame 100 and the position C2 of the rear edge end of the fixed surface portion 104a of the rear support bracket 104 constituting the rear end of the support frame 100 in the front and rear direction.
[0121] The antenna unit 80 is arranged so that the entire housing 84 is located forward of the front-rear center position C0 in the front-rear direction. That is, the antenna unit 80 is arranged so that the rear end of the housing 84 is located forward of the front-rear center position C0.
[0122] In addition, the antenna unit 80 is arranged so that the entire housing 84 overlaps with the feed chamber 35 in a plan view (see Figure 3 ) Specifically, the antenna unit 80 is disposed so as to be located substantially in the left-right center of the front portion of the feed chamber 35 in a plan view.
[0123] The support frame 100 is provided with cable clamping portions 126 for fixing cables (not shown) extending from the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 at multiple locations on the main frame portion 101. The cables extending from the housing 84 are, for example, a collection cable that collects cables including power supply lines and signal lines connected to the receiving device 81, the inertial navigation device 82, and the wireless communication device 83 of the antenna unit 80 into one.
[0124] A plurality of cable clamping parts 126 are disposed at the rear of the main frame part 101. The cable clamping part 126 has a structure in which a band-shaped clamping member 126b whose size of the through-portion can be adjusted according to the size of the cable is attached to a horizontal plate-shaped stay 126a fixed to the main frame part 101 by welding or the like. The cables extending from the housing 84 to the outside are laid along the main frame part 101 by the plurality of cable clamping parts 126.
[0125] In addition, regarding the support frame 100, a support stay 128 for supporting an auxiliary antenna 127 provided in the combine harvester 1 is provided on the main frame portion 101. The auxiliary antenna 127 is an antenna for acquiring auxiliary information such as GPS correction information in the automatic steering control system of the combine harvester 1 based on the antenna unit 80. The auxiliary antenna 127 is a straight rod-shaped member.
[0126] The auxiliary antenna 127 receives correction information from a communication carrier base station such as a self-installed antenna, a communication carrier body, or a fixed base station installed by an autonomous group, etc., through a communication means such as an Internet line. The antenna unit 80 corrects the position information from the positioning satellite received by the receiving device 81 using the inertial navigation device 82, etc. based on the correction information received by the auxiliary antenna 127, and outputs (transmits) the position information of the local unit using the wireless communication device 83, etc.
[0127] Auxiliary antenna 127 is supported by rear side portion 112 of main frame portion 101 via support stay 128. Support stay 128 is provided at the left and right middle portion of rear side portion 112 and fixed to rear side portion 112 by welding or the like so that the plate-like member protrudes horizontally toward the rear.
[0128] A support recess 128a having a cutout shape and an open left side is formed at the rear of the support stay 128. The support stay 128 serves as a mounting base for the auxiliary antenna 127, and supports the auxiliary antenna 127 in an upright state when the lower end of the auxiliary antenna 127 is engaged with the support recess 128a. The auxiliary antenna 127 is fixed to the support stay 128 by screw fastening or the like. The height of the auxiliary antenna 127 is not limited, and in the present embodiment, the auxiliary antenna 127 is arranged so that its tip (upper end) is located below the upper surface portion 75a of the roof panel 75.
[0129] As described above, the combine harvester 1 is configured to include: the cab 16 covering the driving unit 15; and the feeder 30 provided on the left side of the cab 16, and provided with a support frame 100 provided on the upper part of the left side surface 79 of the cab as a support portion for supporting a predetermined device on the cab 16. In the present embodiment, the antenna unit 80 is supported by the support frame 100. That is, the combine harvester 1 includes the antenna unit 80 provided in a state of being supported by the support frame 100.
[0130] The device supported by the support frame 100 is not limited to the antenna unit 80. The device supported by the support frame 100 may be, for example, a state display device such as a stacked lamp (display lamp). In a combine harvester that operates while driving automatically, the state display device is a device for notifying various states of the machine body, for example, switching the display content according to the reception state of the radio wave sent from the GPS satellite, and notifying the reception state of the radio wave to a person outside the machine body.
[0131] Regarding the structure in which support frame 100 is provided with respect to cab 16 , front support bracket 103 constituting support frame 100 has cab hanging hole 139 as a portion for hanging a hook, wire, etc. for hanging cab 16 .
[0132] The cab suspension hole 139 is an example of a stopper for suspending the cab 16. The cab suspension hole 139 is a portion of the front support bracket 103 in which a substantially rectangular opening 139a is formed through the support surface portion 103b, and is provided at a substantially central portion in the vertical direction on the fixed surface portion 103a side (right side) on the base side of the support surface portion 103b.
[0133] When the cab 16 is mounted on the chassis, for example, during assembly of the combine harvester 1, it is transported in a suspended state by a crane or the like. Therefore, in order to suspend the cab 16 by a crane or the like, a hook is hooked on the cab suspension hole 139 or a wire is passed through the cab suspension hole 139. The cab 16 is, for example, in a two-point suspended state. In this case, a locking portion (not shown) for a hook or the like is provided at a position on the right rear side of the cab 16 that is diagonally located relative to the front support bracket 103 located on the left front side of the cab 16 when viewed from above.
[0134] Thus, the support frame 100 has the support surface portion 103b of the front support bracket 103 provided with the cab suspension hole portion 139. That is, the support surface portion 103b of the front support bracket 103 is a protruding frame portion that protrudes laterally from the cab left side surface portion 79 that is the side portion on the center side (left side) of the body of the cab 16, and the cab suspension hole portion 139 for suspending the cab 16 is provided on the support surface portion 103b. In addition, the locking portion for suspending the cab 16 is not limited to the opening portion such as the cab suspension hole portion 139, and may be, for example, a protruding portion or a hook-shaped portion.
[0135] According to the combine harvester 1 according to the present embodiment having the above-described structure, the feeder 30 for conveying the ear stalks harvested by the harvesting section 3 and supplying them to the threshing section 7 is provided, and thus the safety of the operator performing maintenance work on the threshing section 7 and the like can be improved.
[0136] The combine harvester 1 includes a support frame 100 provided on the upper portion of the left side wall portion 53 constituting the left side portion of the cab 16. According to such a configuration, a part of the support frame 100 can be used as a handrail for the operator, so that the operator can work safely.
[0137] Specifically, if Figure 1 and Figure 3 As shown, regarding the combine harvester 1 equipped with the feeder 30, when, for example, the rotor cover 7c covering the upper side of the threshing chamber of the threshing section 7 is opened to perform maintenance work on the threshing section 7 (for example, operation of the dust sending valve, removal of clogged ear stalks, etc.), or maintenance work on the antenna unit 80 is performed, the upper surface portion 93 (see Figure 4 ) is used as a scaffold above the feeding room 35. In this case, the operator 140 works while climbing up to the feeding room 35 at a higher position. In this case, the support frame 100, especially the main frame portion 101, can be used as a handrail, so the operator 140 can work safely even at a higher place. In addition, by using the support frame 100 as a handrail, the operator 140 can easily change the body posture on the feeding room 35. As a result, the workability on the feeding room 35 can be improved.
[0138] exist Figure 1 In the example shown, the operator 140 stands on the rear upper surface portion 93a (see FIG. 1 ) of the upper surface portion 93 of the feed chamber 35, which has a relatively gentle slope. Figure 4 The support frame 100 is located at a height near the waist of the operator 140 standing on the rear upper surface portion 93a of the feed chamber 35.
[0139] The ladder 141 provided on the left side of the feeder 30 is used for climbing and descending relative to the upper surface portion 93 of the feed chamber 35. The ladder 141 is provided on the base of the traveling body 2 in the vertical direction at the position of the left side of the rear portion of the feed chamber 35. The ladder 141 is arranged so that the upper end is located above the upper surface portion 93 of the feed chamber 35 and below the upper surface portion 7b formed by the rotor cover 7c of the threshing section 7.
[0140] When climbing and descending on the feed chamber 35 using the ladder 141, the operator 140 can use the support frame 100 as a grip (handle). Thus, the operator 140 can climb and descend on the feed chamber 35 safely and easily, thereby improving safety and obtaining good workability.
[0141] In addition, the antenna unit 80 is mounted on the support frame 100, and the support frame 100 is used as a frame for supporting the antenna unit 80. According to this structure, the support frame 100 supporting the antenna unit 80 can be used as a handrail, so the support frame 100 also used as a handrail can be realized with a cheap and simple structure, thereby improving safety and workability.
[0142] In addition, the antenna unit 80 is disposed at the front of the support frame 100. According to this structure, the rear of the support frame 100 can be set as a non-support portion of the antenna unit 80, so the rear of the support frame 100 can be easily used as a handrail for the operator. Thus, safety and workability can be improved.
[0143] In particular, in the present embodiment, the support frame 100 is configured as a frame portion having a substantially rectangular outer shape with the front-rear direction as the longitudinal direction and the right side as the open side in a plan view. According to this structure, by supporting the antenna unit 80 at the front portion of the support frame 100, the frame portion having an L-shaped shape in a plan view including the rear portion of the front-rear extension side portion 111 and the rear side portion 112, which is the rear portion of the support frame 100, can be used as an armrest portion. Thus, the support frame 100 can easily and sufficiently ensure a function as an armrest for the operator.
[0144] In addition, regarding the support frame 100, a cab suspension hole 139 is provided in the front support bracket 103. According to this structure, the front support bracket 103, which is a structural component of the support frame 100, can be used as a suspension metal part when assembling the cab 16. As a result, there is no need to separately provide a locking portion for suspending the cab 16, which can achieve a reduction in the number of parts and a simplification of the structure. In addition, the cab suspension hole 139 is used as a part for locking the safety rope of the combine harvester 1 when getting on and off the combine harvester 1, for example, when transporting the combine harvester 1.
[0145] In addition, the antenna unit 80 is supported by the front and rear support brackets 130 extending toward the left side from the support frame 100, and is arranged on the left and right outer sides (left sides) of the closed space portion 120 in a manner not to overlap with the closed space portion 120 based on the support frame 100 when viewed from above. According to this structure, sufficient support strength can be obtained for the antenna unit 80, and the distance between the roof 55 and the antenna unit 80 can be ensured, so that good reception can be obtained.
[0146] like Fig. 9 As shown, regarding the antenna unit 80, the receiving range α2 of the antenna is defined by the predetermined elevation angle α1 when viewed from the front. The elevation angle α1 is, for example, approximately 10°, and in this case, the receiving range α2 is approximately 160°. In order to ensure the receiving range α2, it is preferred to place the antenna unit 80 on the cab 16 side ( Fig. 9 The left side in FIG. 1 ) makes the receiving range α2 (refer to the straight line L1 showing the left end of the receiving range α2) not interfere with the roof 55 of the cab 16.
[0147] Therefore, according to the support structure of the antenna unit 80 by the support frame 100 and the support bracket 130, the roof 55 and the antenna unit 80 are arranged at substantially the same height, so that the antenna unit 80 can be arranged at a position separated to a certain extent from the roof 55. As a result, the reception range of the antenna can be suppressed from interfering with the roof 55, and good reception performance of the antenna unit 80 can be obtained.
[0148] [Second embodiment]
[0149] use Figures 14 to 16 In the second embodiment of the present invention described below, the same names or the same reference numerals are used for the configurations that are common or correspond to those in the first embodiment, and the description of the overlapping contents is appropriately omitted.
[0150] like Figures 14 to 16 As shown, the combine harvester according to the present embodiment includes a reinforcement frame 200 that supports the support frame 100A on the cab 16. The support frame 100A according to the present embodiment includes: a frame body 151 that constitutes a main body portion of the support frame 100A; a front support bracket 153 that supports the front end of the frame body 151 on the cab 16; and a rear support bracket 154 that supports the rear end of the frame body 151 on the cab 16.
[0151] The frame body 151 is composed of a circular tubular member having a predetermined bending shape or a curved shape. The tubular member constituting the frame body 151 has an outer diameter (thickness) that is easy for an operator to grasp. The frame body 151 is located near the lower edge of the side surface portion 75b on the left side of the roof panel 75 when viewed from the left, and is arranged horizontally along the upper edge of the left upper window portion 64. The frame body 151 is arranged so that its front end is located further forward than the transparent plate 57 of the front surface portion 51 of the cab 16 and further rearward than the front end portion of the roof 55. The frame body 151 is arranged so that its rear end is located directly behind the upper end portion of the left rear pillar portion 62.
[0152] As the part constituting the top view shape of the cylindrical component, the frame body 151 has a front inclined portion 161, an outer front and rear extension portion 162, a rear inclined portion 163, an inner front and rear extension portion 164 and a rear left and right extension portion 165 in order from the front end to the rear end.
[0153] The front inclined portion 161 is a portion that is inclined from the right side to the left side and from the rear side to the front side, and is a portion that extends obliquely to the left and front from the left side wall portion 53 of the cab 16. The right end of the front inclined portion 161 becomes the front end of the frame body 151. The inclination angle of the front inclined portion 161 relative to the left and right directions is approximately 45 degrees. The outer front and rear extension portion 162 is a portion that sets the front and rear directions as the axial direction, and extends from the left end of the front inclined portion 161 toward the rear in a manner that forms an acute angle with the front inclined portion 161. The corner between the front inclined portion 161 and the outer front and rear extension portion 162 is a curved portion 166.
[0154] The rear inclined portion 163 is a portion inclined in the same direction as the front inclined portion 161, and extends from the rear end of the outer front-back extending portion 162 toward the right oblique rear in a manner that forms an obtuse angle with the outer front-back extending portion 162. The corner between the outer front-back extending portion 162 and the rear inclined portion 163 is a curved portion 167. The inner front-back extending portion 164 is a portion that is located inward (rightward) of the outer front-back extending portion 162 in the left-right direction, with the front-back direction being the axial direction, and extends from the right end of the rear inclined portion 163 toward the rear in a manner that forms an obtuse angle with the rear inclined portion 163. The corner between the rear inclined portion 163 and the inner front-back extending portion 164 is a curved portion 168.
[0155] The rear left-right extension portion 165 is a portion with the left-right direction as the axial direction, and extends toward the right side from the rear end portion of the inner front-back extension portion 164 so as to form a right-angled corner portion with the inner front-back extension portion 164. The corner portion between the inner front-back extension portion 164 and the rear left-right extension portion 165 is a curved portion 169. The right end portion of the rear left-right extension portion 165 is the rear end portion of the frame body 151.
[0156] The rear end of the frame body 151 is fixed to the rear upper side plate 68 of the cab 16 by means of the rear support bracket 154 in the same manner as the fixing structure of the rear edge portion 112 of the main frame portion 101 based on the rear support bracket 104 involved in the first embodiment. That is, the rear support bracket 154 is a bent plate-shaped member having an approximately L-shaped shape and having a fixing surface portion 154a and a supporting surface portion 154b, and is fixed to the rear upper side plate 68 at two upper and lower locations using bolts 171 and nuts 172, and the right side portion of the rear left and right extension portion 165 is fixed to the rear support bracket 154 by welding or the like.
[0157] The front end of the frame body 151 is fixed to the upper end of the outer pillar portion 122 of the left front pillar portion 61 constituting the cab 16 by means of a front support bracket 153. The front support bracket 153 is a bent plate-shaped member having a fixed surface portion 153a fixed to the outer pillar portion 122 and a support surface portion 153b supporting the front inclined portion 161 of the frame body 151.
[0158] The front support bracket 153 is fixed to the outer support portion 122 at two upper and lower locations by bolts 173 and nut portions 174 located inside the outer support portion 122 in a state where the fixed surface portion 153a overlaps with the upper end portion of the outer support portion 122 from the left side. The support surface portion 153b is a portion bent toward the left front from the edge portion of the front side of the fixed surface portion 153a in accordance with the inclination of the front inclined portion 161, and constitutes a protruding piece portion protruding toward the left front from the outer support portion 122. The right side portion of the front inclined portion 161 is fixed to the rear side of the support surface portion 153b by welding or the like.
[0159] The support frame 100A having the above structure is formed by the frame body 151 as a frame portion having a frame shape along a predetermined outer shape with the right side being an open side when viewed from above. Furthermore, the support frame 100A forms a closed space portion 180 together with the left edge portion of the roof panel 75 when viewed from above (see FIG. Fig.14 ). As the area portions when viewed from above, the closed space portion 180 includes: a first area portion, which is a right side portion and has an approximately rectangular shape along the front-to-back direction as the length direction; and a second area portion, which is formed by expanding the closed space portion 180 from the front of the first area portion to the left front side. That is, in the closed space portion 180, in the left-right direction, with the position of the axis S1 of the inner front-to-back extension portion 164 as a reference, the portion on the right side of the axis S1 is the first area portion, and the portion on the left side of the axis S1 is the second area portion.
[0160] The frame body 151 is configured such that the outer front-rear extension portion 162 constituting the edge portion on the left side thereof is located in the left-right direction at a position further inward (right side) than the left end position F1 of the feed chamber 35 and further outward (left side) than the left-right center position F0 of the feed chamber 35 (see FIG. Fig.14 ). Therefore, the frame body 151 is formed so that the entire or substantially the entire closed space portion 180 overlaps with the feed chamber 35 in a plan view.
[0161] The reinforcing frame 200 is described. The cab 16 has a left front pillar 61 as a pillar located on the left side (the center side of the machine body) of the left and right sides of the front portion of the cab 16. With regard to such a structure, the reinforcing frame 200 is a frame portion that supports the supporting frame 100A on the left front pillar 61.
[0162] The reinforcement frame 200 includes a frame body 201 constituting a main body portion of the reinforcement frame 200 , and a support bracket 202 that supports a lower end portion of the frame body 201 to the cab 16 .
[0163] The frame body 201 is composed of a straight-line circular tubular member, and is installed between the frame body 151 of the support frame 100A and the outer pillar portion 122 of the cab 16. The tubular member constituting the frame body 201 has, for example, an outer diameter that is the same as or substantially the same as that of the frame body 151. The frame body 201 extends obliquely to the left and front upward from the lower end portion fixed to the outer pillar portion 122 to the upper end portion fixed to the frame body 151. Therefore, the frame body 201 is inclined from the right side to the left side and from the rear side to the front side when viewed from above (see FIG. 1 ). Fig.14 ), and is inclined from the lower side to the upper side and from the rear side to the front side when viewed from the left (refer to Fig.15 ), and tilts from the bottom to the top and from the right to the left in the front view (refer to Fig.16 ).
[0164] The lower end of the frame body 201 is fixed to the upper part of the outer pillar part 122 by means of a support bracket 202. The support bracket 202 is provided at a position below the front support bracket 153 in the outer pillar part 122 and at a position in front of the lower part of the transparent plate 65 of the upper left window part 64. The support bracket 202 is a bent plate-shaped member similar to the front support bracket 153, and has a fixed surface part 202a fixed to the outer pillar part 122 and a support surface part 202b that supports the lower end of the frame body 201.
[0165] Similar to the front support bracket 153, the support bracket 202 is fixed to the outer support portion 122 at two locations, upper and lower, by means of bolts 175 and nut portions 176 located inside the outer support portion 122, in a state where the fixed surface portion 202a overlaps with the outer support portion 122 from the left side. The support surface portion 202b is a portion that is bent from the front side of the fixed surface portion 202a along the surface of the frame body 201 in accordance with the inclination of the frame body 201, and constitutes a protruding piece portion protruding from the outer support portion 122. The lower end portion of the frame body 201 is fixed to the rear side of the support surface portion 202b by welding or the like.
[0166] The upper end of the frame body 201 is fixed to the vicinity of the front end of the frame body 151 of the support frame 100A by welding, etc. Specifically, the upper end of the frame body 201 is fixed to the lower side relative to the portion in front of the outer front and rear extension portion 162 of the frame body 151 and on the left side of the curved portion 166.
[0167] In addition, the fixing structure (shape of supporting components such as support brackets, presence or absence of supporting components, etc.) and the fixing position of the frame body 201 relative to the cab 16 and the frame body 151 are not limited to the present embodiment. In addition, as the reinforcement frame 200, a structure in which a plurality of frame bodies 201 are provided between the cab 16 and the frame body 151 may also be provided.
[0168] The antenna unit 80 is supported by the frame structure including the support frame 100A and the reinforcement frame 200 fixedly supported on the cab 16 as described above. The antenna unit 80 is supported by the front and rear extension portions 162 outside the frame body 151 of the support frame 100A in a state of being fixed to the support brackets 130 provided at two locations in the front and rear. The two support brackets 130 have the same structure as the rear support bracket 130B involved in the first embodiment.
[0169] In the front-to-back direction, the front support bracket 130 is provided near the front end of the outer front-to-back extension 162, and the rear support bracket 130 is provided near the rear end of the outer front-to-back extension 162. The support bracket 130 has its longitudinal direction set as the left-right direction and is provided on the upper side of the outer front-to-back extension 162 in a manner orthogonal to the axial direction of the outer front-to-back extension 162 when viewed from above. The support bracket 130 has a left end fixed to the outer front-to-back extension 162 and extends from the outer front-to-back extension 162 toward the right to form an arm-shaped portion.
[0170] The support bracket 130 is fixed to the outer front-back extension portion 162 by welding or the like in a state where the outer front-back extension portion 162 is fitted into the cutout portion 134 formed at the lower side of the left end portion of the front and rear side portions 131 (see Fig.16) In this way, the support bracket 130 according to the present embodiment is provided in the left-right direction opposite to the support bracket 130 according to the first embodiment.
[0171] The housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 is fixed to the front and rear support brackets 130 at four locations by fixing bolts 137 screwed into internal threaded portions 138 provided in the housing 84 .
[0172] like Fig.14 As shown in the figure, in the left-right direction, the right end of the support bracket 130 is located further to the left than the right end of the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80, and the left end protrudes to the left from the housing 84. The antenna unit 80 is arranged so that the edge of the left side of the housing 84 is located near the right side of the outer front and rear extension portion 162 when viewed from above, and does not overlap with the outer front and rear extension portion 162. Therefore, the outer front and rear extension portion 162 exposes the entire portion of the front and rear support bracket 130 other than the fixing portion when viewed from above.
[0173] The positional relationship between the antenna unit 80 and the cab 16 is set to be the same or substantially the same as that of the first embodiment. Fig.14 As shown, in this embodiment, the antenna unit 80 is configured so that the right front corner of the shell 84 overlaps with the front of the front inclined portion 161 when viewed from above, and the left rear corner of the shell 84 overlaps with the front of the rear inclined portion 163.
[0174] Therefore, the antenna unit 80 is configured such that, when viewed from above, substantially the entire housing 84 overlaps with the second area portion of the closed space 180, which is an area surrounded by the front portion of the front inclined portion 161, the outer front and rear extensions 162, and the rear inclined portion 163. In addition, the antenna unit 80 is arranged such that the housing 84 does not overlap with the first area portion of the closed space 180 when viewed from above.
[0175] Regarding the supporting structure of the antenna unit 80 as described above, the antenna unit 80 is supported at the front portion of the supporting frame 100A. Fig.14 As shown, the front and rear support brackets 130 are provided at a portion of the support frame 100A that is closer to the front side than the front-rear center position C0 , and the front half of the support frame 100A serves as a support portion for the antenna unit 80 .
[0176] According to the combine harvester involved in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, it is possible to improve the safety and operability of the operator who performs maintenance work on the threshing unit 7, etc. That is, according to the structure of the support frame 100A provided on the upper part of the left side wall portion 53 of the cab 16, when the operator 140 performs maintenance work on the threshing unit 7, etc. while climbing on the feeding chamber 35, the frame body 151 of the support frame 100A can be used as a handrail for the operator, so that the operation can be performed safely and the operability on the feeding chamber 35 can be improved.
[0177] In addition, according to the structure of using the supporting frame 100A as a frame for supporting the antenna unit 80, the supporting frame 100A for supporting the antenna unit 80 can be used as a handrail. Therefore, the supporting frame 100A that also serves as a handrail can be realized with a cheap and simple structure, thereby improving safety and operability.
[0178] In addition, the antenna unit 80 is arranged at the front part of the frame body 151 of the support frame 100A. According to this structure, the rear part of the frame body 151, specifically, the part from the rear part of the rear inclined part 163 to the rear left and right extension parts 165, becomes a non-supporting part of the antenna unit 80, and this part can be easily used as a handrail for the operator. As a result, the safety and workability of the operator 140 can be improved.
[0179] In particular, in the present embodiment, the frame body 151 has a structure in which the front frame portion is extended to the left relative to the rear frame portion mainly formed by the inner front and rear extension portion 164 and the rear left and right extension portion 165 as a support portion of the antenna unit 80. According to this structure, it is possible to ensure a working space in the feed chamber 35 and in the rear portion on the threshing unit side that does not interfere with the frame body 151 when viewed from above (see Fig.14 ). Thus, the safety and workability of the operator 140 can be improved.
[0180] In addition, regarding the frame body 151, the housing 84 of the antenna unit 80 is configured so as not to overlap with the outer front and rear extensions 162 when viewed from above, so that the outer front and rear extensions 162 and the front and rear vicinity thereof can also be used as handrails. Thus, the range (graspable range) of the frame body 151 that can be used as a handrail can be expanded, and the safety and operability of the operation on the feed chamber 35 can be effectively improved.
[0181] The combine harvester according to the present embodiment includes the reinforcing frame 200 that supports the support frame 100A to the cab 16. This structure can improve the support strength of the support frame 100A to the cab 16, thereby improving the stability of the frame body 151 when used as a handrail.
[0182] In addition, the structure for supporting the antenna unit 80 on the support frame 100A can firmly and stably support the antenna unit 80 by providing the reinforcing frame 200. Thus, stable transmission and reception performance of the antenna unit 80 can be ensured, and reliability as a positioning unit of the combine harvester can be improved.
[0183] Furthermore, reinforcement frame 200 is provided to support support frame 100A on left front pillar 61 of cab 16 , and reinforcement frame 200 is provided to be located within a blind spot range based on left front pillar 61 when viewed from a driver sitting in driver's seat 17 .
[0184] like Fig.14 As shown, the left front pillar 61 is located obliquely in front of the driver 210 in the cab 16, and the obliquely left front side of the left front pillar 61 forms a blind spot for the driver 210. Therefore, when viewed from above, the reinforcement frame 200 is arranged so that the entirety or substantially the entirety thereof is located within the blind spot range T1 based on the left front pillar 61 for the driver 210.
[0185] According to this structure, for example, during the cutting operation based on the cutting unit 3, the reinforcing frame 200 does not hinder the driver 210's field of vision through the transparent plate 57 of the front surface portion 51 and the transparent plate 65 of the left side wall portion 53, thereby ensuring good workability.
[0186] In addition, regarding the support frame 100A involved in this embodiment, similarly to the front support bracket 103 involved in the first embodiment, a cab suspension hole portion for suspending the cab 16 can be provided in the front support bracket 153. In this case, the support surface portion 153b of the front support bracket 153 is a protruding frame portion extending toward the side from the left side surface portion 79 of the cab, which is the side portion of the body center side (left side) of the cab 16, and the cab suspension hole portion formed as a rectangular opening portion is provided in the support surface portion 153b. According to this structure, the front support bracket 153, which is a structural member of the support frame 100A, can be used as a suspension metal member when assembling the cab 16, thereby achieving a reduction in the number of components and a simplification of the structure.
[0187] The above embodiment is an example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Therefore, even if it is a mode other than the above embodiment, as long as it is within the scope of the technical idea involved in the present invention, it can of course be changed in various ways according to the design, etc. In addition, the effects recorded in the present disclosure are only examples after all, and are not limited thereto, and other effects may also be possible.
[0188] The present technology can adopt the following structures. In addition, the structures described below can be selected and combined arbitrarily.
